@Jeremy:
It's cuz Franky is a "StrawHat", which is a stupid reason btw
I know what you mean; I even wrote paragraphs about it:
@400MillionBelis:
I don't know about you and others, but I find the Straw Hats very entertaining and amazing. For some reason, they have the most character development our of all the characters, and we seem to almost see them and their interactions with others in ever chapter. Oda, oddly, tells us their back stories and show us how their dreams, which they slowly achieve as we stalking follow them through their travels in the One Piece world, affecting kingdoms and people and helping and making friends along the way.
It's weird right? I mean - a lot of people are going to vote for the Straw Hats because we have become attached to them throughout the years. Oda somehow makes us attach to these random people who, and made them focus of the story. Why can't Oda just let the Straw Hats become one shot characters and develop them sparcely? Why do he have to make the develop a lot and make us like them?
…
In other words...Do you actually think (majority) of people like a Straw Hats just by association? I don't know about you, but after reading 677 chapters and watching 217 [500 plus for others) episodes, I came to love the Straw Hats because of how they've grown. The only ones I can vote against a Straw Hat are personal favorites, and other Straw Hats...
Also character development for Sanji from Thriller Bark to Fishman Island never happened. Never.
I took out some stuff in the last paragraph since they're personal.
I mean, you CAN'T blame someone for liking the Straw Hats, right?
EDIT: That's why I use my sex log-SHOT.
