Obviously they are bowing down because of Fujitora. A high-ranked officer bowing down has way more impact than random marines, so yeah, not really relevant. It's about Fuji.

Will he go to where drake first went when he entered the new world? He said no regret, does that shed light on what he was doing during marineford? Is there any pirates still around? Did law and the others already live? No where to hide above the undrground port? Wil burgess get arrested as well? So disappinted sabo did not really kill him.

Sabo is showing more signs of being a bit messed up in the head. No one should get that angry over a few words from an enemy. This is also very unlike Sabo as a kid, he was much more calm.
I think the guy has been through some pretty bad stuff.

The former. The Jinbe cover story takes place over two days. On day one, the first newspaper is read by Jinbe, then he does all the stuff with the Sea Cat and Wadatsumi. They then partied at night, and left the next morning.
He'd have to be 2 days ahead of the "Dressrosa Crisis" day if he were reading the next newspaper.

I screamed "Good boy!" at the screen for Fujitora because it's about time someone in the WG with power did this. Not saying that it wasn't excellent when Smoker did it, but this is public. It's like the reverse of what happened at Marineford when the cameras were cut to hide their shameful actions. Fujitora isn't going to hide that the WG was wrong in allowing this to happen or let anyone try to cover it up - just BOOM, here's the truth and a outright apology!
I'm looking forward to the repercussions this has, particularly where the Celestial Dragons are concerned since Doffy had some knowledge that let him have influence in Marie Jois. Also where Luffy and Law's alliance goes because by this point Law will never be rid of Luffy.
