this is a great theorie. he should put the hat on shaks grave at page 17. On the last double page he walks away and in the backgrund you see shanks grave with the hat on it (EPIC MOMENT). At the bottom is one of these little info boxes

It's not set in stone that Luffy will be the only one to find OP.

Well, Oda has shoved down our throats that "Luffy = Roger" through the whole series for some reason.
Luffy will get to Raftel but there won't be anything. While Luffy was adventuring, Buggy went straight to Raftel and got everything. The end.

I don't know if the other Straw Hats will have whole arcs dedicated to them like Luffy is right now. They could skip it and have a flashback of the adventures or Oda keeps them all at 1 or 2 chapters. It will take too long if Oda's not careful, to get where the stories going.
I'd find it funny if the crew is already at the ship by the time Luffy arrives and they alreay suspect he'll recruit someone without them being there to stop him. They will have mental images of biazarre people and Luffy will show up with a beautiful Kuja and shock them.

And when this manga closes out, and Luffy's arm stretches back to deliver that last punch, I wanna feel the crunch of the dream coming true.

Well that can happen but BB can only rob a DF user of their ability when touching them. After he breaks Luffy's arm and lets go it'll just be a broken rubber arm which may heal quicker or slower depending on by that time how good Chopper is dealing with Luffy being seriously injured.

The real point is that after he lets go Luffy's arm it will go back to being rubber and it might not even make a difference since it'll still be able to stretch and hit BB
Even if it did turn back to rubber after Blackbeard let go of it, a broken limb still hurts. Whether it could stretch or not, Luffy would be unlikely to use that arm again during their fight. Another question: could the two ends of the seperated bone fuse back together normally? How long would Luffy be in a sling?

Just another joke of Oda's I believe, the way it hasn't been talked about in the story makes me think it won't have a back story.
If he doesn't have an eye, it's a little shocking that he'd be walking around with an empty eye socket not having an eye patch or a glass eye. It's weird and commendable when it comes to fights. If he's just blind in that eye won't be much to it. Then there's just his eye is always covered, just cuz.

Hey now, its not like the Kuja theories topic. Its still only half-thought out, but its a much better attempt. Lets cut the guy some slack and not treat him badly. Its not that bad a suggestion, but would have been better in the "Theories that don't deserve a thread" topic.
However, why does BB have to fight only Luffy, there are other crews and while they may fight some day, there are many in front of Luffy.

I have predicted this in the past. i think luffy might end up defeating the other two yonkou and blackbeard is going to defeat whitebeard, shanks. i think some of the other supernova's will take over the positions of the yonkou that luffy is going to defeat.

The Yonkou have enormous crews that are in the thousands while Blackbeard would only have a handful. I also doubt many people would go over to his side from Whitebeards crew because of their fierce loyalty to Whitebeard. So I really don't see Blackbeard becoming a Yonkou.
Also, so far, if anyone the top people in Shanks crew are Yassop, Lucky and Ben Beckham. Rocktar is still a rookie so he only has menial duties, at least from what we've seen.

Not true, or atleast not proven to be true. The only emperor with a fleet crew we know off is WB. Shanks and the other Yonkou could easily have crews that can fit on the ship.
Also, this theory is plausible, and if Shanks were to lose against him it would simply give Luffy another reason to fight BB. But the way I see it is if they do fight, BB would probably kill Shanks, sine he is pretty close to ONe Piece and PK status, BB wouldn't turn shanks in because he has already collected enough bounties and reached the level as a shichibukai. All that is left to do is kill Shanks, and plot-wise I don't think Oda will kill Shanks until he re-unites with Luffy. So a Shanks x BB battle is possible in the future, but has nothing to do with the crews "pairing up well" because they don't. Basically any crew can pair up well with BB.
