No, they're not. They just look extra big because the artist chose to give more depth to the breasts than other parts of her body, therefore, they pop out, whereas everything else stays flat.

Eh? So it's my fault? It may appear that way but that wasn't my intention, it's mainly cause they're round objects, if you look I did the same thing to her cheek full of food. But I say I colored everything equally, well… least the things I weren't lazy on like her hair.
