Togashi's never going on hiatus again. :ninja:
Lot of people here have assumed this fight is somehow linked to the DC.
If Hisoka wins he can escape to the DC and help Kurapika.
If Chrollo wins, a prince can hire him for the game of thrones. -
Oh, Hisoka is in peril and can't resolve Chrollo's formidable abilities… just like the previous chapter.
All the chapters must be called Deicide from now.
-
I just read the new chapter and i really dont understand wtf is going on here. Its really annoying.
I feel the same way. But heck, at least when this is someday made into an anime it'll be kickass from all the detail. (Let's all hope madhouse has exclusive rights o.o)

Hopefully Togashi provides enough material this time around so Madhouse can at least give us an OVA.
-
How are people confused??? Like, outline where.
@sanji''s_dad:I like the older anime version better since it's not as censored lol.
You do realize my heavy advocation for the show in the past was to ensure its success despite a curmudgeony gang of old heads hellbent on destroying its reputation by denying it was going to be "edgy"? No one else was doing it. The battle has long since been won. Fool.

I can't remember when the chain in Kuroro's heart was removed…Last thing i remember his team found a nen remover in GI. -

I can't remember when the chain in Kuroro's heart was removed…Last thing i remember his team found a nen remover in GI.It wasn't shown. It's a shame we didn't get a couple chapters of an exorcist explaining how his ability works and gradually removing the curse.
-
Shouldn't Kuroro be pestered by the nen beast that removed the chain?
-

Delicious reply. I see what you did there :^)

Their meeting would have been fine for me.

We saw who did it, and how his ability works, on Greed Island, and we saw him leave to go see the spiders. What else is left to know?
Chrollo presumably had a big goofy slug thing on him for a while.
-
He should still have it unless the conditions for removing the chain have been fulfilled (which would, if I remember it correctly, Kurapika to do it voluntarily). Chances are we never saw the real Kuroro and he's lurking in the corner with his little slug or demon friend.

I think it's more of a situation where that guy had a stronger ability than Kurapika. Also it's been months since the nen remover went to Chrollo the slug probably sat on him a good while.

Maybe Chrollo isn't even there, that could be the twist that keeps them both alive.
-
Maybe we misunderstood and the slug went to the exorcist. The catgirl that ate nen got fat herself, not the target of the exorcism. But the slug definitely exist until the nen gets dispelled.

I was joking. Of course it would be redundant. HxH is brimming with semi-useful information as it is already.
-

I am wondering about this too
also Kurapika must known that his judgement sword has already been remove, right ?.
but above all else I am waiting for the moment Kurapika sees Piero's head hohohohoho.
-

Since Abengane removed it, I'd say he would be the one having to deal with the beast.

! Man, Hisoka is furious. That was such an animal face he did there. And now he lost a hand, jeez.
! Looks like a mass slaughter mode.. It was extremely vicious but at same time we see how dangerous he is. Still I expect that he has ace up his sleeve.
! As for fingers he can replace them with razors or iron claws - + 10 to creep level of his I would say -
! What's a hand to someone who lost both arms and won the fight. :ninja:

It looks like Milluki is helping Chrollo, IIRC he said he could create bombs.
-
Is this the longest fight that hasn't been cut away from in the entire series? I don't know the specifics, but I'm pretty sure that it's already longer than the Gon vs Hisoka, Gon vs Genthru, and Gon vs Neferpitou fights. The only ones that I can think of that would've lasted longer would be Youpi vs everyone, but that one wasn't a straight up fight, more of a run around. And Mereum vs Neteri may have been this long, but I don't think it was the sole focus of each chapter
-
yes, this is probably the longest fight so far
It looks like Milluki is helping Chrollo, IIRC he said he could create bombs.
ok, but what makes you think he's helping him ?
-
**Skilled Inventor: He claims to have invented a micro-sized bomb that can be placed on a mosquito that explodes upon biting the prey for assassination purposes. However, the bomb's explosion is only as big as a firecracker and it's pretty much impossible for a mosquito to bite the target that you want.[2] Milluki also crafted special 50 kilogram metallic battle yo-yos that Killua wields as a weapon.**Nen
Milluki is known to be a Manipulator. Although he he has yet to display any Nen abilities, he has an understanding of Alluka's powers.

