Apparently, Hawlucha has a new move called "Flying Press".
The move is Fighting-type, but is super-effective against Flying types. It's just like how Freeze Dry is an Ice-type move that's super-effective against Water.

Mega Charizard X looks cool colour-wise and the typing is cool as well but I'm liking the Y version better.
Also Chesnaught is really awesome. I have to say I'm liking all starters this gen.

:T Thanks I guess. Pretty much anticipating seeing it at this point. The number is a little disappointing, but maybe the mons themselves will make up for it. To tell the honest truth, the last time I was hyped for news was when they revealed the panda pokemon. Now I'm not all that exited anymore.
so i havn't been on this thread because i'm avoiding spoilers of x & y now. However i just watched the pokemon origin anime (the first 2 parts anyway). Wow i'm impressed so far. They've both been great and i love the little minor things they include like red getting HM01 cut and buying that stupid magikarp in the early game. I look forward to the last two parts being subbed

Final evos are never any big deal for me. Some of them aren't….perfect, but I could usually find something cool about 'em.

People need to take into consideration that this game is 3D too. I don't expect GF to make, like…a gazillion new Pokemon in their first 3D Pokemon game.
They have to animate them, animate them attacking, animate them in Pokemon-amie etc. It's a lot of work and a lot of resources, and resources and manpower isn't unlimited. ~80 new Pokemon this generation, mixed with old favorites, is fine by me.

Pokemon Origins:
! It was nice I can't realy review or something like that because it was in japanese but it was great and wasn't afraid to be a little "brutal".
My biggest complains would be Charizard glorification(not talking about the mega-evo since it was used as something that allowed charizard beat mewtwo) and gym leaders and elite fours being recaped the way they were which makes sense since it was only a special instead of a series (what should have been but them I don't know if the animation would have as good as it was) to make it work better.
It was heavy dialogue since it was recaping the games story in only two hours.
And in my opinion is best than the main anime (completly biased against it so don't take my opinion as sure besides everyone as their own tastes, just saying I hate Ash and will forever hate him.) :P

But he is very likable and actualy grows in characther development unlike someone else though I could live withouth that voice actor(dattabeyo).

A quick correction: Spiney Shield/Spikey Shield deals 1/2 damage done back to the opponent ONLY IF the attack is a direct hit attack (i.e. tackle).
