Bellamy isn't joining (Plot twist), Oda made the guy join Luffy's crew despite their Devil Fruits being too similar but I agree none of them are joining and he can be predictable some times, this arc is not one of those times

Bellamy has Haki and was able to last until being one of the final people in his block unscathed. He was able to get around Bart's barrier and didn't even fight back against Dellinger because he quote "had no will to live". His fruit may be similar to Luffy's but his fighting style is completely different (ex;Abdullah and Jeet) and we haven't seen a full fight with him yet so it's hard to judge (But we will).
And Bellamy's ideals are the same as Luffy's now. If you want to know why just re read chapter 706 or go and read his coversation with Tank Lepanto again.

A better chance then Bellamy? How? He has no legitimate reason to. He's just a fanboy who was a former mob boss who goes crazy and cuts people tongues off. He has his own crew and I think we can all agree that if Luffy offered him to join his crew (which prolly won't happen) he would happily leave his which Luffy wouldn't like at all.
I even have a theory on how he can come to odds with Luffy this arc but that's for a different thread.
I really don't think Strawhat is gonna have a new Crewmate, but instead Luffy is going to increase its power with "Alliances".
Something Like:
Luffy + Jinbe and other Fishmans,
Luffy + Momonosuke & Kinemon and other Samurais
Luffy + Bellamy and his crewmates
and Also,
Luffy can make alliances with old "friends" like Skypieans/people from Shandia Village…
each one of these "alliances" has a 'Chief' that can be Described as a "Captain".
I think that may Strawhat will have a new Crewmate, but it's not the focus now.

Yeah not saying you don't have reasoning but both are not joining the StrawHats, with Bartolomeo having his own crew and Bellamy also most likely becoming just an ally. There are no reasons why any characters seen in this arc so far are going to join, especially someone who 'worshipped' Doflamingo to the point of accepting a beatdown.

That's what happened to most of the mugiwara crew(ex. Nami,chopper,brooke) etc. They all had sad backstories, luffy saved them and guess what? They joined the crew! So how are u sure the same thins wont happen with bellamy?

Where is Bellamy going to go after this arc? Doffy's gonna be taken down and he won't be able to stay on Dressrosa. His crew is dead so unless he wants to start a new crew in the new world which is proly impossible then I don't see where he could go except the strawhats where Luffy would obviously want to support him. Or Bart's crew.

I wouldn't mind that though I do have a theory about Bart not staying on Luffy's side which may lead to a rematch with Bellamy or someone else fighting him. I just think Bellamy getting around his barrier will come back in some way.
