First of all Zoro won't leave the crew. Unless he dies. I find it very hard to believe that Zoro would give his life for Luffy's dream in chapter 485 only to leave the crew in 5XX. It's one of the most ridiculous rumors I've ever heard.

-SPOILER-When Zoro leaves the crew in chapter 5XX it's to make room for Shanks to join. I heard it from Oda himself. He told me not to tell anyone but you guys can keep a secret, right?-END SPOILER-

I'm sure that he got hit on the left side. That's where all to smoke and blood is coming from initially. As for the blood on his right side on the page before last I'll assume it is an old wound opening back up or a mistake. I prefer to see it as an old wound.

Agreed. No doubt about it when seen up close like that.

In the top pic, it looks like the wound is just below his shoulder-blade, down towards his side, maybe through a rib.

But the bottom pic makes it look like it's through the deltoid, possibly even between bones.

Well, if it turns out that this is where Oda intended for Zoro's wound to be, then all I can say is: Yep. Kizaru knew exactly what he was doing – aiming for the arm that Zoro depends on for most of his single sword techniques. Even at full strength, it would have been a staggering injury.

So now we get to wait a week to see if it's where we think it is and if it's as bad as it looks ...

Why would he sleep off his injuries for the whole time. The only time him sleeping was mentioned was when i mocked someone saying that he'd suddenly be alright after three days sleep.

Yea the chapter was great !!

But now just for the logic:

1. The group of Zorro and Luffy went in two different directions.
2. Luffy then got hit badly by Sentoumaru

In this split second Zorro was attacked by Kizaru

So why do people now think, that Zorro will leave the crew ?

I mean if you look carefully at this situation there is no way Luffy could teleport himself to where Zorro lies. Even if he would have been able to stretch his arm (or whatever limb of his body) there would be no way he could have reached Kizaru right before the final action of his.

Really, I don't get how some people come to such conclusions ?!

Which translates to:
It's restricted to ladies shit-head(the term used is kuso yarou)!! 　You protect yourself PANTSMAN!!(it says pantsu which means underpants)

I think that is the comment you wanted if not tell me what page and panel you did want. Also what translation are you talking about?

He stands up against Arlong where the most people don’t able to live with this much injury. If we needed him to fight because there are strong fighters on Fishman Island, we will see Zoro get a fight but if we don’t get strong enemies on this Arc he can make a rest. For sure 3 days rest will more than enough to fight for him, even if he is not in best form.
Further I see the possible that a wounded Zoro fights against another wounded Supernova in Fishman Island. There are more than enough Characters who get beaten against Kizaru and the Pacifista. Anyhow I think Zoro will be in a better health than he was in the beginning from Sabaody Archipel.

That x-shaped scar on his right arm is from Alabasta, right? They used it tell themselves apart from Mr.2, and as a sign of friendship with Vivi.

Although, if I remember correctly, the scar was positioned somewhat lower and not on the fist itself.

This was a great chapter. There could be a chance that my wish, that all SN have to fight together to leave the island is going to be true. I have the feeling that we get a doublepage of the four beaten captains. Similiar to what happened to the SHP at Thriller Bark during the first round against Odz.

Yellow monkey, Sentoumaru and one Pacifista against the exhausted SHP, they really need help. And Rayleigh can't protect the crew during the whole three days, he has to coute the ship. I think that he's there to give SHP the chance to escape and then he will vanish into thin air.

I mean honestly how else could light man be defeated? He can attack at the speed of light and more than likely dodge any sea stone based attack ever used against him. You would have to catch him in his sleep which is a boring yet "OP-realistic" way to kill that fucker.

This character existing at this point in the manga has really trivialised One Piece for me. I mean unless logia users have massive limits as to how much they can control their elements I just don't know…Ao Kiji could drop the temp around him to to the point where atoms stop moving. Ace could supernova the entire planet. If Black Beard created a blackhole the entire planet would be gone in a second (see hadron collider).

I'll just pretend logias don't exist when I read from now on until Oda puts some fucking perspective behind them.

If Zoro's body won't allow him to fight, then he can't fight. this isn't Naruto or One Piece where sheer willpower can overcome any injury.

To be fair though, a big deal has been made out of injury not resting properly after each battle and he's said he's ok because he knows his body. however this time is different because it wasn't his usual type of damage. hence why he had problems with fodder like the FFR. For Zoro to just suddenly be ok by the next arc negates Choppers role on the ship.

Just a heads up my post contains swearing!

クソ野郎　is one of those things that doesn't really translate that well. I chose the words shit-head because it fit the tone, although it could have just as easily translated to bastard. It could be translated to a great number of other things as well. However it always needs to be translated to a 'hard' word. A word like jerk is too weak, and a word like mother fucker is too strong(at least in this case). It needs to be translated to a word that carries the same weight. Hope that clears things up for you.

The problem is trying to hit one when you lost the element of surprise, or when the Logia user knows the attack is coming, because a logia user will just let your/the attacks pass them by.

That leads me to believe that there is something special about Rayleigh(I don't really like this spelling of his name, it looks so un-masculine)other than surprise.

(I know Oda said he wasn't able to understand english, but was early on in the series run so to speak… Me thinks he knows more now then back then, probaberly had to learn some basics of foreign languages to get stuff done. are there some chapters where time goes by like one chapter is 1 day and another chapter is either a few days later?
(this is what i get for only able to read the english novels,cant understand much of the series)

See, the main reason I'm sure guys like Rayleigh can hurt logia is because of Ace.

Ace loved and respected Whitebeard as the strongest and most respect-worthy pirate around.

Something I doubt would be the case if he could incinerate his ass without worrying being touched.

Also the fact that pathetic guys like Enel who are only strong with their hax fruit beat guys like Whitebeard make me laugh.

That's why I'm sure that there is a trick to touching them which prbably has to do with aura and being really strong and there are plenty of normal guys in the New World, not just the Yonkou that could beat around Logia's like rag dolls. In any case, this'll probably AT LEAST be touched upon in the next chapter when Rayleigh and Kizaru have their bout if indeed the next chapter will focus on their fight.

Well when it comes to World power math talk, I'm going with what the Yellow Data Book States, MHQ = Ouka Shichibukai = Yonkou, but yea, Most of the World Power members have been built up to be a powerful force, I would not say invincible Imo.

Those are the veterans, though, who have had years and years to train and hone their skills. Of the Strawhats, only Robin, Luffy and Brooke have had their powers/skills for any significant period of time. Kizaru, Doflamingo, Garp and the like have all seen so many battles they know what to expect by now.
