Not bad, the beelzebub made laugh though. Just think of the fight in between Josuke and Oga.
Also, Oda's was a bit… lackluster, but maybe that is just me.The golden one claims a vacant throne. The crown of light will bring only darkness.

I lol'd when I saw Sorachi's… then Togashi's... good show.
Oda's was very disappointing though he did nail the "fabulous". Kishimoto actually beasted this time around, I have no clue who Kyosuke Usuta is, but he also did a damn good job.
I also like that when artists did draw Jotaro that where his hat ended remained ambiguous.
! I'd reread part 6 if it was drawn by CLAMP. Hot damn. :ninja:

I thought Oda's one was stylish as fuck.
More "minimalist" than usual, but freaking stylish. Specialy liked the silouete-like Jotaro. The face looks a bit too much like Mihawk during the war, but it's ok.
Also, like that Kingdom illustration, Kishimoto impressed me.
Kubo was quite lazy.
Murata nailed the Araki style to a T.
Sorachi's one was chaotic but quite nice.
Togashi's one is the biggest disappointment by far.
And definitely not enjoying Toriyama's current drawing style. I know, the man is old.

So this is where Oda got his inspiration for Hancock. Best Jotaro in the whole booklet.
Kishimoto can actually draw? That's hard to believe after seeing his currently ongoing manga. Sorachi is hilarious as ever, and Togashi is lazy as ever. Usuta, Jump's editorial's favorite gag mangaka actually gave a lot of effort. Shiibashi's Gyro looks nice. Murata was good as usual but sort of boring.
But Shinohara did the best comtribution lol. Bossun!Joseph is fabulous.

I liked a lot of these. Honestly only Togashi's was only bad one in my mind. Oda's was very stylish, how he drew Jotaro kind of reminded me of how he does new major character introductions in OP.
While I'm speaking to the crowd here I'm surprised how well drawn Kishimoto's picture was.

I don't have a problem with Togashi drawing Polpo, the problem is that it looks like it was made by a drunk amateur.

In a few color pages/covers Johnathon's hair was black with a bluish tint, just like how Joseph's hair was black with a greenish tint.

So… I never read the manga. Should I do that before I watch the anime or should I just watch the anime? I tend to watch the anime first with everything untill I get to the point where I don't feel like waiting, then I blow through a bunch of chapters in a day and have to wait anyway.

Always read the manga first bro. Always.
Edit: each part of Jojo has it's own conclusion (I can't think of a better way to word that), so you can read through one part and stop. That is not to say you can skip around though, as characters tend to reappear and leave you wondering who they are.
Kinda like watching DBZ before Dragonball.

Heck its not only here but in the Hunter x Hunter and Berserker threads also, I may be wrong but aren't you always asking if you should read those series get answers and like a couple of months later ask the same question again and repeat?
