New Greg column is up, he talks a bit about Dadan and says that Elbaf might be around the next corner.
@andre
I think for Chopper they might do a reverse, use a outcast human who ate a reindeer fruit, would help them to keep the budget in check.
Though I would love to see them do the original story, reindeer with a human fruit.
1 week to go, I cannot wait for the LA to come out.
@funebre
For anyone interested on the topic of Greg's new column, it goes over the 50 Mark 3 and their possible role in the arc, he makes a comparison to the usual allies the Straw Hats befriend, not sure if he's joking around, but Mohji and Kuma both have ear shaped hair, so maybe they are related, Nami discovering jewellery might help in slowing down Kizaru, cause of their physical property of refracting light/distorting them. Imagine 7 Kizarus showing up, cause the "white" light got split up.
Anyways glad to have his columns back, I think he mentioned that they are going to be released biweekly. Hope this is the start of it.

Part of the Volume Japanese and Spanish attendee's got when going to see Film Red.
Another Greg column is up, small thoughts on the Kizaru vs Luffy fight and that all Straw Hats are stronger compared to two years ago.
@Captain-M I watched your videos back to back.
There's an improvement on your delivery but the script being up on the TV, was a bad idea, IMO.
Your set-up looks good, I like the background, I'm a sucker for a "library" set-up.
I'm not sure how you can improve on speaking more freely, besides improving with each new chapter and trying to go off the script every once in a while. If you stick with it, I'm sure it will come naturally in due time. Also don't worry about your equipment, the sound and video quality is fine.
New Greg Column is up!

Greg talks briefly about Bonney being a child, he highlights that when she was captured by Teach she was shown as an adult and while covered in sea water she was a child.
Greg also makes the connection that the Drums of Liberation and Luffy's "red" attacks might be the power source Vegapunk is looking for.
The ancient robot might start, with a simple command by Luffy.
@Captain-M
I think Stephen had a nice theory on the livestream of the last OPP.
He draws some Katakana and Hiragana and explains along what different reading they get.
Maybe it’s worth a watch for you guys, who are interested in Imu’s name and what it could mean.
Starts around the 2 hours mark.
New Greg column is up! Are we back to a biweekly column schedule?

What was first the devil fruit or the belief in their power?
Did Yokais like Saturns devil fruit exist in the One Piece world before Devil fruits were created/came into existence.
Saturns Yokai is also known as the ground spider and he is known as the earth star, so could other Elderstars have a similar Yokai theme which matches their planets name.
I forgot a lot of what happened on the hell train, except the big story beats.
What I remember, is that there was some sort of confrontation between him and a former sweet and sour member, but I forgot who. I think he killed him because otherwise Rachel would have done it? But like I said my memory is iffy and I wouldn't know which chapter range I should look at.
I hope that Season 2, covers all of Season 2 of the Webtoon, otherwise I probably need to reread the story at some point.
I’d say it’s not exactly a power up for Rak, ever since the hell train arc we knew that he was related to the ancient creatures, but this is the first time he truly transformed into one. I wonder what his state of mind is right now, he seems not to be in control.
And here we go, switching right back to Khun, when things started to heat up even more, truly a shame.
@Shiebs I do agree, I miss some of the old cast, especially Anak, but who I truly want to see again is Wangnan, as far as I remember he kinda joined Rachel, to protect the former member of sweet and sour.
With Edison maybe sacrificing himself to propel the Sunny forward by clearing and making a path for it would be neat, otherwise there are toooo many Vegapunks still alive. I hope that all Vegapunk die / get destroyed. My hope is that somehow York is the only one alive and kicking and she somehow ends up with the Strawhats, how? That's for Oda to figure out, but I would love something like this. The fan favourite is obviously Lillith and Atlas, so why not let them "die" and let York ride along with the crew, as a captive. This would accomplish two thing IMO, the Strawhats have a bargain chip incase an ally of them gets captured, so they trade York for their freedom/amnesty and the Marines and the WG have another reason to send their strongest soldiers after the crew, so they can recover the power source for Mother Flame.
Besides my crackpot theory, I did enjoy the chapter. Franky and Bonney doing something and fighting back was good to see.
I loved how Bonney turned a Marine into a child and kicked him, also Franky brute force punching another one without any Haki or laser beams was good.
It just shows how strong he is and I hope that he continues to surprise me in the next chapters.
Luffy running out of energy/food and not going straight back into Gear 5 surprised me.
Was Oda trying to be a showoff and establish the Elders as being on par with Kaido, or does Luffy need not only food, but also time or something else to push himself back into Gear 5?
I don't believe the snail which was found by Mars is broadcasting the message. I've said it in the spoiler thread, but I've read a theory, that the hopefully dead OG Vegapunks antenna is broadcasting the message, it would give Sanji a reason to carry around a corpse, otherwise he would still be alive, which would suck.
Anyways, I hope next weeks chapter continues and makes the situation for the Strawhats worse, before either another outside force makes their way to Egghead or, more realistically, the Iron Giant makes himself seen and does something, also only ONE minute left till the broadcast begins, so it should start at the end of 1,113, which would make for a decent cliffhanger for the Goldenweek break.
One of my wishes from last chapter came true, Rak isn't little and cute anymore and we get to see more from his ancient creature side.
I wonder how powerful he will be, as the hunter has finally found his prey.
If he does that the series won't end before 2040, so I'd say Elbaf is the next arc the crew lands on.
But maybe the interlude to the arc is different and we get to see other characters for a few chapters, like a few focus chapters on the Grandfleet, Revolutionaries, Teach, Marines, Vivi, Morgans and Wapol, following a switch to Law and Bepo, maybe even something from the Big Mom pirates and the last chapter of the bunch could show Kidd showing up at Elbaf to wreck havoc and the Strawhats arriving to a destroyed shoreline of Elbaf.
To chime in again, I remember Stephen saying something to the like of, sometimes he gets the chapters quite late and considering JJK is off next week, maybe this was the case this week and the translator and editor did not have enough time to proof read.
In 188, we know that Khun is a pawn, he said so himself and the octopus is indeed a rock, so how did Khun get his hand on a King, the whale figure?
Goruro is bishop and I think we saw Bam holding the Queen, shark piece.
So that leaves Endorsi, Tiara and the branch leaders who could be King.
With 186 and Endorsi reacting with an exclamation mark, she might have the king?
Or am I reading too much into it?
You all seem to be native Japanese speakers when you bitch so much about a translation.
Sure it didn’t read well and somehow doesn’t fit what we know of Gojo, but that’s it.
I hope this won’t be come another Caleb situation.
