Personally. I get the feeling that the Strawhats will annihilate the Kuma they are currently facing, which will leave them somewhat baffled. Then when they realize there is more than one we will get the answer we all are wanting about the Kuma's.
As for Kidd and Law, I assume what once left us in suspense with feelings of "Oh no!! They are going to get pwned!" ~~ will be turned around much like with the Strawhats, so we can be like "Oh, well I guess that makes senseā¦" and Law and Kidd will also be like "Ehh!???".
As for the other, it could go either way since Kizaru is there also. Urouge got pretty knocked up (not pregnant) from the Kuma he was facing, but then he went all "Hulk Smash" and now could turn the tide ~~ especially with the appearance of Drake. So my conclusion?
Well, I think this is likely a test run for the Kuma-Squad; being somewhat successful by being able to at least give the Supernovae a run for their money. I mean, they MADE these guys ~~ and MADE them able to closely match the best of the Rookies. I would say that is a success. Give them some more upgrades, mass produce, take overā¦.right? But even still, from their eyes (The WG / Marines / Kizaru / Sentoumaru) the Kuma bots are probably capable enough to take down at least a few of the Rookies. But I doubt the WG expected Kidd and Law to face one, the entire SHP to face another, and Urouge and Drake to face yet another. Not exactly balanced right? So we shouldn't underestimate the Kuma's just yet.
@Kokolores:
I took it that he has orders to sit tight and is waiting for the go ahead from Kizaru. Afterall as Kizaru's right hand man he wouldn't be interested in guys who can't even defeat one of those Kumabots.
This makes sense, but at the same time I would still expect someone like him to at least want to fight just for the sake of fighting. Even if he feels they aren't strong enough for the Kuma-Squad. So overall, I still take it as he wants to fight ā but has to wait for Kizaru's orders.
