Jotaro likes traditional woman, so the key to his heart is to act like a total doormat.
Josuke…I dunno.
Jonathan would probably be attracted to a lot of different woman. Erina is just an all around good person, so it's hard to say what he's attracted to beyond the basics.
Joseph, Dio, and Caesar will probably take you as long as you're mildly attractive.

Dio wouldn't say "baka",he would say HINJAKU.
Also, why the lack of Pillar Love?No flirting with superior beings?
Probably because reproduction between the Pillar Men is rare, which was why their race was so few in number, so that would sort of defeat the whole point~
-
Or if you're Poco's sister. I keep forgetting her name.
Peggy. She was honestly pretty badass.

To be honest, I would choose Diego over him without even a moment's hesitation.

Dio is certainly entertaining, but Diego is far more likeable. As opposed to being pure evil, Diego is amoral at worst.

Yeah, and he's a dinosaur!

Sooooo… Sex with the t-rex? :ninja:

I thought we were talking about how he's cooler than Dio.

Sex: USELESS .

THE ULTIMATE BEING NEEDS NO SEX

I'm sure sex is the last thing on Car's mind right now.

I miss Cars. I think it'd be funny if even after all the Universe rebboting that he could drop out of the sky again…Cause maybe it really only effected the planet? And he was floating through space, maybe he'd get hooked on a comet and collide into Earth. But then he'd be hella confused cause things are different.

He landed got impeded in the ground near Kira and together they make Jo2uke!

His mind was always a bit rock-solid.

Wasn't it mentioned somewhere in this bizarre Jorge Joestar novel that Cars landed on Mars, and turned into several wings trying to push the planet near earth?
I know this sounds completely nuts, but I read that somewhere in this thread, honestly -
sounds perfectly legit to me. And didn't cars get an alternate universe form in magenta magenta?

Anime guys put out an episode of JoJo RaDIOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Sorta.
And you're referring to Jorge Joestar, which is pretty much a crackfic. An amusing one, I admit.
-

He's not an alternate version. He's different in almost every way. They just happen to share the same end, so people erroneously assume one is an alternate version of the other. The fact is though, the Steel Ball Run-verse has next to zero reincarnations: only parallels.
-
That's what I was getting at when I said "sorta", the parallels aren't as black-on-white as some fans would say (I'm looking at you, official wiki) but it is a neat little nod to Kars.

It occurs to me that since magenta isn't inaccessible like Cars, eventually he's bound to be fished out. It could be an interesting "man out of time" story, and he could even get that airplane ride he wanted.
Anyway, there are several parallels that are rather obvious, but the ones that are a layer more subtle tend to be more interesting. For example,
! Joshuu and Jo2uke are the reverse of Dio and Jonathan. Like Dio with Jonathan, Jo2uke appeared out of nowhere, was invited to live with Joshuu, stole his girlfriend and made Joshuu look bad by comparison.

In your opinion, what are stardust crusader best fights ? I skipped the whole, I just read the beginning and the end. Any fight I shouldn't have skipped ?
-
Why not just read the entire thing and see for yourself what you like? Anyway, some of my favorites are:
- Dark Blue Moon (if only because Jotaro punched a shark)
- The Empress (actually not that good but it has Joseph doing the line prediction thing from part 2)
- Midler
- N'Dour
- Oingo and Boingo (hilarious)
- Mariah
- Anubis
- Daniel D'Arby (I love gambling)
- Pet Shop (Iggy's time to shine)
- Terence D'Arby
- Vanilla Ice
Plus any fight with Hol Horse, I think he appears 3 or 4 times.
-

Why would you skip anything? Start reading from the beginning right now or I'll come over there and beat your stupid ass.

Between this anf that 3 year old,I'd say that the appreciation of JJBA comes to some at a very young age. -
Next you're gonna say: "Goo goo ga ga!"
Baby: Goo goo ga ga!
-OH!-Of course a comment like that was expect but man it's still funny and it'll always be.

I phrase I hate most of all is goo gah and my second most hated is gah goo

The best fights, excluding the finale and beginning? The ones that particularly stand out to me are
Tower of Grey
Yellow Temperance
Hanged man and Emperor
Empress
Lovers
Sun
Osiris (Daniel D'arby)
Atum (Terrence D'arby)
Cream (Vanilla Ice)Why would you skip anything? Start reading from the beginning right now or I'll come over there and beat your stupid ass.
Hey now, in his defense, Part 3 has by far the most duds as far as fights go.

I didn't skip but I certaintly read it with more speed then any other part since it was becoming so fucking boring, i was to the point of, ok checks new guy power, cool now lets see him getting beat, it was almost like a shore since I didn't want to skip anything, that and Part 4 before the plot starts moving so I can see why people would skip some of that stuff, you can probably really skip most of the figths and don't lose much of the story.

