Check out OP wiki. I'm not wrong btw, Blackbeard tells Luffy in Impel Down when he was antagonizing him that if Ace hadn't intervened that the one dying today would be him(Luffy). That line + the fact that he took Ace in alive is more than enough evidence to tell me that he wouldn't of killed Luffy.

Meaning if they didn't use Ace as a treat for WG,
they would have gone to W7 to KILL Luffy and take his bounty.They weren't going for a money reward, they were going to get noticed.
And BB didn't kill Ace cause he felt sympathy for him as his ex-commander.

The whole marine institution will now be badass if it comes to pirates. And BB now rules over WB's turf.
We don't know which Yonkou rules the most islands yet, but shit will go crazy now in the NW.

IMO he collects all more powerful fruits and when he finished that task, he'll take the most powerful outta those powerful fruits to feed his crewmates that haven't eaten a DF so far.
This is my "creme de la creme"-theory bout him. He also used the "creme-de-la-creme"-theme when he was in lvl 6 of ID: All the worst criminals of the world fought in a Battle Royal against each other.

I always knew they were as transparent as that, no big secret about them (such as being from the Candy factory, made by Doflamingo, etc.)

Glad he saved Mermaid Princess, Oh Man Sanji has been jealous over Luffy for a good while now, poor guy but still funny. Looks like Sanji and Zoro both have haki, I'd be fine with the Monster Trio having that, man that'd be epic! Oh another thing, loved the way Mermaid Princess was holding Luffy, cute. Man Nami can be harsh when it comes to getting gold, beating up the Monster Trio after defeating Caribou, too funny. Oh yah, we also have loads of facts about whats been going on in the New World, can't wait till we get there but still if Luffy's going to be fighting yah know, things are about to get insane around here. I loved this chapter over all, good work Oda

Aokiji Vs Akainu, a fight that has to be spectacular to see. Even if, following the laws of Nature, the winner is obvious. Magma beats Ice.BlackBeard who, without any surprise, is now a Yonkou.
A new thing, nonetheless, is that we know now that he can take more than one ability with his Yami Yami no mi, so he can have multiple abilities which makes him extremely dangerous not to say nearly invincible.But I didn't understand a couple of things while reading; BlackBeard has discovered another way to steal abilities ?? And maybe can give abilities to his crew-mates ? I didn't quite understand that point.
Also, what is the thing that the government did to fill the hole when Aokiji left ? Or is it not mentioned yer ?
A very captivating chapter ! __ I love the chapters at the end of an arc, they're generally always excellent.

It's interesting, and perhaps I'm wrong, but I thought Oda had said that he was looking forward to drawing the big incident. So, I'm wondering if that means we will eventually get to see the battle in a flashback. Perhaps, the Strawhats will eventually meet Aokiji or someone who witnessed the event from afar and will personally tell them exactly what happened during the fight. I hope that happens.
I remember during the War that I had wondered what the relationship was like between the Admirals. Although the way they interacted with one another during the battle, it made me believed that maybe there wasn't really much to it at the time. On another note, I'm somewhat glad that it was a close fight between Akainu and Aokiji, even though I'm not sure if I really understand why it was even a close fight, since I would imagine that Aokiji would be at an extreme disadvantage, given the nature of their elements. However, that aside, it will be interesting to see where Aokiji went. I can't imagine that he put himself in some kind of exile, so I would like to believe he is still trying to do something that will have an affect on what direction the world is moving toward, despite Blackbeard's efforts.

There's a third ancient weapon that we only know the name about (Uranus)Theory:
Roger, having gone through Fishman Island and not finding the Mermaid Princess with Seaking Talking powers, didn't know where Poseidon Was.
Roger had access to Uranus, in order for the plot to have referenced the 3 Ancient Weapons before the reveal of the first one.Other Options:

No suprise Akainu became FA, it was needed for the plot. I knew Aokiji would disagree but I didn't expect a 10 day fight. Hope we see a few moments from it, but then again we didn't see much from the three day fight between Jinbe and Ace. No doubt that Aokiji is a big loss to the marines. Only two Admirals now? Seems so, but I expect there might be three again later on in the plot. I bet fighters like Smoker and Doberman have powered up a lot in 2 years.

I don't expect him to ever gain hold of Poseidon, but I am expecting Caribou to end up spilling this info to a strong character (Crocodile maybe??) and then will be used (or pimped in Croc's case) in order to find her and explain more about what he heard.
Blackbeard is a Yonkou and going after Devil's Fruits. Since we saw Enel in a cover story, there's a good chance he might return. What's the bets on his ability being robbed from him by Blackbeard. Enel wont be much of a God without his ability will he? Things like that make me think it'll happen.

