Hm… This is a tough one, but I'll just go with how Chopper reacts to compliments, and how he hides on the wrong side of things.

Day 18: Croc, of course. The man is a most magnificent bastard during Alabasta and a
tsundereanti-villain during Impel Down/Marineford. What's not to love?Day 19: Kumadori. Pick the silliest character in an given group that appears during OP, and they're probably my favourite. I'm quite fond of his design as well. And there was a time when Lucci was my favourite, but I've put those days behind me.
Day 20: Haven't really given this one a lot of thought. Crocus' gag is pretty damn funny, though. If only we got to see him more often…

Favorite running gag or joke: Another tough one because there's many funny ones. The Strawhat's Impersonations of each other are really fun(I think Usopp and Luffy do those mostly).
Honorable mention: Law's reactions to the Strawhat crew antics and Luffy wanting a bronze statue of himself. -
Day 20: Luffy/Chopper/Usopp's reactions to cool things. (where they turn all sparkly) Especially when they all see TS Franky.

The blank face of indifference from the girls always cracks me up especially when it's done in the background of a big double page shot. -
