I thought this episode was very good on a whole.
Not fond of Deguchi's contributions for the action during the episode, but thankfully it was fairly isolated and wasn't the key focus, with far more being devoted to a real emotional component in the crew completely coming to terms with Pedro's sacrifice, which I have to say, was handled absolutely wonderfully, Kohei Kureta's direction and storyboard was fantastic, and really sold the idea that inspite of the Strawhats grieving Pedro's death, they were able to develop the courage to move on in his name.
Tu Yong Ce's portion of the Luffy vs Katakuri fight was definitely the animation highlight for the episode, and although I know people aren't fond of the mimicking of DBZ esque combat, considering the situation, I think it was very apt, and its execution was on point.
Overall, despite not being terribly animated, it was an extremely solid episode, and I have to say this is a contender for personal favourite out of this little bunch.
NEP is interesting. Almost looked like Katakuri was pulling a magma fist type attack like Akainu did in Marineford, which to me sounds really baller. Completely onboard with that.
