That's a lot of signs of malnutrition…protein helps, or whatever you think you haven't been eating a lot of these days. But I know when I first went vegetarian, I was warned a lot about protein deficiency and how it makes you tired all the time, light-headed, dizzy, etc. Had these feelings constantly for a while, then started making of habit of eating soy beans, nuts, lentil curry, etc.
Of course eating meat is a tastier way out

I can never really eat on mornings, I never really eat that much for lunch, and usually for dinner it's rare that I can finish everything regardless of how damn tasty it is @@;
I mean… I've been out today and feel somewhat better, but... er... well... we kinda went out so... er... yogurt, lettuce and salad cream bun (there was chicken but I didn't like the taste so I picked it all out) aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand a mini pork with honey and mustard pie (which was delicious)... gonna have homemade sweet and sour, only problem being it's hella sweet so I tend to have to pause for a while before resuming otherwise it makes me ill @_@
I need to eat more...
