Okay, this one will be hard to beat… hehe
Damn and whats bad I have seen most of these show growing up  .
And Seblab 2021 was also a good one that adult swim made, now the real sealab 2020 is a different story

This is part 2, but you hardly need context. So, I win, if only because me mentionning this would include the whole line of cartoons under that imprint.

The animation style reminds me of MinoriTEAM… Like a Roy Lichtenstein painting come to life...
I don't suppose anyone remembers The Rubix Cube cartoon.
But that was pretty lame.
A Rubix Cube cartoon, you're shitting me, right? Not only does that sound likea bad cartoon, but a poor and unnecessary effort to promote that toy.
I have to agree, though that Paddie the Pelican had to be one of the worst things I've ever seen. So many Youtube fandubs can do better than that. In fact the acting is so bad, it makes the dubbing to the old Resident Evil games look godly. And what's up with a guy doing the even the female voices?
Krypto the Superdog.
Inuyasha runs before I get attacked by fangirls
I remember that Jabberjaw music video, haha Taboo. It's funny who aware it is that it's a Scooby clone. I love that self-depreciating stuff in cartoons.
Since I'm here, we can add Baby Luney Toons to the mix too.
I know that is a show of nowadays… but gosh, I can't believe that Cartoon produced such thing like that. Does it suppose to be the new Cow and Chicken?
I've seen that Gym Partner show. It's not that bad actually, still it needs work. It doesn't seem like Cow and Chicken to me tho, that honor goes to Billy and Mandy (which I love).
I'd like to nominate the ever-annoying Dora the Explorer too. She repeats stuff soo much.
Okay, this one will be hard to beat… hehe
What do you expect, this was based off a B movie. XD It's not THAT bad considering the source.
This is part 2, but you hardly need context. So, I win, if only because me mentionning this would include the whole line of cartoons under that imprint.
Wow. I hadn't heard of this before. This totally wins…for totally losing. XD
I have a personal spot in hell plotted for scrappy doo…

lol you sure you didn't make this yourself (just kidding)
Has hercules got some sort of neck disorder 90% of the he talks its bent to the side.
The Hercules thing is basically comic book pages with a few moving parts.
Talk about lazy. At least it has a plot though. XD
^blasphemy
Hehe, with all the boring Scooby-Do remakes, I wouldn't mind seeing an all-new Jabberjaw show like that. XD
Someone needs to bring
Oh man, I can't believe I forgot about that Thor thing. Thanks Bucc.
The theme is pretty cheesy and homoerotic. Good stuff.
The animation style reminds me of MinoriTEAM… Like a Roy Lichtenstein painting come to life...
Yeah, I'm pretty sure Minoriteam is a parody of that genre.
"My Gym Partner is a Monkey" is really a metaphor for integration
Hehe, with all the boring Scooby-Do remakes, I wouldn't mind seeing an all-new Jabberjaw show like that. XD
back too.

I've heard talk about a Hong Kong Phooey live action movie. I'm kind of depressed about it.
I don't know if this constitutes as "awful" but it's hilarious in some probably unintentional ways.
@Cap'n:

What do you mean Carter?
It's an injoke between my friend and I.
Integration being the movement to have black and white kids schooled together.
@Cap'n:

