I've been saying it for the last year or two. #13 is the Thousand Sunny, it's why the soldier dock doors are set to 1 and 3, giving the appearance of a giant #13.
The means #10, #11, and #12 are likely to be nakama.

If she is gonna be the "look-out", there are 2 Points I like to bring up:
1st, Wickie, the viking-series which inspired Oda, had a look-out.
2nd, it could be, that you may hve brought this up in the past, but Carrot likes to eat carrots. Now there is this Food-myth, that says "Carrots are good for one's Vision". In fact, Carrots contain vitamines which aren't bad for the eyes, but they also don't enhance the eyes significantly. Anyway, milk does not heal broken bones or let teeth grow back either, but Oda likes to exaggerate These Kind of Food-myths.
Bottom line: Oda could go with the logic:"Oh, of course Imade Carrot the look-out. Did you not know that carrots are good for your eyes?" It's quite the same logic with Brook and his healing milk. -

A lot of japanese fans complained about Fake Straw Hat Crew file exclusive only in some japanese shops, so Shueisha clarifies and it seems they will add that card in one of the November booster sets.
Interesting to note that the Fake Straw Hats are coming with the November sets. Those are supposed to be the Arlong Park/Impel Down sets, how come the Fake Hats are included there?

Honestly, the quality of the book is fantastic. The pages peel off very well and they move comfortably inside the binder. The quality of the paper is fantastic and the printing quality is very high as well, each card has this beautiful glossy-like look. The work they've done here is incredibly commendable! :happy:

Weird, all the SH are credited as taking part on the Levely arc (Luffy's group probably because of the chapter with the bounties, Zoro's group probably because of that first chapter showing them in Wano, since that chapter technically was still part of Levely)… all, except Franky. Also, Robin is credited as being part of the WCI arc (the only SH of the "Wano group" to be so).
Those Buggy Pirates concepts, though <3 Originally, instead of Mohji and Cabaji, Buggy henchment apparently were two guys called Big (the fat short one) and Top (the thin tall one) and a third unnamed one (maybe Pantomime? Apparently Oda was taking note of some circus-related terms on that sketch and you can see bigtop and pantomime).

It's odd, I hadn't noticed. Here's how it goes: Luffy is in all arcs, Nami, Sanji, Chopper and Brook have both, Zoro is missing WCI and Reverie, Usopp is missing WCI BUT is in Reverie, Robin is in both WCI and Reverie and Franky is missing from both. ??? Maybe it's due to flashbacks or something?

I think the reason the Impel Down set has some weird choices (such as Akainu, Pacifistas, and the Fake Straw Hat Crew) is probably due the fact that the main staff is five members (unless they include Shiliew) and I get the feeling that the Jailer Beasts will likely be one card (it's unknown which staff members might be doubled up as well).
Also a majority of main escapees will be featured in other packs (Buggy is already in the starter set and the Baroque Works members will have their own set), leaving Ivankov, Inazuma, and possibly Jinbe (assuming he's not in the Fishman Island or Whitebeard sets due to his connections to them). They could include the Level 6 prisoners that joined the Blackbeard Pirates although they could also be one card as well since the only notable thing they did in part I was show up near the end of the Summit War to deal a group death blow to Whitebeard and I doubt the cards will give away new info on them until they play a bigger role in the story. Also they could be featured in a Blackbeard set that covers part I.

That's a good point. I could see characters like Ivankov and Inazuma being there like you said, but it makes sense they'd include some Marineford characters to even it all out. It still seems odd for the Fake Straw Hats though, but maybe they were originally a retail only release but it was changed down the line due to the backlash?

The Fake Straw Hats being released as a promotional might have been a mistake on someone's part (not certain if it's Shueisha or the various stores that gave them away). Also as you mentioned that it's heavy implied that the packs are not random and if that's the case I can't imagine that they would add the Fake Straw Hats at the last minute to make up for the mistake. As I predicted earlier promotional cards are likely alternate costumes for the Straw Hats and possibly movie characters that were designed by Oda, I don't think they'll be characters that were introduced in manga. In fact I'm guessing the Law card in the fourth volume of the One Piece magazine is likely how he appears in the Wano arc (and the Supernova pack will likely be their part I appearances).

Looking at the cards we have so far, I'm pretty sure they're meant to serve as examples of how they refer to themselves, i.e. ore, boku, watashi, etc.
Kuina's is the best example, since the only text is "Watashi, to? Ii yo" (With me? That's fine).

