I really liked this episode. The anime seems to be playing fast and loose with the order of these appearances, but it doesn't really matter. We got the 2nd half of 593 in this episode, and the 1st half of 594 was covered last week. The only thing that's affected is the mystery of Luffy returning to Marineford and the mystery of the message, which Toei seems to have rearranged under the assumption that people in Japan don't live under a rock. You couldn't ride the subway there for a month without getting drowned in timeskip material for OP. The foreign anime only watcher suffers from the decision a little bit, but it's not all that much different.
Anyway, I loved the Croc scene. I loved the Buggy scene. I loved all the reaction shots. The Arabasta scene was a little weird with Cobra's voice seeming a little off yet pretty similar all at the same time, and Vivi's weird smile when she was supposed to be concerned. I suppose they added a smile just to make her fans happy. The girls pulling on Rayleigh and Jinbe wasn't quite as funny as it was in the manga, but that's being really picky. I really liked Duval's part, since the filler speech was hilarious. Shakky's comment about the vivrecard was all messed up, but I assume that was just a translational issue since she had a similar line in the manga at the same point. Franky having the exact proper images get printed out in front of him is just odd. They should have just dropped a newspaper on his head.
Finally, I liked all the scenes of the crew members receiving their orders. They, along with the rest of the episode, were drawn beautifully. Usopp, Zoro, Franky's scene, and even Iva were all hilarious. Also Brook having his dead joke stolen from him caught me off guard.
Overall, considering the gorgeous art and how much I have to nitpick to find anything to criticize, I'd say this was a pretty great episode. Even the filler was good enough that it didn't feel like filler.
