Okay is there something wrong with the forum's code atm? The option to line break/bold/embed/etc seems to be missing.

It's messed up for me too. I'm at work but hopefully someone can look at it soon.
-
Codes and tags seem to work if you type them manually.
-
I can't seem to edit my post, when I click in "edit post" it shows me a blank post.
-
It's a javascript issue apparently, affecting several things. You can edit if you "go advanced" with your post. Probably won't be able to do much about it until an admin has the time to dig.
-
Thanks for the support, I managed to edit using the advanced feature.
-
Even in the "go advanced" window, the options seem to still be gone for me.
-
Additionally, use of the return/enter key shows up when writing and editing a post but not once posted.
-
So it's still not working? Now that I'm home and everything, it's working fine… same browser too.
-
Testing testing…..
--- Update From New Post Merge ---
Nope, editing is still not working.
What about hitting return and other such things?
Test test.
Advanced editing options work, but not normal ones.
Posting from computer, using Opera as a browser.
-
In my case: there are no formatting options and it doesn't allow me to write on another line/use enter. Also no edit until you "go advanced".
-
What's with all this I need to edit nonsense? Ya'll just need to be prefect like me.
-
My case the same as Carmilla, I guess.
-
I'm with other people as well. I can't do anything on the editing function (heck, I'm not even seeing it). Is the repair on progress?
-
I'm too having problems with the quick edit function.
-
Now the main page of the forum is unavailable.
-
I am trying out The enter key Same problems listed as above.
–- Update From New Post Merge ---
Yeah, my enter isn't working.
-
I guess we've just gotta be terrible posters from now on if the ability to edit dies. TRIVIAL COMPLAINT! WENZ SPOILERS? RUDE COMMENT!
-
I wish Australophitecus or Joy_Boy's_Will post a theory today. EDIT: AP won't let me post smiles, either.
-
The good thing is I'll force myself to be more succinct. Even I can't read my text blocks.
-
This post is deleted!
-
So, main forum page is back. What about the Enter and Edit…Nope.
-
Maybe we should start posting new posts instead of enter button~
-
Is it just me or have we had a lot more spambots lately?
-
I was trying to post again on my welcome thread and I get an error it's "too short" and use 16 or more characters. It was something like 200 characters…
-

Yup that's quite normal, there is a 16 char minimum. Just add in a few more words and you're golden.

I had a quite long message. But apparently using a less than symbol (shift comma) deletes the rest of the line after it, causing it to think that I was posting nothing.
-
Anyway we're looking into it. It's weird that it started happening suddenly, and none of the things we've tried involving the editor code, styles, resets etc. have worked. It seems other people have had this issue on their forums, so maybe we'll be able to find a solution or ask vBulletin for support.

Testing this text. Is it green?
Not green.
-
Actually, I personally won't mind a forum downtime to fix this problem. Its a bit troublesome to type using codes.
I am not sure about the other members though.
-
New line don't seem to work with me, so to test this i have cut this sentence in multiple lines. if you see it all in one line then the problem is real.
-
Whee~ Brennen-san is posting. And yeah it is all in one line and the problem IS real, lol. Keep on working hard guys~ :3
-
The all in one line problem can be fixed by typing the BB code < br> < br > without the spacing.
See?
-
Let me try.
…....
-
Let's see.
Did it work?
-
Forum tags for reference: http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/misc.php?do=bbcode

Had and have the same problem as well. I had some similar issues on Youtube where all my posts for some reason (temporarily) lost all their formatting. Any way to do a linebreak?

That should do the trick.

We're still working on resolving the problem, which is turning out to be much more annoying than anticipated. I'm not sure how long it will take, so I hope you guys can put up with a crap editor for a while. Sorry.
-
Thanks for the hard work guys, hope it can be fixed soon. Any clue why those problems do appear ?

It seems like the forum isn't loading entire chunks of code, including the editor code. It's possible that the reason it works for some people is simply that they have it cached.
-
Well at least its good to know that I'm not the only one experiencing this problem. Anyway, I hope this all gets fixed soon.
-
my enter works before i click post but my post dont have paragraphs after sending
-
Perhaps you should consider reading the past ~15 posts or so
-
So far, everything is back to normal (it seems, not 100% sure), thanks for the hard work !
-
Let us know if anything still doesn't work. It was basically fixed like this:
-
It appears that you can't write in all caps in 50% of the cases. It suddenly worked now, but didn't work in visitor messages. Also doesn't work if preview post is pressed.
Was it always like this? Also, its impossible to edit things posted before everything was fixed. Lines still shable without tags.
-
Just noticed everything is fine, after seeing
s in my post. Regardless of the method, thanks for your work. -
Testing.

Everything seems fine in the Land of Water Park.
