I wonder if that's the last Obsidian game before Microsoft finalizes custody.
Not a whole lotta awards going on here is there?
I'm up for pretty much whatever RPG Obsidian puts out.

They must realize people only watch this show for the world premieres lol
SonicFox is the second most powerful person here right now.
what even am I watching anymore
What the hell just happened?
SonicFox is the king of fighting games and pretty much owns.

Here's Weezer introducing some actually good music.
I can't wait for RDR2 to win best indie game somehow.
I am unreasonably hyped for CTR. I played that soooo much as a kid and it's probably my favorite Kart Racer, eager to get to play it against people this time XD
Also the SonicFox speech was glorious. Big middle finger to the people who are exclusive to gaming having to be white and hyper masculine, etc.
Atlas looks like Sea of Thieves but with stuff to do, do want
I'm not going to believe that Crackdown 3 is coming out until like two weeks after it does.

Bring out Gonzo you cowards.
Congrats, Celeste!
I can't wait for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3!
I didn't know Arcade Fire developed Celeste.
Celeste deserves this and more. Best fucking game I've played in a long time.
Bring out Willie Nelson you cowards.
sweet , new mortal kombat.
Ed Boon, 21 Savage, name a more iconic duo.
is that richard horvitz?????
Here's Psychonauts 2, which is never coming out.
OH SHIT Psychonauts 2! The only trailer that could beat that for me would be Metroid Prime 4
Starbreeze got raided by the police today btw
God damn that MK trailer was violent. And two Scorpions, one modern and one retro. Parallel timeline story, I guess?
cool, DMC5 demo.
Cory Barlog totally deserved that best creative direction award. That man is a treasure.

I really really want God of War 2 to get announced.

Wait WHAT
IS ATLUS LETTING THEM DO THIS
I was hoping that was gonna be a Persona 5 PC announcement. Let me play the series already jfc
Holy shit. God of War beat Red Dead Redemption and Spider-Man for Game of the Year. I am surprised as hell. But I'm not complaining, it was good. Just wish Spidey got one award.
I can't wait for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3!

Give it to Gearbox:ninja:
Oh, racign through my video feed, I ignored that the next supergiant game is almost out! Neat.
I loved all of bastion, transistor and pyre.
I got curious as there were news of Katy Perry going into Final Fantasy Brave Exevious, and that video only contained random people, and over half of this gacha cast is OCs? Is that normal? Specially with a franchise as big as FF, with Square and Enix owning (and also putting in) other big games. I mean, I get Sora can be a challenge thanks to disney, but Crono after Ariana Grande?

Did the Playstation VR one not count? I haven't played it but it's like 2 bucks at Gamestop so I might just get that for filler.
I mean tbh RDR2 has an amazing soundtrack.
Granblue Fantasy is having their own fighting game now
Did anyone see the new gameplay trailer for Devil May Cry 5???
Random question but I'm kind of desperate but does anyone know the name of the song in this video at 4:52 I assume it's a SNES song but hell if I know which one
Despite having tons of games in line for me to play, I ended up stumbling on this trailer and had to immediately buy the game because… c'mon, watch it yourself:
I remember people liking the Battle Network games around here so I thought I mention One Step From Eden kickstarter. It's inspired by Battle Network and there's a demo. I'm at work so I can't try it but I thought I'd let you know.
BTW, under-the-radar GotY candidate for me was Tetris Effect. Synaesthetic emotion-generator with rock-solid Tetris gameplay. Simply incredible in VR, but almost as good without. Caught me off guard.
Same can be said about Astro Bot, which is the best platformer VR or not I've played in years, but sadly, still don't think the two are worth the entry fee.
(My actual GotY is probably MHW with Spider-Man and GoW lagging a bit behind, in that order)
P.T. is downloadable for PC atm. If you have no PS you can now check it off on your Horror Game list

I'm enjoying Tertris effect with the various modes, and I'm grinding to get to level 50 so I can unlock the classic gameboy stage. I've gotten A's in some of them, but no S ranks yet, and certainly no SS…. and I used to think I was good at Tetris.
I dunno, while a lot of it is nice, but some of the songs/stage designs are super irritating. Like the very first song/stage of the game is great, but then it transitions into the second which I hate. I wish the journey mode wasn't quite so locked into that order. And I know you can play the stages seperately in the other modes, but their display order there is different than the main game order for no particular reason. ANd its not really sorte dby name or theme either, so... I keep going "I think that stage is the one I liked. Oh wait, nope." So being able to make a favorites list or mark off some disliked ones would be nice. Lumines let you do that.
Also wish there was just a classic option somewhere, where you fullscreened the thing without any special effects and old classic NES colors and music or something. A couple of the designs come close, but...
Hey guys, i was playing a detective game named Return of the Obra Dinn, in this game you have to find out the fate of each crewmember of the ship Obra Dinn, somehow everybody on the ship is dead. Really good deduction game if you don't have an issue with the retro visual style.
Now this may be out of place, but whatever.
I just want to compare things from this game with One Piece anyway.

The jobs are realistic, and in that way, is not fair compare this to One Piece. Everybody is doing more than one thing in One Piece, so we don't end up having a bunch of random guys. But it doesn't make sense that we will have the helmsman after we've been trough half of the world, and it's the second one that's related to sailing the ship.
And the ship itself is really nice, and make me wonder. Did we ever see someone using the canons inside the rooms in Thousand Sunny? They're always on the deck when we see then fighting, and the only thing they use is the Gaon Cannon. Looks like it's there just because is cool.
Probably a dumb question, but has anyone who's played Conan Exiles know if any of the disc versions of it have all the DLC already installed (similar to the Diablo Eternal Collection)? It's pretty cheap at base on the PSN right now but it won't have any of the DLC so if I can find a disc with all of it for the right price I might pick it up. For some reason I can't get google to give me the kind of answer I'm looking for.
To any Castlevania fans, Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon is a great callback to the classic NES games. It's short, but it does have a good amount of replay value, and you could definitely do a lot worse for $10.

You mean like Megaman Battle Network? I freakin' loved those games. So glad they were made available for Wii U Virtual Console. Having access to their save point system is a godsend, especially when you're using the chip exchanger machine since it saves automatically after you use it and you can't just reset it to try for a better prize, but if you use the save point to reload it, it DOES get around that little problem. Makes completing the collection a hell of a lot easier.

My tea's gone cold I'm wondering why I
Got out of bed at all
The morning rain clouds up my window
And I can't see at all
And even if I could it'll all be gray
Put your picture on my wall
It reminds me, that it's not so bad

Can't be worse than Uplay 2 years ago. Looking forward to revisit it for Anno 1800 soon…
