Vergo just showed his heart
Oh well then it was too late. Breaking out of the cage in full visibility oughta be risky

Kidd looks pretty bad ass. All those scars and a missing arm?! I hope we get some flashbacks of the shit that went down during those two years in the NW
more..Law said he was not able to switch the Nami and Sanji hearts back because Sanji(in Nami body) was somewhere else.
but now he switched the Smoker and Tashigi hearts back with no problem,despite the Smoker heart being not there
This chapter was amazing. The arc is finally starting in motion!
more..Law said he was not able to switch the Nami and Sanji hearts back because Sanji(in Nami body) was somewhere else.
but now he switched the Smoker and Tashigi hearts back with no problem
Because they were right next to each other? I think that Law is gonna change Nami and Sanji in their own bodies next chapter. :ninja:

I think when Law's talking about their hearts then only figuratively. Basically he switches their 'souls' more or less and not the heart. That's why he could put Tashigi and Smoker back in their respective bodies.

thats true when he switched their souls Smoker was already with no heart.so in this case Caesar got the Tashigi heart?:ninja:
@Superbear:
Jinbe in a cover story? Uh-oh Jinbe supporters.
Yeah, ok.
http://onepiece.wikia.com/wiki/Straw_Hat's_Separation_Serial
wait how come he switched the Tashigi and Smoker hearts back if the Smoker heart was taken by Caesar?
I "believe" he switched their soul not heart and you speak as of it is the first time he did that .
I just noticed the perspective on Trafalgar Law on page 15 doesn't make any sense. I hope that gets fixed somehow.
@Superbear:
Well Strelok its been like what 10 chapters and Kinemon hasn't transformed, will you join me in popping a bottle of champagne in Blowfish's face as brilliant symphony plays in the background?
@Superbear:
Jinbe in a cover story? Uh-oh Jinbe supporters.
LOL here you go again!!!
I'll make sure to give you the same treatment when Jinbe joins the crew.
Awesome chapter ,most interesting is the 2nd straight Alliance formed in this arc and has me wondering if they're ALL going after the same Yonko.
Zoro is and always will be the First Mate I'll leave it at that.
Oh, I wasn't expecting the chapter so early. Would jump right into it!
thats true when he switched their souls Smoker was already with no heart.so in this case Caesar got the Tashigi heart?:ninja:
The actual heart of Tashigi was always in her body, not minding the soul inhabiting it. Smoker's heart, on the other hand, has been in Law's and then Caesar's possession for quite some time now and technically speaking Caesar could immediately weaken Smoker if he were to squeeze said heart.

Jinbe in a cover story? Uh-oh Jinbe supporters.
I know you want to tell us something, but I dunno what.
I know you want to tell us something, but I dunno what.
I believe he was trying to lure you out. Personally I didn't know you existed beforehand.
Good chapter overall, action packed, fast and with the supernovas alliance in the background. Not bad.
I'm not fond on Kid's redesign, he looks more like a second rate thug instead of the psycho overlord of before.
Oh if this chapter had only been released before the Kidd vs Law match in the tourney…
Oh well, this was really good.

