Thank you. I hope so, too.

You are awesome Crytal, can I call you Crystal?

I guess, haha. I've found that a lot of people do that anyway, or Crys, or Chrissy.
But IRL, my name is Taylor.
Must resist urge to call you taytay

Hm, I used to like that name in middle school, soon after I came out, haha.
I think some people still used it in high school, but it kind of dropped off…

YOU REVEALED YOUR NAME TO ME!
You are so cute!
I always thought saying something like "that person posts good" is just another way to say how interesting you find someone and what they have to say. Nothing more special than that. Also, it helps pronouncing "post good" the way those monkeys did with "jump good" back in Samurai Jack.
@Print:
I'm not expecting people to necessarily reply to this - I don't necessarily deserve it anyhow - but the explanation is there for those who are wondering.
There might be a chance you are taking this situation a bit more seriously than it deserves. The obligations and responsibilities you have offline at the moment obviously outweigh whatever happens online, and everyone who deals with the same perfectly understands and won't ever blame you. People are just glad to see you are realtively okay and able drop by whenever you have time.
@Print:
Not so sure I deserve that title after so much time away, but thanks :)
You made an actually really really funny post that wasn't either random 4chan stuff or a meme, that's rare and to be treasured.
Wow, even MK is complementing her, LOL.
Best New Poster 2013 confirmed.

Even after the time-skip people still remember the stars of the worst generation

I'm bringing it back. Time to make some love for taytay
Forgot to answer these!
I personally dislike any sort of a title. I just find it odd thinking of a scenario meeting someone I met here in real life and saying something like, "wow, you made some good posts" like it's some sort of competitive thing like kicking a football once, scoring fifty goals and winning a game. But really, it's nice hearing from you. Take as much time as you need to get your life together.
I guess I'm uncomfortable with any kind of boasting which is why I don't take it that seriously. And thanks. I'm applying for jobs and working at learning new stuff and so forth.
@Holy:
i should hang out with hiroy sometime when i go up to miami next
i want to talk about posts in real life
like, "yeah that's a real good poster" or "yeah that poster has some real epic wins"
I plan to do that for about four hours.
When the planned Big AP Meet Ups happen, this is all that will happen. With snacks.

Thanks, that helps me put things into perspective. I just worry really easily (as some of you have probably noticed) because I've gained chronic anxiety over my years which even a psych told me was unsurprising given some of the fun things I've been through, and the extremely welcoming attitude I experienced at first made me feel that I was betraying that, or something along those lines. General life stress exasperates these things…you know, the same way you can be having a bad day and then you tread in dog mess and while normally that would be an annoying inconvenience, it instead feels like Everything is Against You and you react in a totally over-the-top way. Compound stress, I suppose.
Anyhow, I'm mostly back together again. And if I need to take a break again, I will try not to agonise over it.

Thanks! Which one was that?
You made Frank so you are cool in my book
Sometimes I'm self concious about repeating myself, having the same conversation… which is something that stems from my dislike for feeling like I'm stagnating.
The thing is I also want to share something to different people so repition due to that is unvoidable short of choosing not to talk at all.
This gets more complicated when it comes to stuff I write(on this board, per messengers, email, facebook).
I'm pretty bad at remembering longterm the stuff I write, so sometimes I write something I wanted to say to someone and it feels like I already told them or I write something, forget about it and write the same stuff again.
Harping the same flute feels really uncomfortable to me.

Hm yes, this happens to me a lot on Facebook.

All of them :D
(Except when you were being serious)
Sometimes I think I should proofread my posts more thoroughly, but then I'm just too lazy. Even if I notice mistakes glaring at me later I'm not always fixing them.
I don't remember my dreams as often as I used to (mostly because I've been tired from work) but TWICE now I've had these vivid fantasy/adventure dreams with TRAFALGAR LAW showing up both times as some semi-important leader to a group of people.
It really gets on my nerves because I don't actually like Law all that much. If I ever obsess over One Piece it is with completely different characters.
This probably makes me sound like a crazy person, but I hope I'm not some rabid Law fangirl deep down who is in denial.
0_____________o;
That sounds kind of adorable. XD It's probably just because Law's been showing up so much in the manga lately, and kind of presented like he has some bigger master plan. Probably nothing to worry about… unless he starts showing up naked
How do I motivate myself to do stuff when I have no self-respect for myself? I hate who I am, makes me so depressed feel suicidal.. just have a very negative outlook on life.. what to do? Have no self confidence

You're too hard on yourself.
Surely there is something you like to do. Try focusing on that for the moment and gain some peace.