:( I don't even want to know…
There's no Hong Kong Phooey without Scatman Crothers.
I don't know if this constitutes as "awful" but it's hilarious in some probably unintentional ways.
WTF. XD I think I remember this vaguely from somewhere.
"I've never seen sucha teeny-weeny-weinie!" Hahaha.
@Cap'n:
I don't know if this constitutes as "awful" but it's hilarious in some probably unintentional ways.
Holy crap, Now that was awful in a funny way. xD. I'll admit, I'm huge fan of the Bannana Split show, because that show was amusing in the old school CN back in the days.
Here a couple of shows, that I thought was terrible.
Ladies and Gentlemen of the Jury the Defense rests.
This is pretty much the greatest thing I've ever seen.
Wow. Now I know this might count as a cartoon, but some of this cutscences are the most horrible I have ever seen.
You guys should see the second part to that Harlem Globetrotters special. They decide things with a BASKETBALL MATCH… against giant gargoyle demons.
@Cap'n:
I don't know if this constitutes as "awful" but it's hilarious in some probably unintentional ways.
Pure gold, was this show.
Prince of Carpathia: "I'll prove I'm a prince. I'll go back to my palace, put on my princly raymond and return with a retenue of Carpathian guards."
Geese: "Mm mm and all those guards will be wearing white suits."
Wait, what!?
From my childhood I found Street Sharks and Extreme Dinosaurs to be two of the most God awful shows ever.
OMG, and I thought the Super Globetrotter thing was funny in a bad way. The Snow White is just as worse in the same way. xD
Worst cartoons ever are Squirrel Boy,12 oz Mouse,Tom goes Mayor,Tom and Jerry,Poke'mon, and every baby show ever made
Now I can sort of understand not liking 12 Oz Mouse or Squidbillies, but Tom Goes to the Mayor was absolutely hilarious.
I'll admit at first I didn't like Tom Goes to the Mayor. But now I'm a fan of the show, since I didn't really get into the show until the 2nd half of Season 1. But I did enjoy the entire 2nd season. It sucks that Tom is cancelled. But I can't wait for Tim and Eric's new project that they going to do.
@Cap'n:
Now I can sort of understand not liking 12 Oz Mouse or Squidbillies, but Tom Goes to the Mayor was absolutely hilarious.
That's because the show is produced by Bob Odenkirk.
My Gym Partner is a Monkey and Squirell Boy. Ben10 definetly in meh list.
These all suck at the same level period.
I win.
That major Saturday morning cross-over cartoon isn't "the worst", either; if anything, it's impressive because of the number of licenses gained by McDonalds to produce the cartoon. It's just taken out of context; now, it seems cheesy/lame, but in its own era of the 1980's, it was pretty standard.
Artistically, it's not any worse than anything else produced during that time period. To really see the problem with it, you have to examine the actual cartoon itself and how it manages to undermine it's own message by making the characters pushy while delivering that message and they have an appalling tendency to get the hell out of dodge whenever the situation turns ugly.
Compare that to the villain, whose name escapes me, but resembles the pollution creature from Ferngully. He actually seems less pushy and usually sticks with the protagonist regardless of how bad the situation is. For most of the cartoon, the villain is far more sympathetic as a result.
I don't suppose anyone remembers The Rubix Cube cartoon.
Sad to say, that's actually one of my earliest memories. Seems like it was something about the Cube transforming to help them escape a burning house… with a tin roof I think. Not all that specific to be sure, but I do remember it.

Speaking of which, anyone remember Cubix?
@--MRED--:
We Went This Far Into Horrible Cartoons Without Mentioning Marvin Mystery And Tottaly Spies!?
What's with all the hate for Martin Mystery? I know people can't stand it, but I watched a few episodes, and while the style is cliche and the animation is kind of cheap, it's not "AUGH GOD MY EYES!" awful.
Haha, love the Pelican thing xD And I remember the Killer Tomatoes and Globetrotters cartoons.
I'm also thinking Musashi Gundou ws bad on purpose xD
Well excuuuuuuuuuse me, Princess.
Torture, absolute torture.
Heh.
I need to watch the DVD I bought of that.
And I vaguely remember Cubix.
Speaking of which, anyone remember Cubix?
I do. That show was on so many channels that it wasn't funny. And I still didn't like the show.
Even though I like the upcoming show, I know many people will hate it.
Here a couple of shows, that I thought was terrible.
Hah, I don't remember Gary Coleman having a cartoon at all. Must not have been on long.
I don't think Cat-Dog can really be considered one of the worst cartoons ever, but I sure did hate that show.
Wow. Now I know this might count as a cartoon, but some of this cutscences are the most horrible I have ever seen.
Already posted.
I win.
You lose.
Worst cartoons ever are Squirrel Boy,12 oz Mouse,Tom goes Mayor,Tom and Jerry,Poke'mon, and every baby show ever made
YOU, my very young friend, haven't lived.
Tom and Jerry and Pokemon don't deserve to be anywhere near this thread.
I don't think Cat-Dog can really be considered one of the worst cartoons ever, but I sure did hate that show.
That had the best opening song ever, it cannot be hated.
So far I think the Zelda cutscene is the worst pile of crap I have ever seen but since that isn't a cartoon I think that hercules cartoon is the worst thing I have ever seen.
Hercules-"I LOVE big cities"
What's with all the hate for Martin Mystery? I know people can't stand it, but I watched a few episodes, and while the style is cliche and the animation is kind of cheap, it's not "AUGH GOD MY EYES!" awful.
Anything created by Marathon Media Group is pure crap.

