The devil pacts and cryptic powers is something that was really missing in part 2, I'm happy we got more of that. Ears will keep existing and now we have to wonder what else could be brought back eventually.

I think there's a limit to how recent a thing erased can be puked back. We likely not getting the things Makima mentioned in part one, and nuclear weapons are a coin toss. -

Not gonna lie, the entire chapter revolving around child murder was creepy as hell. I'm thankful that Chainsawman thwarted their plan by randomly eating Mouth. That lightened the mood quite a bit (how are they even going to make him barf this one ?
) -
They'll have to open chainsaw's stomach and take out mouth. I wonder why does Aging even want a sacrifice that big if it's going to die anyway. The idea of concepts being removed or added and the world changing with it was somewhat underused in Undead Unluck, let's see how it's handled here.

That request was way too evil and way too specific to NOT be a setup for something truly horrifying. For the government officials in this chapter to agree to that request without even once considering what might follow--just to get rid of the concept of aging--was as depraved as it was realistic. And of course the oldest among them is the most eager to sacrifice children for his own presumed benefit. Woof.
All that being said: I'm afraid this new turn of the story--where "X Devil" is tied to the existence/unexistence of "X"--is gonna make the story overly messy. Like, why didn't every car, plane, bus, horse, etc., crash when the control devil got re-eated? Or guns disappear when the gun devil got erased (also: did it get erased?)? I hope Fujimoto knows what he's doing...

Denji ate Makima, not Pochita. And the Gun Devil wasn't defeated by Chainsaw man - at least that do not match the info from part one.

Everyone hungers and so it can feel Famine.
But War, war is very conditional and tie to civilization.So in a sense Yoru wants to prove to be on par with her sisters. (Also she's probably dumber than Power).

Interesting, I had not considered this angle. It's true that the more the story unravels, the more Yoru feels like some freaky teenager rather than an ageless terror the way Darkness did.

I think there's two things going on there:- the devil is feeding Denji blood, a first time one does it in the series;
- The devil is trying to force Denji to complete the contract with the diarrhea geezer, not that it would necessarily help heal Denji

@pariston_hill it's how I understood things as well. I hope Denji doesn't fulfill the contract part, though. Either because the devil's blood alone is powerful enough to revive him, or thanks to some outsider intervention.

Chapter felt so short I actually went back and checked the number of pages. It's interesting and full of potential, but at the same time not much happened ?

OK. The Yoru/Asa dual personality is nuts, I love it. Not sure Denji will ever get what's happening, dense as he is.

Not sure what will enlighten Denji, but damn Asa and Yoru are perfect for him.
Asa hitting "herself" so Yoru switches out is cool, kinda reminds me of another series where this happened, but I can't pin point which it is.
