@Xanegoh:
Oh shoot I forgot. The Espada. Damn you Aizen. I was so focused on you.
Now, the Espada are quite the interesting group. They will always be miles better than the Fullbringers, Vandereich, and every other group of rogues Kubo throws at us. I think Kubo was maybe trying to throw in gray moralities for them, but didn't bother halfway through.
Remember, being of Hollow origin does not make you evil - it merely means a Shinigami could not save your soul in time. IIRC it was described as a "painful" experience, and even monster-looking people like Sora Inoue (Acidwire??) felt pain and remorse.
Then you have the guy who was a serial killer or something as a human, but that's beside the point:
Nel and her merry band were probably the best shining example of yes, Hollows can be pleasant people. Even as an adult, Neliel was not sadistic, or cruel, or delighting in causing misery…..then you have other examples.
Stark only followed Aizen due to giving him more people to be around, to stop the crushing feeling of being alone (w/ Lilinette). It kinda mirrors what a regular Hollow must feel as their chain of fate begins to erode and the transformation begins. No one's here….no one saved me....! Probably the least villainous of the bunch, and I believe his mind flashed towards the Espada - the comrades he made - as he died from Shunsui's final blow.
Harribel is another, if less subtle example. Would a normal person put up with Apache, Mila Rose, and Sun-Sun if they didn't care? Nah. She viewed them as sisters/daughters, evidenced by the scene after Yamamoto fries them - Hitsugaya notices his opponent has gotten more aggressive. Then when Aizen defeats her…
Dare I raise Grimmjow as well? The Vegeta of Bleach hardly cared when his fraccion was toast, but he saved Orihime from Loly and Menoly as repayment for restoring his arm. His rivalry with Ichigo is obsessive, but he only wants to defeat his rival through the power he perceives is greater.
...then you have Szayel, who ate his fraccion, Barragan, who was the skeleton dictator of the Hollow world, and Nnoitra, who should've died by Neliel vaporizing his head with a Cero.
