No quirk…besides warp portals hur hur hur. He just speaks in polite/distal style, as opposed to casual, like 99% of manga characters. Point is, it's in great contrast to most other people in the room.
Him saying Tomura's full name is just a weird thing that pops up in a lot of manga (another I'm doing now, Corpse Princess, also has that- lots of people address the main character as Makina Hoshimura).
Sorry, but I didn't think that line was that confusing...? "It's because he knows [what he must do], in fact, that he left without a word." Because was italicized for proper emphasis. Point was, it's not that he left because he didn't know what to do (as one might assume) but because he did.

For me the position of "in fact" made the line a little bit akward and I assumed it was connected to his polite lingo - however english is not my mother tongue.
If I would leave out "in fact" would the sentence still be correct "It's because he knows that he left without a word." ?