A thought: it seems the character numbering, aside from that of the Straw Hats, goes in order of appearance/introduction. Mostly it's by appearance, but some leeway is given for characters who are obscured at first, or get a real intro and odabox shortly after their actual first appearance. So, Shanks technically appears before Monstar, but he's only seen from behind and is introduced properly a couple pages later. Lucky Roo is onscreen before Shanks' odabox, but it seems the bit where he actually talks to Luffy a page after is considered a real intro. Alvida appears before Koby, but her face is shadowed until after his is revealed, hence their order.
The gaps we have so far line up near-perfectly with the number of bit parts from between the big character reveals.

39 - Rokkaku
42 - Ripper
43 - 45 the Buggy Pirates' Funan bros (assuming the cards give them individual names)
47 and 48 are tough, since there are kinda named Buggy pirates like the Domingo group and the Fuwa group, which may get one number a grouped entities and fill these slots, or they could give names to like, the dude who gets blown up and the one who fetches the Buggy Balls or something
53 - Hocker
54 - PoroThe only sticking point is numbers 47 and 48, but otherwise, this seems to be the system. Mainly it explains why the EX characters' numbers are spread through the set instead of being consecutive values. And also, it inspires confidence that this set isn't just going to have most characters, it's going to have every goddamn character. More than 1000 of them, if the wiki's list of canon characters article is anything to go by.

8/4 - BM Pirates (WCI Arc pt.2)I going to predict that Reload might be a re-issue of the starter pack, for those who might have gotten into collecting the cards later and got binder without the starter pack (or in-case some of the cards are damaged you have extras). Considering that 32 are released each month (as two separate packs) and Reload is the only pack being released in the month of March and has the most cards (the ads said 32 although technically it's 31) basically making it a double pack.
I'm also guessing that the Punk Hazard set will likely include some Dressrosa characters as well (possibly some Doflamingo Pirate members based on the character list Scotch posted) while the other two cover the gladiators, citizens, and the rest of Doflamingo Pirates. But will two packs be enough to cover the Whole Cake Island arc, based on the amount of characters introduced it feels like there should a pack for the Charlotte Family (that covers the events of the wedding/assassination and subsequent pursuit of the Straw Hats by the Charlotte Family and Big Mom Pirates).

Some of these sets look like they could be a tight fit for the number of cards assigned to them though, even assuming the EX cards all have around 12 characters on them, same as the first one. The masses of databook-named Whitebeard Pirates' subordinate captains for example, and obviously the Charlottes as well.

There is a 'z' sound in Spanish, but it is different from the Japanese sounds represented in romaji by za, zu, ze, zo.
If we established an equivalence between those two sounds, both of which don't exist in the other language, we would have to say Dressroza instead of Dressrosa, which loses the meaning of pink that I think Oda was going for. 'ss' doesn't exist in Spanish so your suggestion would destroy the Spanish connection. That said, 'dress' is not Spanish either, the word is just a mess, linguistically.
Zoro also differs from the Spanish in both the 'z' sound as above, and the 'r' sound. The Spanish word is Zorro, with 'rr' being pronounced differently from 'r', and not having a direct equivalent in Japanese. -
I think I mistakenly watched One Piece with the Spaniard dub and I vaguely do recall hearing Zorro.

As someone fluent in both English and Spanish, I think it's based off the English spelling. In Spanish, yeah, like you said, it's Dressrosa, with a heavy emphasis on the final s. But in English, it sounds more like "Dressrosza", which is the way most English fans pronounce the arc anyways. Don't get me wrong, I'm no linguist, but I get the feeling Oda simply based it on the English spelling rather than striving for a completely original Spanish spelling.

Yes, I definitely see Punk Hazard including Monet, Vergo, maybe even Baby 5 and Buffalo, etc. WCI is still a mystery to me, but I assume great part of the siblings will be included in Ex cards or their own sub-cards (like the Fake Straw Hats), I highly doubt we're gonna get 85 separate cards for all children.

I "rolled" my R's in Spanish class by doing a Japanese rrr, no one said anything but I'm sure it sounded wrong lol. That class made me realize Japanese and Spanish are phonetically pretty similar. It's neat.
First pack I'm looking forward to is the Marineford one. I'm guessing it's mostly gonna be marines and they're always interesting to learn about.

Seconded. Also Water7/Enies Lobby, just because of my favourite kind-hearted zombie knight, Capt. T-bone.
I wonder if we will truly get names for the Giant Squad members. I don't know why I'm so fixated on these no-name Marines when you have Smoker and the Admirals; I guess I was always most interested in the less importants characters.
