Yeah, there is a chapter.
But nah, I like to be spoiled, since I usually look at them before I go off to school. Then I can actually have something to thing about during school. -_-
I can read One Piece while I'm at school.
Suck it.

For a huuuuuuge mother like that, I think it would be pretty easy to travel to the CB in… say... 5 mins of the breast-stroke.
Yes. That's exactly what I was thinking myself.
IF it is a living thing, it could get around the world with ease. So what's it doing there?
The other interesting part of that, let's say there are only those 3, (assuming they were 3 separate things) they could get to where the Strawhats are in a fairly short amount of time making them fit into the story just fine at any point.
All very interesting but I think it's clear that this time, they aren't just some shadows from the clouds.
Just because it's the size of a medium sized island (let's face it, TB is not Madagascar), and the way it lazily came up through the fog, it doesn't really seem like it's some how capable of zooming all over the world in record time. An ocean is a really REALLY big place, and with a build like that, it's not exactly simple to cross through the whole Grand Line or whatnot easily.
As for why it's there, the same reason Sperm Whales and Giant Squids hang out in certain areas: depth and reach.
Damn, I've been getting too used to early spoilers. It's making me especially impatient because the plot just started advancing again, haha. Oh well, I'll sit patiently and wait(excluding this semi-ranting comment).
Perhaps the beast (I like to call him Ghidorah!) is photosensitive, and can't leave the Florian Triangle. Besides, with over a hundred ships a year disappearing it doesn't lack for prey. With dense fog to camouflage its movements and untold numbers of seafarers to munch on, what reason would it have to leave the triangle?
Perhaps the FT is the place where it can have it's damn babies without being bothered by the other seakings (If that thing is even a seaking)
then it leaves and the babies deal with the 100 ships every year (since, let's face it, most pirate ships wouldn't be a problem for something with that mother)….
Eh, for anyone interested

No wonder she keeps getting eaten.
zooming all over the world in record time
Who said anything about "zooming"?
The thing just needs to take a single step and it covers incredible ground.
Seriously, it's obvious women taste better than men. Stop trying to find Cultural puns/logic behind the quirks of Camie.
And I agree with Greg
Never saw Godzilla: Final Wars? Godzilla went around the world (kicking asses) in a matter of days.

Or perhaps it doesn´t want to leave the Triangle because it can remain hidden there. That way ships might be disappearing because the crews saw whatever it was with their own eyes and got annihilated because of that so that they don´t tell anybody what they saw. That way they might even be something that remains from ancient times.
Camie (Or whatever…) is the only character in One Piece that I've really hoped wouldn't join the crew... (Except Foxy, but I always thought he was a filler character since it did NOT friggin' fit in...)
Also, I'm hoping for a few short arcs with no new crews before we get some climax arc which is supah~
:)
Wait… did you want Kuro or Arlong to join the crew? or Wapol? or Sengoku?
or why did you only exclude such a random villain like Foxy?
I don't know if this was already brought up , but why the hell didn't TB get bothered by the Sea Monster!! Was it afraid of Moria?
Did Moria have a secret arrangement with the monster??
Can the monster be controlled? if yes by whom? WG?

Probably because of the nature of a Davy Back Fight.
Jumping past all the blasted replies, i'd like to put my vote in that Duval is Morgan; after all, he crushed the cup with his left hand, not his right(axe) hand. More over, Morgan had a good life going until Luffy and Zoro kicked his ass; as opposed to Kuro who had one of his plans ruined rather than his life on the whole, while Krieg owes his failure to Mihawk and Gin in addition to Luffy and Sanji, so he wouldn't blame Luffy alone.
Also, i doubt Camie will join the crew; unlike the others, she doesn't really have anyhting to offer. Besides, she'd probably want to stay with Hachan, and i really doubt he'd join the crew. Otherwise, they might as well go back to Skypeia and take Conis with them, as they'd apparently of decided to take anyone they can find.
Neo: Duval isn't even in chapter 490 =P
You might want to pay attention in which thread you post. =P
…oh, god damn it. I have shamed myself as an intellegent human being. Again, no less.
wait i dont get it… they have come back ALL THE WAY to where they started? they are in the reverse mountain?
or where the hell they are in that "red line"
so they are half way and in the other side of the red line is laboon?
btw if the marine knows how to go trught the calm belt couldnt they just go to where "one piece" is?
The strawhats will have to go over the redline twice more at the moment to see Laboon again.
We dont know enough at about One Piece at the moment to say for sure.
