Not at the moment, but she's bound to find out Nami isn't a transvestite.
What if we were to find out that Nami is one.

Brilliant discussion!
She doesn't hate Nami.
She'll hate Nami as soon as Lola figures out she's a woman. That weak kind of lie can't last as long as Absolom keeps chasing Nami.
What if we were to find out that Nami is one.
Then the Dub Piece guys are fuckin' genius.
I am officially bewildered as to how Luffy is going to get himself out of this one. Thank you, Oda.
It would be cool if the others save Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji this time. I hope it won't be Brooke kicking major ass all over the place by himself, even though that would set him up well for crew membership.
I'm so sorry if this has already been said. But what if Gecko Moria and Hogback are brothers? They look so much alike. And here this out: Other one can rip out shadows from living beings and other one can make zombies with those shadows. And why Hogback just vanished and started new life in Thriller Bark? Cuz' his brother called. Does this makes sense?

Yes, but I doubt that's it. They look somewhat alike, but vaguely. Plus it appears taht Moria is wearing a mask…. Also, in your sig, what chapter color spread is that and waht character is that
It in Colorwalk 3.
hmm i think hogback went to moria because he wanted to ressurect cindry after she died and had moria implant a shadow into her corpse to bring her back. although i wonder who's shadow moria stole to implant into cindry and if she is still on the island. in order for moria to resurrect cindry then hogback probably had to become moria's slave.
whatif it wasnt cindry Hogback wanted back?
what if his wife fell into a coma and Hogback already knew about Morias abilities. He could then use Moria to extract a copy of mrs hogbacks soul/personality and put into another person. then he searched high and low to get an apropriete body and thought Cindry would do.
I still have a problem with how sahadow implantation works with memories and personalities. to me it isnt clear enough.
does a zombie have ANY memories? if so to whom does the memories belong? The shadow or the corpse? Or can Moria controll it?
Moria really reminds me of someone but I can't place my finger on it. I thought it was Devilman at first, but don't think that's it.. In any case I like his design, it's like a creepy clown demon. I was originally expecting him to look like an over-sized child with down syndrome like the rest of the OP giants.
Moria's face kinda reminds me of the joker.
Male Ursula here. I didn't even know until someone said it though, since I haven't watched that movie since preschool. Ursula was pretty nasty though.
Yeah, it's probably not his real body. Like some have pointed out, i think Moria's current body is a creation of Hogback's to increase his own power.
He's still just a lazy @$$ though..

Or…like most people on the island, Moria just got a little plastic surgery from Hogback, like Absolom. Or, those are scars that Moria got, similar to Crocodile's big scar on his face.
It's a possible theory, but it seems unlikely.
Well from what we seen everything Dr. Hogbak worked on while at the island has been dead so its possible hogbak his self is dead. Same for perona, absalom and moria.
Whos to say that Moria won't use luffy shadow on his self ?
I guess it's possible that Hogback came upon the island when Moria and all of his crew was dead, and decided to begin these experiments.
Well, in the "Scar isn't just a scar" theory column, those are thick threads and wide stiches, so it would require very awkward sewing to sew skin like that in the forehead area… there just isn't much distance you can go before getting to bone.
If you look at Croc's scar, for example, or Hogback and Cindry's, the stitches are smaller and narrower. These look like they did it with shoelaces or similar thickness threads, not really "medical" so much as "sewing" style.
If it's a mask, of course, it's moot.
@Tokoro:
and he too has stiches…its just weird that everyone except Perona has stiches on this ship
I think every anime girl has had a little surgery if you know what I mean.

Please elaborate with specific and explicit language.
I knew it was hard to understand but it's not exactly appropriate so I was hoping people would understand and younger kids wouldn't. It's really not even that funny if you can't figyre it out and maybe never was funny I thought it was but if you really want to know what I meant PM me.

**:getlost:…....
I know what you meant.**
Oh. I guess by having pot in your sig I should have assumed you know. I'm pretty lame is that snoop in your sig. Was it funny?
And my laughter begins anew.

Dude that's a lollipop, what're you talking about?
It's kinda weird that he has extremely short legs but I really like Moria's design. As for his stitches I'm thinking more along the lines of "Hey, his head looks like a football" then whether it's a mask or not.
Wow, my brain just exploded.
And Gekko's face is probably a mask, which will be shattered by Luffy in their fight.
Since Brooke can cut shadows (an intangible object), does that mean he will be the one to teach Zoro to do this? Or will Zoro "magically" learn it while fighting Ryuuma?
And if Zoro has to fight Ryuuma, that would mean someone else would have to contend with one of the Mysterious four. Logic dictates Robin, since she has the 3rd highest bounty, but Franky or Brooke is a good option, too.
Anyone find it funny that Doflamingo's former bounty is still higher than Moria's?
has brook acctually been seen cutting shadows FFA? i still think he was just beating the zombies flesh untill it couldnt hold a shadow "soul" any longer.
ok im haveing a few problems: if Hogback is dead… who stitched him up?
and if Moria is dead... who the bloody **** put someones shadow in Moria and why was the DF ability transfered to Moria. (im assuming that shadows dont have DF powers since its the body not the soul that gets affected when eating DF)
Maybe it's a matter of Hogback getting much more than he bargained for. He (re)-built Moria and then ended up finding that he could or had to serve him now by making further zombies.
he seems rather passionate about makeing the zombies though. i dont really think he is forced…
Anyone else get the vibe that Cindry is reanimated against her will? She seems very disassociated and in contempt of what's going on in Thriller Bark.
On another note, we have the Rei Rei no Mi, the Kage Kage no Mi, a doctor with mad surgical skills, and Absalom's Invisible Women-esque powers (Gun Gun no Mi?), not to mention Ryuuma's Sharingan of Brooke's swordsmanship.
Ah! Maybe Sh****ow Hayami would be a nice choice of a seiyū for Absalom. Now about Pelona…?
@Fire Fist:

Yeah everyone and there lack of logic is bugging. Why would luffy beat someone better then doflamingo and then go beat another guy better and then beat doflamingo.