Thank you for explaining it better. XD
Also, the villain of the story takes the responsibility away from the drug using kid in the story. I remember having a conversation about this a long time ago with someone about how completely wrong the whole thing was.
@Bad-Beat:

Maybe the opening can't be hated, but the show itself was truly detestible. It was garbage.
i was surprised when I went onto the Jumped The Shark website that Cat-Dog was pretty much universally hated. I sort of liked it when I was a kid, but in retrospect it was pretty bad
Ben 10, My Gym Partner's a Monkey, 1/2 Ounce Mouse, and many anime-wannabe-cartoons like the one with all of the girls in jump suits.
@Aoi:

Oh come on now.
This isn't the "cartoons I just happen to hate" thread. 12 ounce mouse I can see, but Ben 10 and My Gym Partner's a Monkey are like Shakespeare compared to some of the stuff already posted in this thread. Tell me WHY they're bad.
Thank you for explaining it better. XD

That would be me if I'm not mistaken.
But yeah, the whole problem with Cartoon All-Stars to the Rescue was that it took a message ("Drugs are bad, mmmkay.") that shouldn't be that difficult to put into words at all and then proceeded to botch it on pretty much every level. Using what amounts to peer pressure to say that giving into peer pressure is bad is a level of stupidity that boggles the mind.
I have the same problem with anti-smoking ads. I hate smoking with a passion, but some of those ads make me want to go out and buy a carton just out of spite. Isn't there some way to put out that very basic message without making the people supporting it look like colossal horse's asses in the process?
On a somewhat related note, has anybody mentioned
with it's life-affirming message that having a different opinion is bad?I have the same problem with anti-smoking ads. Basically my health class right there.
That would be me if I'm not mistaken.
It may have been, I think I was also recently talking about it with Steve Ressel. I talk about crappy cartoons a lot. XD

Yeah it was sad how that poor kid was being humiliated and pushed around by all these cartoon characters. You're so uncool, dude!
A lot of people out there don't realize that human nature has a rebellious tendency to want to do something anyone tells them no.
Nothing makes me want to touch something more than a sign that says "do not touch."
On a somewhat related note, has anybody mentioned

I remember the Get-A-Long Gang, but vaguely. How did they convey that message?
I want everyone that mentioned Jabberjaw and Hong Kong Phooey in this thread shot. Those are two of my favorite cartoons from when I was a kid. Catdog was pretty awesome, too, although I was eventually turned off from the show when I realized that the only way Cat or Dog could poo was out the other one's mouth. I do miss the theme song, though.
However, there are two abominations by Hanna-Barbera that I swear I did a double-take when I saw them. The first you all may have seen or heard of:
But the second I randomly found on New Years' Eve one time with my dad when flipping around channels. I find it ironic because we had just switched between the Three Stooges marathon and the Twilight Zone marathon for a couple hours, and this is the hellish bastardization between the two.
Don't open the spoiler unless you feel like dying of laughter and sadness at the human race.
!
! The word "robonic" gets me every time.
HAHA, The Get-Along-Gang… oh man, I remember it used to come on like right before or right after M.A.S.K.!!! Geez, I completely forgot about that show...
It may have been, I think I was also recently talking about it with Steve Ressel. I talk about crappy cartoons a lot. XD
Perhaps. It might even have been in that thread a long time ago about eighties cartoons.
Yeah it was sad how that poor kid was being humiliated and pushed around by all these cartoon characters. You're so uncool, dude!
I think the worst segment is a tossup between the Muppet Babies bailing on the kid and the scene where Huey, Dewey, and Louie basically start screaming a song at him. Bugs Bunny comes across as a dick as well.
A lot of people out there don't realize that human nature has a rebellious tendency to want to do something anyone tells them no.
Nothing makes me want to touch something more than a sign that says "do not touch."
True, people have a natural tendency to rebel, but there are ways around that. Avoiding preachiness is a start as it's just going to make the recipient hostile towards any message that you try to deliver.
I remember the Get-A-Long Gang, but vaguely. How did they convey that message?
Basically by having anybody with a opinion contrary to that of the group be invariably wrong.
Mark Evanier mentioned that this was actually a network policy on his website. Here's the quote in question:
For a time in the eighties, a lot of us had to include a message with which I did not agree. It was, basically, that the group was always right; that one should avoid the anti-social behavior of not going along with what everyone else thought. This was embedded in many cartoon shows in many ways. On a show I launched called Dungeons and Dragons (the DVD of which is just now being released), I had to make one of the kids a sour presence who always wanted to go in a different direction from all the others. The same network also had a show called The Get-Along Gang, which was about a batch of cute, furry animals who always had to be reminded to get along with the gang. There were other examples.
If you watch Dungeons and Dragons, you can see what he means. Eric always wants to do something different from the rest of the group and is always wrong as a result.
You can even hear a hint of this notion in the theme.
"Montgomery is the leader, he sets the course."
What gives him the right to do exactly? Is he The Decider?
Plus it's not many cartoons that actually have an animation mistake in the opening credits. Watch how Montgomery loses his skates halfway through.
