I know what you meant. I'm saying, they probably already produced the last two weeks worth of JUMPs and they were on hold to be let out to public. After the public got the first of the two sets of issues, the mistake was noticed. However, since they produced the following week's already they can't very well throw them out.

I think the "Spring" image is done though. When this image started, Brook wasn't part of the crew yet so it wasn't appropriate to add him to this one. Thus why he's the first major crewmate in the Summer image.

Also, judging by the positioning of the mugs in that picture, it looks like the complete picture. If Brook really was in that picture, Nami would be more in the background.

Why couldn't Brook be in the background? You think he's more important than Nami? Brook is very tall, it'd be off if he was up front, he'd be out of scale big time.
I say Brook will be in this one, doesn't matter if it started before he joined, they knew they wouldn't get to his part till after he did.

Yep, it does. It's two images. It'd be fine without the second one. (which would end the sig with Usopp) Otherwise it's 220 pixels too wide and 66kbs too big.