Whaat? :blink: Kid looks badass right now I freaking love his design!
Huh…...I'm surprised we got the chapter so early, but I'm not complaining! And let me just say.....Jinbei just got much cooler in my eyes for beating the snot out of Caribou. I mean, that's not a hard thing to do.....but ya know, I like Caribou in the same vein I like mouth sores.
Anyway! I think the Supernova alliance is kinda cool......we get to see Kidd, Apoo, and Hawkins.....hopefully we'll see more the world from their end and get some development. And here's to Oda making the Supernovas more revelant in general (damn, their bounties are high....)
And what better way to advance an arc with a little Straw Hat destruction? Caesar may be in trouble.....Luffy, Law, and Smoker are a dangerous trio.....
Meh chapter, how long has it been since we last saw Moria?
I wonder if the Yeti Cool Bros will join the battle.
DAT JINBEI.
!
@Sonic:
DAT JINBEI.
!
Now if only this happened before Rayleigh vs. Jinbei
Fun chapter.
Lol, Caribou's cover story came to quite an abrupt ending. Being only 3 covers reminds me of the crew cover stories during the war, which were 2 each. Maybe this will follow a similar path and jump from character to character for short sequences.
More of the supernova! I sort of have a lot of thoughts here, which I'll split up a bit. First, Kid's character design changes are neat. I dig the metal arm, as it suits him well, as does the scar. But what catches my eye the most is the fact that he got rid of his harness thing that he kept knives in. I guess Oda decided that he wouldn't really make use of them. I also like how he just seems to take it for granted that Luffy and Law will escape.
The supernova bounties are pretty interesting. The first thing that strikes me is the somewhat conservative increases over a two year period. But thinking ahead a bit, these guys will all be involved in this massive incident surrounding Big Mom this time around. So for the first time in the entire story, Oda has a chance to show us where these competing characters earn their bounties as well. By seeing their growth first hand, it could make them feel more dangerous later. Also Hawkins's bounty is surprisingly low. Of the 9 supernova other than Luffy and Zoro, Hawkins was one of the 4 notable ones along with Kid, Law, and Drake. Even Brownbeard said as much. Yet, his bounty is lower than Apoo's, and Law's frozen bounty is also higher. I feel like he'll do big things in this saga.
For the first time, I'm starting to get a feel for what kind of character Killer is. He didn't leave much impression on me at all before this. He might even wind up being the straight man of alliance B. Other than that, I seem to recall Kid and Apoo getting into a fight during their introductions. Urouge-san was mixing it up with Killer before they were stopped by Drake, and later Urouge-san, Drake, Hawkins, and Apoo all fought Kizaru together. So I get the feeling that Urouge-san and Drake aren't far around the corner.
Speaking of alliance #2. By their question mark reactions, it seems like Apoo and Hawkins might not have been aware of this plan to enter an alliance.
Law gets to show off his intelligence a bit, but at the same time Ceasar shows off his lack of common sense. Then again, I suppose all but the smartest characters would fail to catch on to a smokescreen. It also looks like Law doesn't have much problem cutting apart seastone chains.
Tashigi freaking out about her body being exposed killed me. Sanji's boob moment was great too, with a nice assist by Zoro. And this whole thing about the strain to her heart and lungs should make Nami's body stronger.
I assume Law will fix Nami and Sanji to start the next chapter. I'd also guess that he'd fix that shutter too, but who knows. In the end, though, there's the entire SH crew (with Franky and Chopper elsewhere), Law, Kinemon, Smoker, and Tashigi on one side, and only Ceasar, Virgo, Monet, and whoever/whatever else Ceasar has lying around on the other side. Law and Smoker need to retrieve their hearts, but will also be entirely ineffective against Ceasar/Virgo until they do. Zoro said he was going to help Kinemon out, who was going to go look for his kid. With Usopp, Nami, and soul mode Brook (and eventually Chopper) probably also going off to look for the kids, and Franky focused on the ship, that pretty much just leaves Luffy, Sanji, and Robin to deal with Ceasar, Virgo, and Monet. And that looks a lot more interesting. Of course, I have absolutely no idea what kind of impact Brownbeard and the dragon will have. Luffy might decide to tame the dragon.
Meh chapter, how long has it been since we last saw Moria?
Way too long. :/
APOOOOOO!!!!!:wub: And I really like how Kidd is like "You gotta be kidding me!" when Killer said that him, Hawkins and Apoo will make an alliance! And finally, Smoker and Tashigi are back in their bodies… The switch was funny, but I like Smoker more when he's in his own body. Him and Tashigi having to cooperate with Law and the Strawhats is awesome, of course. Overall, my reaction to the chapter is: I want to see more, darn it!!!
I believe he was trying to lure you out. Personally I didn't know you existed beforehand.
That's fun, I didn't know about your existence too! What a fancy coincidence we have here.
Fun chapter.