Well he doesn't need to beat Doflamingo in the first place. The only guaranteed Shichibukai fight is Zoro and Mihawk.
Seeing as Moria said he was going to create the most powerful zombie, number 900… it isn't him. He was talking in third person too. :getlost: Also, Perona said "Moria is really going to attach the shadow to number 900?" not "Moria is going to attach the shadow into himself?" Thats what to say that Moria won't use the shadow on himself.
Well he doesn't need to beat Doflamingo in the first place. The only guaranteed Shichibukai fight is Zoro and Mihawk.
Doflamingo has seem like a major villain though. Same with Jimbei. After Luffy beat Moria, they go to fishmen island, home of Jimbei. Take out Jimbei and there at the New World (home of Doflamingo). Plus, he seem's downright evil. I think the only person in Shichibukai who doesn't pose a battle is Kuma.
I just realized… Oda must really want to take out the Shichibukai quickly. Its going to be three islands in a row with Shichibukai on them....
You are right about trying to take them down quickly. However think about it. Luffy's bounty is getting very high now, higher than some of them (if i remember correctly). Also remember that after Fishman Island is the middle of the grand line (or somewhat close). Perhaps Oda wants to finish them all up before the New World. My guess for this is that the Four Emperors are going to be in a whole new league of large bounties perhaps in the billions and this is just an indication of where Luffy Stands.
Hmm so one wonders what sort of bounty Luffy will receive after he defeats Moria? (Assuming he does)
I'll say somewhere between 330mil to 350 mil. Yeah that's either higher or lower than Doflamingo's depending on whichever direction he wants the SH's crew to go, whether they encounter Doflamingo or not.
I think that Luffy bounty will skyrocket to at least 400 mil. if the WG gets to know about him defeating Moria. Because if he defeats Moria he will have defeated 2 shichibukais and Enies Lobby (nearly) singlehanded.
We didn't hear of any other shichibukai getting defeated, and they are one of the 3 great powers, that's why I think that the WG can not let Luffy get away with this without raising his bounty by another 100 mil.
Come one, not already discussing the future bounties when the new arc only begins ? It brings nothing to the story…

Luffy did not come close to defeating Enies Lobby single handedly. You take away so much credit from the giants, the Franky Family, Galley-La workers as well as his fellow crewmates. Sure he did a lot of damage, and beat up 2 CP9 members, but in truth, Enies Lobby recieved most of the damage from the Buster Call.
Come one, not already discussing the future bounties when the new arc only begins ? It brings nothing to the story…
QFT. I mean Luffy´s bounty just got increased after more then 200 chapters and it will stay like that for a "while". Let Luffy be known, admired and feared as a 300.000.000er in the OP world before he gets an even higher one.
Luffy basically took down Enies Lobby by his self he took out like 5,000 marines made it bridge before anyone else.
yeah, it's true that the Buster Call destroyed Enies Lobby, so it's Spandam's fault who accidentally pushed the button. But if Luffy would have been caught before, the Buster Call would not have destroyed Enies Lobby.
The Buster Call was only necessary because Luffy messed the whole place up.
It doesn't matter what the Buster Call did because the Tower of Justice was messed up by the fight with the Cp9.
I think that Oda wants to take out the "weaker" shichibukai. Right now, the villains are getting bounties that are 400+ Oda wants to take out the weaker shichibukai because most rae below 400 (I don't think kuma poses a threat though). Luffy will have a bounty of almost 600 mil if he beats Moria, Jimbei and Doflamingo though…. Also... someone please answer this question. I know the shichibukai represent the seven deadly sins. hat are the rest. I know Moria is the Sloth, but who are the rest.
Actually, it was never stated that the Shichibukai represent the Seven Deadly Sins, though it is a popular fan speculation (by popular, I mean it got more than two threads here at AP).
I have a question. Someone earlier said that the three fruits released here were Kage Kage no mi, Yomi Yomi no mi and the Rei Rei no mi. Where did the ray fruit come in? That light that shown on Absalom wasn't revealed on who shown it…
If its true Croc would be greed. Flamigo would be pride? Hawkeye and kuuma I don't know wich makes me doubt that they are. I think the light was a spot light and nothing more.

What would be the interest of rising Luffy's bounty (through his own progress) when there is the "weak weak trio" that needs some heavy power up before entering the New World !?
They have been lucky enough until now to fight against naive enemies that they could easily foul, it will be another matter in the New World !
I hope this arc will be the one where Nami, Chopper and Usopp will have a real fight and deserve their bounties. At this point, they had bounties (less Chopper) that don't match their real abilities, Nami for example would in no way be able to defeat someone like Arlong…
Moria's bounty crime: RUNNING WITH SCISSORS!!

I brought up the Rei Rei no Mi as a possibility for Perona… Oda hasn't mentioned it, though.
