I was looking through some of my old videos, and I was amazed at how much I've changed in the face.
Check out this difference!!
The first pic is from 2014, the second is from last month.
I curiously brought this up with a friend on Skype, who's an active cross-country runner.
He told me that most weight loss is usually seen in the face first, so that was a cool thing to learn~ -

Lol, that's actually it just out of a ponytail so not the best shot of it, took like 2 years to get it this long. I use Dove Men to wash it and that usually makes it as soft as it is.

After being part of the community for a year, I guess I can show my face:
This picture is a couple of years back, before I was informed that my body was injured all over, forcing me into changing the very active lifestyle I had:

After a year of fighting against the pain and trying to get better, my body gave up. Among other issues unrelated but still connected to my health, like having to quit my job, I started struggling with depression, my Neo[Toriko] demon resurfaced draining the little mental strength I had left, and I guess I also gave up and just drowned in it. Somehow though, as these problems that have plagued my life for years grew, there was a tiny part of me which knew that I had people yelling "Gambare!" from outside the cage I had gotten myself into, like Bon did for Luffy. So even though I lost a bit of the smug smile, I am not giving up.[hide]

Nowadays, I would say I am better, still with my body getting rebuilt, and new injuries coming my way in my eagerness to be healthy and active again _, in the last 8 month I lost around 22 pounds [although half of that was mainly this last month] which is just a tiny fraction of where I should be. I just keep repeating to myself: Patience is the best weapon you have against change.Anyways, sorry about the confessional._

I've been doing kettlebell training for some times now (started in October last year), and I'm pretty happy with the results.
The gym is one of those places where I sometimes see myself in the mirror as I feel myself.Please ignore the bumps on my chest, I cannot wear a binder during exercise.
