This is…the stupidest thread in a while.
But sure, I'll play.
Douriki is a measure of physical power, right? How hard you can hit. That's all.
Normal-ish person, let's say 5-10, ten being a trained warrior, martial artist, whatever. Fishmen are meant to be twice as strong as humans, so we'll say 20, maybe as high as 30 or 40 for beasts like Kuroobi or Arlong.
Usopp, a normal teenager who's never shown any particular physical strength, would be about eight or nine. Without his weapons or a smart plan, he's no good against a normal marine or pirate.
Nami, while still normal, appears to be a little better. Remember her fighting those marines that wanted to dig up her orange groves? She could take on several opponents at a time, and put them out of action in one hit. Not bad. Maybe 12-14.
Robin would probably be around there too, considering that her power comes almost entirely from her devil fruit, and there is never any suggestion that she has advanced levels of strength apart from that.
Chopper, again, has powers coming mostly from his devil fruit, so judging by his normal, toddler-like form, he'd be about four or five.
As for the more powerful ends of the scale, it's harder to say, particularly with logias, whose power is so bound up with their abilities (Though Enel and Crocodile seem to be no weaklings hand-to-hand, judging by their confrontations with Luffy).
As for the bigger questions– well, is Luffy physically stronger than Lucci, or just more resourceful and motivated? It's hard to know.
As far as actual power is concerned, Zoro would seem to have the edge over Sanji, who, despite his many fine qualities, would probably have trouble lifting a house.