To prove that he isnt useless despite not having fighting skills.
-
Holy crap this is just awesome. The crowd shots are gorgeous, Togashi can totally take another hiatus after this fight and I wouldn't mind.
-
I don't think Hisoka is going to be permanently wounded here. If anything, I think this is where it'll come out that Hisoka has some type of Nen ability that allows for regeneration of body parts. His long con back earlier in the series was making people think that he didn't have a way of regeneration (all the way up to requesting nen stitches, etc) as part of longer scheme of deception.

but, didn't he just used sun and moon ?

! The end of the chapter got me like "What the fuck just happened?"
Did anyone understand?I don't think we're supposed to understand yet. It's deliberately mysterious.
-
Yes, indeed.
I meant it more like "does anyone have an idea (theory) of what just happened?" -
These two aren't playing around, using all they got to prove to be the best. Hisoka may need help now, and I mean…needs a hand..hohoho
-
! The end of the chapter got me like "What the fuck just happened?"
Did anyone understand? One of the seals was on the head or on Hisoka, and the other was on the cole Kuroro was controlin that he told to crouch, problably touching the clone backs and the other seal, after that it exploded once reaching Hisoka's hand.
-
Holy shit this is intense and awesome… I had been pretty sure that Hisoka would ultimately win this fight because he is more established character...however after this chapter I can't say for certain...
-

-
Yes, indeed.
I meant it more like "does anyone have an idea (theory) of what just happened?"It looks to me that Kuroro is playing dirty and has Shalnark among the audience using Black Voice to sneakily activate that Sun and Moon explosion, and he is giving him instructions on that phone call. It's not that farfetched that Kurtopi is there too. I think he returned their abilities to them and now helping him creating clones and controlling people. Now, he can simply have Order Stamp on one hand and another ability that he didn't disclose to Hisoka which can easily trigger Sun and Moon on the other.
-
I hope we get back to the Zodiacs/Netero's crew before Togashi goes on hiatus again.
I also hope that Hisoka does permanently lose that hand of his.
-
Isn't it strange how the last time Hisoka fought Kuroro he went incredible lengths just to make sure he could fight Kuroro alone and uninterrupted and now settles for a highly public place with tons of possibilities to gang up on him?
-
On page 17 is Chrollo talking to Shal and telling him what to do?
-
no, probably to a doll.
and this is confusing me btw, how many abilities is he juggling now on top of shalnark's ability that he just activated?
if he using shal's abilty shouldn't one of the other abilities disappear? the sun and moon will stay even if the book is closed on it. but others won't, so he should only have 3 abilities now: the stamp, the clones and the switching.
how is he using shal's ability? -
but, didn't he just used sun and moon ?
We will have a clear idea what happened in the next chapter.
Chrollo is actually fighting smart with creating clones thus avoiding Hisoka bungee Gum.
-
Chrollo's had too huge an overwhelming advantage this entire time, is too sure of himself while Hisoka's on the defense and losing. Narratively it's Hisoka's to turn around with a surprise.
Isn't it strange how the last time Hisoka fought Kuroro he went incredible lengths just to make sure he could fight Kuroro alone and uninterrupted and now settles for a highly public place with tons of possibilities to gang up on him?
Before it was to get him away from the Spiders.
This may have been Chrollo's condition for agreeing to a fight rather than just running.
-
The head Hisoka's using all this time was marked with Sun and Moon, was that it? How are the explosions activated again?
-
The explosion occurs after the sun and moon seals contact each other. The explosion is larger the longer the seals remain in contact.
My guess is that the explosion is triggered by actually separating the seals from one another. Maybe that's why the head exploded after he pulled it back - it could have had one of the seals on it and been in contact with the opposite seal until he pulled it back.
