OK, here are explanations.
1. Franky v. Buggy- Franky
For his Bara Bara action, Buggy's at a severe disadvantage here since his weapons involve spearing his opponent with knives. The only way he could beat Franky is by attacking his back, which he'll have a tough time doing unless he's actually looking at Franky's back.
On the other hand, Franky's too slow to hurt Buggy with heavy punches, but he's got the (fast) firepower to hurt Buggy even in seperated form; nails, fire, and the "homing cannon" shots seem like they would be enough to kill the clown.
2. Franky v. Kuro- Kuro
As before, speed is Franky's bane; Kuro doesn't need Shakushi to get behind and stab Franky, the normal Stealth Foot is enough. Franky's attacks are too slow to hit this fellow and outside of a lucky punch, I don't see how he could win (that is, unless he backed up against a wall or something).
19. Franky v. Ms. MerryChristmas - Ms. MerryChristmas
Against opponents who stand their ground, Franky is likely to out-muscle them, but MerryChristmas isn't like that; she burrows in the ground and attacks from flanks. Since Franky's weakspot is his back and MerryChristmas has a nice set of claws, this seems like another shut-out match unless Franky gets in a lucky slug.
20. Franky v. Ms. Doublefinger - Even
Doublefinger doesn't strike me as especially fast, but from what I've seen her spikes have the hardness of steel; as such, Franky's Coup de - attacks are likely to have little effect since Doublefinger can cushion her landings. Doublefinger can match Franky's punches with her pineapple-arm attack, and that same attack can protect her from Franky's nails/bullets like a Star Shield. This match would be a tough call, so I called it pretty much even; more accurately, Franky has a slight advantage but really it could go either way.
21. Franky v. Ms. All Sunday - Ms. All Sunday
Technique prevails over strength; assuming this would be the first time Franky met Robin, he would get disabled fairly quickly. However, we've yet to see someone out muscle Robin once she's used her powers, though I'm not saying it's impossible; if Robin's technique can keep a strong opponent down, she's the Queen of physical matches. However, if Franky could break out of Robin's hold, he'd bag this match fairly easily as well. I assume the former so my decision swayed in that manner.
