RAW for chapter 72: http://raw.senmanga.com/Assassination_Classroom/72/
-
To summarize what happened in the last two chapters
! According to my friend, to use the secret technique, "Yep, basically, Nagisa is going to pull his trump card out because the "conditions" are all set up: 1. he has two weapons 2. The opponent is experienced 3. The opponent knows the fear experienced when they're about to be killed"
! Seems like in this chapter, it involves the usage of something akin to a nekodamashi in Sumo, which caught Takaoka off guard. But damn, Nagisa scary. -
Oh shit, it's coming.

In other news, Nagisa is creepy as all hell.
-
Oh, anybody else watched the OVA? An English subbed version is up somewhere on YouTube….
. Tomokazu Seki did a good job as Koro-sensei. -
His voice is not as high as I thought it would be…
-
Yea, the guy who voiced Koro-sensei in the Vomic had a higher voice that matches that expectation. Tomokazu Seki did better with the variety though, and sounded pretty natural for lecherous mode. (cause isn't he lecherous in real life too? )
-
Nagisa just might be the coolest protagonist in the magazine.
-
Nagisa's adorable.
-
The best thing about him is just that he is different, when it comes to jump protagonist. He might just be my favorite when it comes to protagonist at the moment.
-
We've said it once, we'll say it again.
Nagisa for best waifu
-
I think that I just thought of a cosplay idea… :ninja:
-
Crystal for best waifu?
-
Nagisa's face in the last page is creepy. And I agree, Nagisa is a really good protagonist.
-
Does nagisa have male or female voice actor?(Is nagisa male or female v2 discussion) GO.
-
Takaoka a bitch.
-
So, Nagisa is becoming nightmare fuel while still looking like a girl (and begin voiced by a girl). It's a good combination, to make him more terrifying, but it's starting to scare me.

Kenshin was voiced by a woman, and was a particularly terrifying entity in the Kenshin OVAs.
The gentle voice… the murderous eyes...

I didn't even know back then…
-
Glad to have gotten a subbed version so I could understand what was going on. Nagisa couldn't have been better voiced whether I could understand him or not, I thought that it was the girl narrating instead of Nagisa until I realised that it was his voice. I think my favorite was Karma, followed by Koro-sensei. And they picked a great spot to animate so that we got to see a lot of stuff. Really wish it would get a full, but just like how America probably won't get a print, this probably won't get an anime because of the killing a teacher context. One can hope…

Shit's selling like hotcakes. If the fucked up shit in HxH can make it to air, AssClass definitely can.

wow,the secret tecnique is kinda lame and stupid

Actually, it kind of makes sense.
And besides, there is only one person with superpowers there. What did you expect, exactly?

You were most likely expecting way too much.

something ingenious, not a professional scared shitless by a clap

Except that it amazingly works even in real life. As per the explanation, it's used in Sumo as Nekodamashi, which is impressively effective on someone who is focused and in the heat of the moment.
-
Eh I don't really understand that secret technique either. Did a search on youtube and this was the only sumo example I could find
I mean he just clapped his hands and tried to charge his opponent and just kinda bounced off…didn't really seem too effective. Dropping your knife a few feet from your opponent and then bringing your hands together for a clap seems to leave you more open than to create an opening imo :/
-
In that example, the dude just messed up and started too early, so they stopped him mid-lunge.
It's a technique that mentally disarms an opponent by disturbing their concentration with an unexpected action. It's like a fake, but it doesn't require you to be in too close of a range. I think it was a very appropriate technique, considering how quickly he learned it and that he's still just a young assassin (with super training, sure, but still a lack of experience).
-
For those of you who play pokemon, it literally is the move "Fake out" (which is called "nekodamashi" in the Japanese versions, which is why a lot of pokemon who can learn it are cats).
All this tech entails for sumo wrestlers is a short bit of startling so that the opponent shuts their eyes briefly due to the sudden disturbance while their mind is on edge. For Nagisa, all he needed was a very brief moment to catch Takaoka off guard.

That makes so much more sense now lol XD The clap and flinch finally make sense haha
-
The clapping thing just messes with your nerves when you're in a stressful situation. Something as small as that can go a long way.

ch75
Bitch sensei cute? Cute bitch sensei.
!
True heroine of the series.
-
Let's be real here Aohige.
We all know that Nagisa is the true heroine of the series.
