@TheCrystalShip:
Sorry to interrupt your fencing match, but when was it stated that Roger had possession of an Ancient Weapon?

@1PceXperience:
Sorry guys (CrystalShip & Miyamoto), but if we (berries) are to take Volume 0 as Canon, then Shiki has stated that Gold Roger does indeed have position of some sort of powerful weapon. This is most likely one of the ancient weapons.
If only Matt Damon were here to help!
Matt Damon did help, I prolly wouldn't have found that page if not for your post. I'm assuming Ch. 0 isn't on MangaPanda or called Ch. 0 on most sites.
@MiyamotoMusashi:
First off, if we look at the map of the OP world, even if Roger would have come down the other side of the Reverse Mountain, like you say, it would not prove him being on Raftel or the last island of the Grand Line at all, he also could have left the GL through the Calm Belt and reentered the Grand Line through the North Blue for example. In addition, by saying that Roger "had conquered the Grand Line", it is implied that he reached the last island, even if someone does not know its name. So, for the WG to acknowledge that a pirate did what they could not do, namely reaching the last island of the GL, they would have had to have proof of it which "coming down the Reverse Mountain" is not, like i said above. How they knew about it is a matter of the future.
Second, Roger was called Pirate King by the WG and thus also by every citizen. Pirates in the OP world, just like in our world, are rumored to be materialistic and go after treasures and money in general which in most cases, is true. So, for most people OP equals a huge amount of money. I am not saying that they know what One Piece really is, i am saying that they knew that One Piece exists before Roger´s final words because for them, One Piece equals a huge amount of treasures in a traditional sense and since Roger was the Pirate King, his treasure should also be the largest.

@Crystal: It was never mentioned, it is his assumption
It was clearly mentioned during Ch. 0. And I can't view mangareader links.
Also if Roger reentered through the North Blue then he would have to enter Reverse Mountain through the Waterway where all the currents from the 4 Blues connect. OBVIOUSLY! Only coming down can only be accomplished by conquering the Grand Line.
@MiyamotoMusashi:
It is canon, just like Robin knows where 2 of the Ancient Weapons are, Roger probably, also knew it. That does not mean that he had one in his possession or that he brought it to Raftel.
Are you making stuff up again? I don't think Robin knows the whereabouts of 2 Ancient Weapons, to my knowledge she just recently learned of one thanks to discovering the secret about Shirahoshi. What other Ancient Weapon could she possibly know the location of?
=D