Very much enjoyed this chapter! Lots of important exposition and loose-end tying.
Tonjit's Grandkids: While not surprising in and of itself, was greatly charming to see, if for no other reason than because it shows that he finally caught up to his nomadic kinsmen.
Ancient Weapon Uranus: Curious that it wouldn't be Zeus. I wonder if that is meant to imply that it's power is considered greater than the other two?
Caribou hearing about Shirahoshi from Neptune/Robin: I knew we weren't finished with him.
Akainu and Aokiji: I've had my suspicions for a while now as to the identity of the new Fleet Admiral, especially since Oda went out of his way to keep it secret. Despite Sengoku's endorsement of Aokiji for the job (who I agree would be better by far), I've always thought it more in keeping with the World Government's overall attitude to place Akainu in that position. Nice to see that not only did they have the same thoughts, but also that Aokiji showed the initiative in voicing his disagreement to the point that the two Admirals came to blows. Now we have Sakazuki, who was terrifying enough as a 'mere' Admiral, as the new Fleet Admiral, in place to force his own brand of Justice upon the 'criminals' of the world. And Kuzan, no longer a Marine, is a wild card that can play any number of roles, depending on where his sense of Justice takes him. I'm looking forward to it. Wonder who Borsalino's new teammates are…
Yonkou Blackbeard: Not particularly surprised by this revelation, but then I doubt anyone really thought that Teach would still be 'up-and-coming' two years after the Impel Down/Marineford incident. I'm curious to get details on this 'power-hunting' thing though, since it implies not only that Blackbeard's acquisition of the powers of the Gura Gura Fruit from the late Whitebeard was not a unique occurrence, but that this may not even be a talent limited to Blackbeard himself.
Caribou/Shirahoshi: Once again, Caribou shows his rapeface (does he have any other kind of face?). I wonder whether it was Caribou (evil intent) or Shirahoshi (the panic and terror of a newly awakened Ancient Weapon) that Luffy sensed... Regardless, I love that his solution was essentially just to casually punt the bastard out of the palace. Still, it's good to have conformation that Coribou and crew are still alive.
Old New Fishman Pirates: Nice to see that those Energy Steroids had a notable negative effect after all. Also, Zeo's "I became old on purpose" made my day. XD
Big Mom: Well THAT'S ominous.

There's still the world goverment itself, one of the other Yonkou, other pirate, Dragon himself, and whatever is beyond raftel, hostile remanents of the ancient kingdom. Besides Blackbeard was nowere near Arabasta.
I say 3 way battle in the end of the 3 weapons (Most likely Strawhat allies (or someone pulling shirahoshi's strings…) vs World Goverment vs Blackbeard), where Sunny comes and defeats the ones unaligned with the strawhats.

Wait, people actually think Aokiji is now a Revolutionary? That sounds kinda unlikely. Why would somebody like Aokiji associate himself with the most wanted criminal group of the world? The Revolutionaries are all about causing havoc, something that doesn't fit Aokiji's character. It would be much more like him to not involve himself directly into the WG vs Revolutionaries conflict and watch everything from the sidelines.
Considering his whole out look on life was changed during the Ohara incident it isn't impossible. He went from "blazing justice" to "lazy justice" in a day, and a huge part of that was due to Akainu himself. He did let Robin go and wants her accomplish her dream, he knows there may be something to Robin's discovery of the true history.
Besides the Revolutionaries do cause chaos but for the greater good apparently. You seem to view the Revolutionaries as normal citizen of the world government when you should be viewing them as a reader of this story. Just think about how Dragon felt about all the injustice and the corruption during Luffy's flashback. They want to over throw a government that generaly wants to take care of it's people, but still very much allow super shady things to go down.

Somebody repost that picture of Franky calling Thousand Sunny and it turning into a transformer and flying to him, scaring the crap out of Duval.
As to the chapter: It was great. Informative, wrapped-up events, and lead to the next plot development. If Big Mom is indeed Lola's mother, though, this'll be fixed pretty quickly by Nami, who is basically Big Mom's adopted daughter because of her friendship with Lola.
I called it wrong, so long ago. I guess this needs to be changed.

Eh, it's all fanfic, but there's got to be a reason for Oda to forget Zeus and go for Uranus directly, and that he didn't go for "Oceanus" and "Tartarus" fitting the theme correctly. It's weird, maybe Pluton and Poseidon are refined models, but Uranus is the perfect prototype.