Yay for Urouge chapter reviews!
Glad to see the crew is reunited again, it looks like the battle phase is about to begin. I'm guessing the entire next chapter will be dealing with fixing the shutters and leaving us with a cliffhanger before the plan is actually out into action.
Yeah, ok.
http://onepiece.wikia.com/wiki/Straw_Hat's_Separation_Serial
I thought he had some urgent matters to take care of?
Except for the slightly "deus ex machina" way Law got out of his shackles (really, no one double-checked that Law's shackles were, in fact, normal ones?), this chapter was fucking good.
Brownbeard for the MOTHERFUCKING WIN!
(and goddammit, 10-11 days till next chapter. . . )
Killer is most reasonable person in the whole alliance…sigh...they all going to kill each other midway.
Anyway, Sanji power burst is hilarious. Robin is still recognized and feared. Why Zoro couldn't cut the door is beyond me.
I think he just wanted to see Kinemon's strength and power, testing him for a future battle over that sword…
They both cut the door…
It probably wont happen but it would be funny if somehow the battle started before law could switch back nami and sanji
Hmmmm okish chapter. Didn't care much for the first half. Bounties for chars who aint done much just doesn't interest me. I guess they can call this Alliance 'Kid and the Kizaru Punching bags'
Killer seems to be in Nami/Robin's position of the one to advise the others of things.
Yay! Everyone is there! And there aint enough developed chars for everyone to get a fight. Robin, Nami, Brook, Franky, Usopp. I bet you guys get the fodder again. Don't worry. Zoro, Sanji and Luffy will save the day again. I REALLY hope Nami or Robin takes on Monet (if she fights at all) At the very least Oda can give us a reasoning for Robin and Franky being there in the past few chapters. Cus I honestly see no point.
wtf?! where's Urouge damn it?! lol
I got a suspicious feeling we're going to see DOFLAMINGO!! I think he's going to show up on PH!! :ninja:
Meh chapter, how long has it been since we last saw Moria?
Dude, I hope you noticed Moria on page 2, next to smoker… The GECKO IS BACK MUFUCKKKERSSS!
@Superbear:
I thought he had some urgent matters to take care of?
Which could very well be one thing this cover story will illustrate.
@Sonic:
Dude, I hope you noticed Moria on page 2, next to smoker… The GECKO IS BACK MUFUCKKKERSSS!
Nah, Moriah's reaction would be more like "STRAAAAWHAT?!?! >:I"
I find it funny Killer is the voice of reason it seems for Kidd.
Hell I now find Killer more interesting than Kidd.
:ninja:
.. What happened to Franky, again? Why is he not with the rest at the end?
Why is everyone assuming that Caribous cover story is over? It is called Kihehaheha ( or something like that) in the new world. Not Jimbe, Jimbe and more Jimbe. I'm sure there's more in store for Caribou.
As weird as it sounds… That guy on page 2, next to Smoker, I could see being 2 year timeskip Gecko (whoever mentioned that earlier)--slimmed down, and wanting to kick some butt.
@The:

Isn't that man Killer?
Yeah, Killer seems to be really interesting, seeing his intelligence. But, this is not the first time that we can see him using his brain : we could also see this when he explained to Kidd the meaning of Luffy knocking the Ox Bell.
I think he is the most intelligent pirate among the Supernova and kind of makes me think of Ben Beckman, even though his fighting style is different.
About bounties. I was surprised by Hawkin's one (i've got to admit that Urouge post made me notice it). But, I guess he isn't the kind that would do careless things, like Kid or even Apoo. But, it remains that, for now, he is the Supernova whose bounty had increased the less (excluding Zoro). For him, 71M berries, when he was amoung the most wanted ones…
And, the formation made of Smoker, Law, and Luffy really looks great ! Those 3 look pretty strong, and they surely are together. Knowing the power of the enemy, we know that the most serious oponents are Caesar and Vergo. Monet may be dangerous as well, but that doesn't change much things.
It's a 3 vs Luffy, Zoro, Law, Smoker, (Kinemon ?), Tashigi. At least. I think that Law will not fight, at the beginning, as Virgo's got his heart. But, Sanji could get his body back, and there would be another strong fighter in the place.
This way, the result seems pretty obvious, even though Caesar power is really something, and that Vergo mustn't be some shitty opponent. We're at least in a 3 vs 6, and the Slime doesn't change much thing, IMO.
Isn't that man Killer?
I don't think so.
You see that man (who could be post-timeskip Gecko), then Pekoms and derp-face Tamago, then a guy that is probably Lucci, then, finally, Killer (and Kidd). It also says "In various parts of the New World…" So it's showing more than a single location.
Also, the mysterious dude in the panel next to Smoker appears to have elf ears (as well as a mini-afro)--and with Killer, you can't see any ears.
Which could very well be one thing this cover story will illustrate.
I hope so, I really do.
Why is everyone assuming that Caribous cover story is over? It is called Kihehaheha ( or something like that) in the new world. Not Jimbe, Jimbe and more Jimbe. I'm sure there's more in store for Caribou.
It's Jinbe btw. 16 chars.
It's insane when I like a single chapter of a going-on-700-chapter series more than an episode of the final season of what's supposed to be one of the best TV dramas ever.
"I do not think this funny way of running is enough to escape." Love ya, Kinemon.
