Posting these thoughts again and expanding upon them from the spoiler thread.
I'd say Fujitora's pretty anti-Marines. He wouldn't even stop a Warlord from causing havoc on a city if it meant the Marines were to take credit for taking down a Warlord. And mind you, as of this chapter, his actions haven't been hinted of being a step in some long term plan to bring down the Shichibukai System. It's just been made to reference the direct contrast to Alabasta, whose parallels by the way have just been made explicit by the characters this chapter. Of course the public won't think the Marines are credible if they fail to do their job and stop pirates from attacking civilians even though they have the strength and ability to take care of the situation. Akainu kicking Fujitora to the curb was actually pretty light of a punishment overall given his actions. What a fair person.

Basically Capone's situation could be (at least) two ways.
1. Capone is allied with Big Mom, and they're getting ready to attack Sunny and take Cesar
2. Capone is allied with Law, and Sanji & co have been captured. Capone is about to attack Big Mom's ship to retake Cesar.Capone's speech talks about Law and Luffy's ordeal as an achievement by friends. He could be sarcastic, or addressing Sanji callilng them "his" friends. It's equally possible.
I do have to mention though, the Sunny and BM ship encounter happened hours ago, and now news of Luffy's victory reached Capone's ears.
It's quite likely that Sanji's fight is long over with, which would lend credence to option 2.But we'll have to wait and see the next few chapters.

Could it be that Capone actually isn't speaking About Luffy/Law. I know we expect that he got the news about Luffy/Law through the Den Den Mushi... But has it to be like it? Urouge scene for example shows nothing about him getting news.
So maybe Capone is holding a Den Den just to have a conservation with the other Big Mom ships and he is actually speaking about Sanji and Co doing well.
I know... Just my secret wish... But maybe =(

Didn't you see Corazon flashback? his father got killed there by Doflamingo, yes his father defected the marines just like Drake.

No. Go back and read the Law flashback. His father was a pirate, he had the Opie-Opie no mi and was going to sell it to the World Government, that never happened because DoFlamingo arrived, activated the bird cage, and they killed all of the, whilst a young Drake/Law both escaped

I wonder, if Kaido really is giant (instead of really tiny) could he have been that mysterious figure in the mists that we saw at the end of Thriller Bark? He already has some history with Moria, so that might explain why he was there.
I just recently finished watching FUNi's Thriller Bark dub and I had forgotten all about that mysterious thing we saw at the very end and it has been driving me crazy ever since.

1- the snails emit videos from the eyes I believe,
2- in the panel right next to it, you see a Jolly Roger that clearly isn´t his (Capone´s a Fortress). It might be the ship from Big Mom that was chasing Sanji and co. -
MS chapter made a hell of a lot more sense. And this situation with Fujitora got interesting, he's very close to losing his position, so he has to bring in Law & Luffy….i wonder how that will pan out.
Even though the Smile factory is destroyed, they have Caesar and he is the 1 person that can make em, so they hold a very valuable card.....

Mangastream translation made things a lot clearer specially the ending, really looking forward to next.
I love the Supernovas all hyped for one of their own causing a wreck/beating a major player.
So from my understanding Drake is in the same island as Kaidou? and Bege from what people are saying is in Big Mom ship, thats interesting. Also the Monks seem to be looking up or to something in the distance atleast, please be Enel.

They left this operations at the hands of CP.
Sakazuki guesses that even the Gorousei was played by the Celestial Dragons' puppets, and they tell him to shut up.
The Gorousei turns the tables on Sakazuki, blaming him for Kuzan lending his hands to Blackbeard, but Sakazuki replies whatever the idiot does doesn't concern him since he left the marines.
! As the argument heats up, a marine reports the incident in Dressrosa. On how Straw Hat Luffy and Law defeated Doflamingo and fall of Dressrosa.

But the news didn't end there….

! Capone on his deck comments on the news, saying his friends are doing well.
He orders his men to make sure to bring Ceasar home.
(He calls Luffy and Law nakama and he's out to get Ceasar, perhaps Law had already contacted Capone as an ally?)
! Kid's alliance is dining while hearing the news.
Doflamingo is tied to Kaidou, which means they must be after him…

Drake tells his mates his past
His father was killed by Doflamingo, but he doesn't hold a grudge about it.

! Sakazuki yells at Issho through the denden mushi.
He says the Admiral should know well what it means for him to admit fault. Why didn't you report this to me first!?
Isshou replies if he did, then you would have covered it up.
! Isshou recalls his chat with Smoker from earlier.
Smoker told the Admiral what happened to him in Alabasta. If it wasn't for the Straw Hats, Alabasta would have been another Dressrosa.
But the Marines stole that credit from him, and covered it up. Smoker regrets not having the power to stop it.
! Meanwhile, Smoker is in a hospital reading the newspaper.
Tashigi comments how Fujitora has avenged what happened to them in Alabasta.
Smoker says even if he did have Admiral's position, he couldn't have pulled this off. He feels relieved at Fujitora's action.
Tashigi thinks he's hungry (relieved and hungry are same sound in Japnaese) and she'll get muffins and coffee ready, to which Smoker calls her an idiot and corrects
The kids of Punk Hazard comes to the room, and as Tashigi takes care of them she tells them it'll be a few more days till they reach Vegapunk.
! Back in Dressrosa
Sakazuki admits there were so many ways he could have covered this up.
Isshou tells him he doesn't want to be paraded a hero for a blatant lie. He tells him the world government needs to take responsibility of what they did.
Sakazuki yells at him that this is a matter of trust and pride of the marine. Your selfish acts will cost our credibility for justice!
Isshou yells back, that if a credibility can fall so easily, then it really didn't exist in the first place!
! Sakazuki angrily tells Isshou that he is banned to set foot on any marine base until he brings back the heads of Law and Straw Hat.
Isshou angrily replies sure thing boss, that's what I want.

I think that Sanji and others are captured and according to Capone they're doing well. Looks like Capone doesn't work with both Law and Big Mom but for himself, or at least with/for someone else.

Great chapter ( well horrendous translations but that's not odas job) lots of shit going down. In regard to kidd, no way he and his allies can beat shanks at their lvl. Assuming he's still around puffy, but I also don't think he will die soon. So I'm gonna guess they lose to shanks and go after someone or something else( as in shanks fodders them and doesn't feel the need to kill them so they escape)

Wouldn't that send a big world message on how terrible the Shichibukai system is? We allow it and if you stand up to it despite atrocities and black market dealing you'll get killed. Especially after the Marines just begged for forgiveness.