Yes? is the post confusing? you don't agree with my opinon? what?
P.S. My nephew smashed my keyboard and posted half the post only.

fuck you guys, Part 3 is my favorite part.
if any of you skipped it, you are awful people who don't know how to have fun. It's no more stupid than part 2, and no more boring than part 5. And everything from Iggy's introduction onward is 100% golden, culminating in the best final boss fight in the series, and one of the best fights in all of manga.
plus Jotaro has easily the best character design out of all the jojos.

I don't dislike any part, Part 3 to me is the worst because like I said it was the one that bored me the most.
I like Jotaro design but he is the most boring Jojo ever, I still remember when I see the begining I'm like damn Jotaru is going to be pretty cool, nah boring but badass at times.
I'm not going to discuss taste anyway, I'm just telling Hallwacker that I see where the other guy argument comes from even though yeah he shouldn't skip anything.

It's funny, everybody in the first pages of this thread couldn't sht up about how Part 3 was so amazing

Its the whole Dio thing and the stands, its like those people that say FF7 is the best final fantasy when 6 or 9 are much better. /trolololo

Ugh.. I hated Iggy. Dio, Kakyoin, Vanilla Ice and few fights were really the only interesting part of Part 3. Jotaru has a nice design, but I think he's super boring in personality and the least interesting JoJo.
Although I'm a bit confused about one thing. Jotaru was saying in the begining that he thought he was possessed and we later find out that his Stand was doing stuff for him like brining him things. But where was he getting those thngs from and how? I thought it was a really short ranged stand…Plus he didn't seem to me that he really had that much free will, but that he just had reactionary properties.

That was before Star Platinum solidified, so it had a larger range but was weaker then when it fully awakened.
Also I'd say I liked Polnareff way more than Kakyouin.

Ah okay.
Polnareff I had a hard time liking. Just not my character type. He was a bit too spastic for my liking. Also he wound up in some of the weirdest fights I didn't like.

I agree here, actually Polnareff was my favourite from the group, ignoring Joseph but old man wasn't anything like his part 2 self anyway.

Indeed. It's better when you look at each standalone, because after so many successive fights it starts getting dull, especially since part 3 has the worst fights bar part 1. I skimmed over Alessi, mariah and Pet Shop's fights so fast I didn't even remember them until I went back and looked.
fuck you guys, Part 3 is my favorite part.

my, quite the boisterous attitude.
It's no more stupid than part 2
Part 2's plot was perhaps more sloppily written, but it was far more entertaining and didn't drag. And the fights were DEFINITELY not stupid, unlike some of Part 3's I could point out.
and no more boring than part 5.
I disagree.
And everything from Iggy's introduction onward is 100% golden
I disagree. I don't think it was "golden" until the Terrence D'arby fight.

Debatable. It was certainly an excellent fight
It's funny, everybody in the first pages of this thread couldn't sht up about how Part 3 was so amazing
Yeah, it's strange how that works.

I wouldn't call very many of the part 3 fights bad, but they are certainly far outdone by later parts. I personally thought Jotaro was fun to watch. Sure, his character type has been done to death, but he pulls it off better than just about anyone. He pulls a lot of wins that are flat out incredible.
Ah okay.

He got Dbo the Cursed and Alessi to fight, and they're the two worst fights in the series in my mind.

Jotaro is a great character. He's the archetypal silent, stoic badass character done right. Such characters are hard to do because they could easily come of as boring and one dimensional. But with some subtle characterization, giving the character subtle quirks and putting him in insane situations where you can't help but be astounded at how he can face them with such a straight face, the character can be pretty awesome. Karl Urban's Dredd, Akagi Shigeru, Jotaro. They're the silent badasses done right. I can never think of Jotaro as a boring character with the hilarious shit he's done. The receipt, the bluff, the the oraoraora. Love the guy.
Also part three is great. Yes it was just a string of battles but I loved those battles even if some of them were boring and I'd be disappointed if the anime cut out a single one. They all come together to bring this feeling of adventure and overcoming adversity and they all have such a level of creativity and thought in them where they feel less like battles and more like solving mysteries. Don't cut a single one David productions. Not a single one.

I agree. I think his greatest moment was when he destroyed Kira despite being nearly dead.

Almost all of the part 3 fights are enjoyable, so long as you don't read too many in a row. Watching it weekly should be quite fun.

couldn't have said it better myself.
Jotaro is like Kenshiro, it's just fun to watch him work. ORA ORA 4 lyfe.
