I'd pay money for a Gin comeback. With or without Krieg. (In fact, I think Krieg is kinda unnecessary, given how in the end of the Baratie arc, Gin admited that up untill that point he was just hiding behind Krieg's strength/afraid of him, and how he wanted to follow his own strength from that moment onwards).

I doubt this. They commented that they couldn't go interrupt the duel, and were therefore going to Elbaf next. That should be ahead in the New World, and I'm guessing that Oda won't be spoiling the places that lie ahead yet (but I suppose I could be wrong, since the fine points of this cover story seem impossible to predict with this most recent one, 3 from Baratie and only 1 to cover all of Cocoyashi). I guess what I'm trying to say is that Oimo and Kaashi should be appearing in the storyline ahead, which I think will put them on the exception list.

I completely agree. Oimo and Kaashi will probably be at Ebalf already during the time skip. They won't get a cover story since Ebalf would most likely be the next arc after Fishman (or at least somewhere near the future), since Usopp always wanted to go there.

Bumping an interesting thread.
! From the Spoiler Thread for chapter 641, there's news of an upcoming colorspread, I believe featuring the crew again.
But after that, what's next? Following the storyline, Jaya is up next, so we should be seeing Cricket, Masira, Shoujo again. I'm expecting them to show up on one page. Then, Oda moves on to the Skypeians and Shandorians, who ought to take up several chapter covers more. Perhaps there'll be another page for those Long Ring Island nomads, with Tonjit and Sherry, and we'll finally hit Water 7. I'm not sure where the Thriller Bark Victim Association has ended up, but maybe we'll get to see them for a bit again… Whatever happened to Moriah & co won't be revealed like that, though. And we already know how Sabaody has changed.
That's a lot of people to get through. Then what's the next cover story series going to be...? Hody and friends? There should be enough chapters for the end of the Fishman Island Arc...

Hmm, I am not quite sure if the cover story would do skypeia since they aren't really connected to the rest of the world and the story is following the journey of a news coo and its papers.
Anyways, I think it would be sick if the cover story ended in the new world, with the final chapter revealing someone's post time skip look like Coby, Smoker, or Buggy. Who knows, considering how a lot of the early villains got skipped one of them could be near SA or maybe even in the new world!

I don't see why the new shouldn't reach skypiea, they can receive newspaper from the people who reach the island, or maybe there is one btween the stuff who reach sky through the knock-up stream. or a seagull is lost and reach the island accidentally.
I also think that we'll see balgimoa where franky will have completed vegapunk's dream of heat the island. -

And MUST Skypieans learn of the Strawhats' return in order for us to see them?

About enies lobby I only can think on judge baskerville, maybe a joke coverstory like gaimon and sarfunkle¿?
I didn't think on the rumbar pirates, who would visit their tomb? lola and his pirates shouldn't by there unless they weren't able to escape becuase of that huge monster. -

Technically, the Supernovae showed up before Impel Down, so it's expected that if they're going to appear on the cover pages, they would precede Amazon Lily and Impel Down. But I'd say that they're too intertwined with the main story to be left out in covers.

That didn't stop Dadan and the Mountain Bandits from appearing early in the cover story despite being introduced very late in the main story.
This cover story doesn't follow the order of character appearance, but the order of location appearance. If a character is currently residing in that location, he/she/it will be shown in the cover. Dadan was shown early because she is in the Goa Kingdom, which was the first location ever shown in the Manga.
Also, scratch Coby and Helmeppo from my prediction. I forgot Marineford was moved to the New World.

I see it as going in order from the timeline not what has been shown in the story.
Luffy's life is first shown in fushia then living with dadan then going out to sea at 17 which is where the cover stories start following the main story line.
I mean in can be interpreted in any way, but if you look at the cover stories it (don't know if the title is right since they are on a boat) but it goes Johnny and Yusaku in "cocoyashi village" then baratie then back to cocoyashi.

Os maybe there's no clear-cut logic and Oda's just showing characters as he thinks it's the best, in a "quasi-order of appearance" but not quite.
Think about it, Dadan appearead when we were seeing Fushia Village. However, Yosaku and Johnny appeared before the Baratie's crew, despite them now living at Kokoyashi. This is not following order of appearance either, because Vivi, Igaram and Karue appeared in the same arc as Crocus and Laboon, yet in the coverstory they were shown with other Alabasta characters.

All the marines,I think will be shown after Fishman ISland in the main story.Like,AFter Fishman Island,Oda will dedicate around 5-ish chapters showing the Shich,Supernova's and Marines,blackbeard pirates etc.So I don't think they'll be in "Decks of the World"

I actually think that Oda will show a new character that is connected to one of the SH (I think it will be Luffy's mother) in the last chapter of this cover story, or maybe it will be Sabo

- The Shandians eating the pumpkin Conis brings them
- Tonjit and his son and the hoooorse going for the record again
- Iceburg and his new secretary and the rest of the Galley-la Company get the Water 7 renovation/ship project underway
- Paulie giving jump-suits to cover up the two Franky Family girls
- Thriller Bark? (their fate is unknown, so I'm not so sure).
I think that should take us close to the end of the main FI arc, because we have a color spread next right? Or did I just make that up?
I think we'll get a 'Where they are now' chapter post-FI.
