Ew, read the grand adventure part and it gave me bad memories-v-;;.
One Piece Romance Dawn (PSP, Turn Based RPG)

what is this? An extra dungeon? And i guess that confirms ace as the 10th playable character so he's therenot just for marineford
-
I'm guessing there's extra dungeons for DLC and whatnot.
-
There could be DLC dungeons but it doesn't mention DLC in that ad. Basically it's a bit like DQ9 where you can find special maps in the story mode that will unlock super-hardcore dungeons where you can refight bosses who are way harder. Also, you can choose Ace to be one of your party members there. I'm betting that like in DQ they will give out tons of dungeon codes in various crap you'd have to buy in Japan – strategy guide, theme song singles, issues of V Jump, etc etc etc

New scan from Shonen Jump.
awesome!!!! It feels fimilar but it looks like Ace is playable!!!!!

I don´t know if you are part of Saiyanisland staff, you always post pictures from that site (even if someone published them before). Why do they delete watermarks from the scans that other people publish?
I saw the scan I posted yesterday here in that website and they delete part of our watermark (and they put another one).
-
i wonder if we get to play other characters like admirals and the rest of the marines.
-
You won't get to play AS them, but you will be able to fight them.
-
New Romance Dawn images:
More images on Thriller Nark, the overall gameplay and some bossfights (like Lucci's). Looks awesome.

Opening.
-
Dayum Luffy, I didn't know you can take on every enemy at once.
-
I need this opening song badly! One of the most beautiful One Piece songs I´ve ever heard!
-
I'm not big on turnbased, but I'll import this if it comes out in Europe.
-
Krieg is pissing me off. =\
Yo, it's like they don't want us to beat this game.

Are all the bosses so far as time-consuming as Morgan?

Morgan and Buggy were easy. (although it took me 2 tries for Buggy) Kuro was a bit of a pain. You're meant to loose to Mihawk and Krieg is just too OP.
I guess you gotta grind like a w–--- to win this.

I'm not talking if they're easy, just if they take a long time to beat.
From what I've seen in that video, Morgan took around 10 minutes to beat.

It just depends on your strategy.
For example, on my first try against Buggy, I took more than half of his life faster than the try I actually beat him but then I screwed up. (Didn't guard when I was supposed to). On my last try, I took slightly longer, with a different (sort of) strategy.
EDIT: I didn't keep count but I guess I took like 7 mins against Buggy. I dunno.

About Krieg, are you forced to only use Luffy and Sanji on that one? If yes, is that the reason he's so hard to beat? Or is he just very cheap?

At the beginning of the level, you will fight Mihawk as Zoro (and you're meant to loose). Afterwards, it's the usual RPG–gotta fight goons and head to the boss battle (Krieg) along Sanji but once you fight Krieg, you are forced to use Luffy and face Krieg alone using Luffy.
So it's only Luffy vs Krieg. He inflicts like 100 damage (even when I guard) and I only have 1000 HP. Sometimes it's hard to dodge. (or maybe I am doing it wrong). His special can inflict like 300 of damage.

Yep, I guess you'll need some grinding there.
If not possible, use your best healing items wisely.

It's time consuming to level up your attacks as well.
Overall it's your fun RPG, but it's also hard as hell.
-
Opening.
Holy animation budget batman, that opening is One Piece, pun incoming, of Awesome Meat candy.
-
Kaitouu is that your channel?
-
wow, thats a really nice little opening.. so much crying going on TT__TT
-
-
Actually I was just wondering how you get PSP output like that. Remote Joy Lite?

if you wanna level your sp up fast,go do the bonus missions with only one party member, because sp is split between the party members so having only one character levels it up way faster,it's still kinda long but not as long as having others in the party, one of the missions has a rematch with morgan, every battle in that mission gives 60 to 100 sp if you have one person
exp isnt split tho, enemies hardly give off any exp,its really frustrating
i still cant beat don krieg tho-.- my Luffy is lvl 9 with all skills maxed and i still havnt beaten him,i really wish i could beat him cuz i wanna enjoy the rest of the game already,im loving it so far
not knowing japanese isnt helping either:/

Agreed, Kreig is a freaking hacker. He takes off 300+hp with one attack and will get to do it multiple times randomly.

One Piece: Romance Dawn : Opening [Eternal Waves - TRIPLANE]
-
soo theres chunks of meat you can eat to regen. life.. ok ) when you die there is no restart button at all, its just game over.."Load your saved game or get the fuck out", damn thats harsh.. the only thing that helps is that Denden Mushi completely restores your life
-
Actually I was just wondering how you get PSP output like that. Remote Joy Lite?
Yup. I imported the game and just using RemoteJoyLite to record.
-
Any luck with Krieg yet, Kaitoou?
-
Daaamn, Kriegs is impossible.. his spear attack eats 1/3 of your life totall
-
The opening with better audio.

so how difficult is it to play the game without knowing Japanese? Is it like the other One Piece games where you can easily play it and just miss out on the chatting between scenes or?