Well, here's some suggestions: Put yourself in situations where you can build up your skill set (e.g. get a part time work, start a personal project, whatever), learn how to do something new and be proud of the effort that you are putting in (instead of worrying about when you will see results/when you will start improving, just be thankful for your own productivity)… exercise helps, like if you make yourself an exercise regime and stick to it that's a good self-esteem boost. Surround yourself with people who are positive, treat you kindly, and support you. That last one is really important! Seeing how your friends see you & your worth can be a real eye-opener when you aren't feeling so good about yourself. Hope this helps a little?! Sorry I wrote so much lol
Horrible Confession?
I have spent over $500 on the Star Citizen game, I was initially only going to buy myself a copy via the Kickstarter but more and more the game has drawn money out of me. Including a few copies to friends just so they will be able to play with me - I keep worrying that I'll regret it at some point but I am wanting to spend more. I still have a Car Loan a personal loan and credit card 70% used I shouldn't be being this stupid.
Biggest problem is the game isn't even playable yet it's not even in Alpha.

I dropped $775 to back a game coming out in a year at the earliest, so I feel ya man.

Wow which one? The only other thing I kickstarted was Project Eternity but that one has been quitely developing and not asking for more money.
Jeebus guys!! I wish I had that kind of money
Then again I wouldn't buy games even if I did… probably just furniture because I'm obsessively weird about interior decorating (another confession for you all). Also CLOTHES.
o fulltime work… wherefore art thou... T___T

Don't worry it takes a while - I spent years doing underpaid jobs - Collecting Trolleys, working fast food, furniture construction. Eventually after about 15 years of doing go no where jobs I got into a Government Job with some great security and have been paid very well. But I made so many mistakes in those 15 years - lived on 2min Noodles and milk for months at a time.

Dreamfall Chapters lol. Though to be fair if the $500 tier hadn't been sold out I would have just gotten that. Not that it's less insane overall, but the rewards actually still justify it at that price point IMO.

You're an architecture student, which explains just about everything in your post at once (no fulltime job, no money, decoration obsession) XD. Well I guess it doesn't explain the clothes obsession. I'll attribute that one to being a girl ;)
after reading these, i don't know if it's bad or not that there is high lvl internet piracy in my country, it's so uncommon here to buy a game.

You have to tell us later about the "thank you" call you'll get.
I imagine that there's a good chance of it being awkward.

I'm actually going to try to see if I can get them to give me more art print(s) instead of the phone call cause yeah. The awkwardness would sort of depend on him though. If he just sort of let me talk or made random small-talk then it would be weird.
-So whatcha wearing?
I can't imagine 775 bucks being more well spent than that

Knowing Foolio, I would not be surprised if it went in this direction.

Technically the phone call only costs $250 minus the value of the art print. But t3h cybursecks is still probably the only way to get my money's worth there. ;)
When I get into something e.g. a game or I click with something I'll go nuts.
I can finish professor layton games in a day and pokemon games in a week. I just get too into them especially the story behind them.

Getting totally addicted to games is why I have to be very careful what games I play and when I play them else my life will just disappear. Especially given I'm a completionist. At least DS games have that thing where you can close the lid at any point and pause it, making it less disruptive than console or PC games.

Maybe you can get them to make someone else to give you that "thank you" call.
To be honest if I were you I wouldn't be able to resist but to make that call more awkward on purpose.

I'm feeling like 40% self doubt, 40% make believe and 20% need of painting a picture of myself to show others, today.
How are you people feeling :)?
I've developed voices for a lot of the posters on AP.
Well you've actually heard some of them, haven't you?
Yeah, she's heard both of us and the writers at least.
There are clips of me speaking somewhere on these forums.
I don't think I've heard any of the rest of you though. I ought to get back on Skype really XD

South West Trains. It's the rail company who ran the routes around where I went to university. And well remembered! I guess people did listen to those things then :D

See, this whole thing was a test to verify whether anybody remembered my involvement. Now all of you will have to be systematically eliminated.

Oh please, you'll be the third person on these forums that's tried to that to me. I wonder if you'll find any more success. Good luck~
I hope mine sounds like someone who's all dashing and charming
I imagine such a voice would draw attention from what an ass i can be like
And i do hope Print sounds like Ronni Ancona, like i always imagined
My voice sucks ass. It sounds like that of a pretentious petulant teenager and is definitely not very pleasant to listen to. Downsides of a young age, really.

I'm more Radio 4 than Radio 1, I'm afraid. Not that that reference will probably make any sense to people outside of the UK >_>
I sound Queen's English, I guess. A friend wants me to narrate their documentary because of the sound of my voice so I guess that's a good sign?
Radio 4 is the "snobby" channel for the educated classes, no music, no sports and radio 1 is in-music and laughs right?
Did i get it or do i fail BBC radio stations for foreigners
But i guess what you are saying is that you sound rather posh, and not like som Scottish broad from the lower classes:ninja:

Sort of. Radio 4 is upper middle class rather than upper class though. So not Downton Abbey. Actually, it's probably exactly what people think of as a 'British accent'.
@Print:

Can I confess that that doesn't make any sense to me either? :p
Also, I seem to remember your voice sounding distinctly not like what I would have imagined, but you can take that as a good thing or something.

Ouch. But you have such a great accent D: (at least when speaking English … )
