That was Baron Strucker. I think he's generally Nick Fury's arch-enemy. Baron Zemo was Captain America's main enemy in the early issues of the Avengers (the first Baron Zemo is the one who "killed" Bucky, though he was killed off in issue 15 of the Avengers; he had a son who became the second Baron Zemo, but I'm not sure what's going on with him). It's understandable to get them mixed up; I can't recall if they mentioned Strucker's name in Captain America 2, and they're both barons who work for Hydra.

They did mention Strucker's name in the after credits scene yes. They also foreshadowed Crossbones as well.

So is there even going to be a Soul gem in this version of the IG? Only really paid any attention when i saw the latest avengers assemble episode which only has 5 infinity gems, and then i looked at the IW trailer with Thanos which has only 5….

There were six, the yellow gem was on the thumb which was on the side.

EDIT: I'm guessing that the trailer you saw had someone's head blocking the view
