Questions That Don't Deserve Their Own Thread

Well alabasta's had something to do with pluton, the one in Skypeia had something to do with poseidon. And the most recent one found was apparently a letter of some sorts. They never quite said what was written on the one on Ohara.
also another note, Prof. Clover apparently either figured it out or came very close to figuring out what the void century was. As far as we know, Clover made no trips raftel and was working solely on other sources.

Was there ever a color spread or anything indicating Oda's intentional color scheme for Sabo or the anime what we all go off of?
-
Yeah, Volume 60 cover.

Thanks you much.

I really don't get the Grand Line. Crew traveled there and found Red Line once again. I just don't get it. Hehehehe.

Luffy's scar on his chest was from this attack, right?
-
yes .
-
Does… Jinbei have a similar scar then? Because... well... I mean, the attack went through him and hit Luffy. I feel like he should have twice the scar Luffy has at least.
-
Dunno, Jimbe's clothes hide the spot he was hit.

I need an explanation.

I was looking for the name of that thing. Thank you!
Now I might get an explanation why it looks like Doberman, chichichi~ -

Luffy is rubber, which means he may have actually melted there, and the scar as it is, is a result of that. You may note that other than the scar under his eye, which he received before eating his DF, he never kept any battle reminders despite frequent and horrendous wounds, including being skewered on Croc's hook. No confirmation for this anywhere, just a little theory of mine (and I bet many other people, as well, since even I admit its not very original). LOL

Also, Jinbe has some protective blubber to shield himself with.

That's an interesting theory actually. It never occurred to me that Luffy didn't have a scar from Croc's hook, yet had one from Akainu, despite it not being all that different of a wound (aside from the magma thing that is). It might have also have had something to do with Law's surgery, although yeah, it's bizarre that this particular wound has left such a scar, when other characters (aside from zoro) walk around scott free despite having taken 10 finger shigans, 4 ton bats, needles in foot, electrocution, what have you.
Then again, no one wants to watch/read a series where Usopp and Sanji suffer permanent brain damage and can never form a coherent thought again.

Quick question is Zoros ultimate sword technique three thousand realms?
-
Ultimate? How far into the series are you? I thought he hasn't used that one in quite some time. I thought his most recent "new most powerful ability" was Ashura, which uses multiple "nine sword style" attacks (Kyutoryu). But he probably learned some super awesome attack in within the past few years which hasn't been shown yet.
Now that I think about it, I would really like to see good old Oni Giri sometime soon.
-
Quick question is Zoros ultimate sword technique three thousand realms?
He does call it that in his fight against Mihawk, but who knows whether or not it still is after all the time he has spent learning and creating new techniques since that first fight.
-
Three Thousand Worlds does finally get used and is still called his secret technique here
http://www.mangareader.net/103-2587-14/one-piece/chapter-480.htmlHowever, since then another secret technique popped up.
http://www.mangareader.net/one-piece/605/13But yeah, Kyutoru is kind of up there.
-
Another question, is it just me or are powerful guys in one piece really tall and big,I noticed this in the marinford war arc, maybe its a subtle power scale?
-
They usually are, which makes it all the more badass when smaller, pretty ordinary looking guys like Marco or Luffy go up against them.

I saw a few posts where people talk about Zoro having Roger's power to 'hear the voice of all things'. They mentioned Zoro learning to cut steel during his fight with Das Bones as proof. [http://www.mangareader.net/103-2302-17/one-piece/chapter-195.html
I](http://www.mangareader.net/103-2302-17/one-piece/chapter-195.html) have a hard time accepting this. It feels like Oda to set something up eons in advance but the word used here is 'breath'. I've only recently started participating in forum discussions so these kind of fan speculation and analysis are new to me. Can somebody enlighten me? Or if I have missed some post explaining all this, I would be very grateful if you can point me to it.

As of now We fans have no idea what Zoros power to hear" the breath of all things2 is exactly and whether it is related to Rogers ability to "hear the voice of all things".Fans speculate they are the same power because they both involve sensing inanimate objects. Some further speculate it might be CoO haki but CoO haki has been proven to be unable to sense non living things.
Hope this helps -
is "Haki" similar to "Nen" in the manga hunter x hunter. the basic techniques as well ?
-
KindaSimilar in the sense that they are both mysterious powers found in living things. But howver their abilities are different.Haki are far more limited than Nen.You can find more information on Haki on the wiki here

Did luffy get the scar on his face from chapter one or did he get it from Bluegam?
Is this a general question thread?

You were probably reading my post in the other foreshadowing thread. It's mainly the "of all things" part that makes them related to me. Roger can hear the voice of all things, while Zoro can hear the breath of all things. It's still not exactly clear what either of these turned out to be, although like I said in the other thread, they both could very well just be uses of Haki.
Zoro's in particular seems like it could be Haki, especially because it allowed him to cut through the Devil Fruit power and such, although it seems slightly different and more dramatic than the other uses of Haki we've seen up to this point.
But yeah, that's why I mentioned that they are foreshadowed. There doesn't seem to be an explanation of it because it's left intentionally vague for now.

The fact that Zoro could cut Daz Bones really had little to do with the cutting of devil fruit powers, it was purely because he could cut steel. Otherwise as from that moment Zoro should have been able to cut any devil fruit user.

fixed it for you.

We went through something like this already. Why is it so a pair of lungs, and digestive tract, may suffice. Since paramecia, had to stay alive long enough to suffice; indication Luffy Arlong Park, the changes in the body can not be undone by the sea.
However, this is the first advantage in its light weightedness not dive, as long as it works as Jesus Christ lizard.
-
I think he meant to include logias because it would have been haki.
Yes, exactly. So nefra sorry bud but there was nothing to fix.

This post is deleted!

Yes, exactly. So nefra sorry bud but there was nothing to fix.
But that was not haki, it was the breath of all things.
-
But that was not haki, it was the breath of all things.
Which is why he can use it to cut steel, not devil fruit powers.
If it were a devil fruit cutting ability (haki or anything), then it would be very reasonable to asume it would also cut logia users. So far there has been no ability to cancel devil fruits that made a distinction between logia's and other devil fruit users. However that discussion is pointless because as we have seen with Kuma and probably some other devil fruit users, Zoro cannot negate their devil fruit. Therefore the breath of all things allows him just to cut steel (and maybe other materials in the future), the only reason he could cut Daz Bones is because Daz Bones happens to be made of steel.

In which chapter does Boney get captured by Akainu?
What does sixteen chars mean?
why do guys in one piece tell each other what fruits they have eaten is it a code for all DF users?doesnt that bit of information help an intelligent opponent discover your weakness?
Oh and is it me or does Oda have something against Sanji?the guy is the only one who was sent to his own personal hell while all the others enjoyed their stays in their training islands. He has the wast wanted poster and know what he loves second to cooking nearly killed him. -

- 16 chars is something people do to make the post longer since responses on the forum need to 16 characters (letters/numbers)
- Because it's a Shonen manga. And not everyone declares their fruit. Law and Kid are prime examples.
- We say yes, but we say it jokingly.
-
Thanks or should I say sixteen chars of thanks. As for Sanji do you think he'll catch a break anytime soon,I honestly feel bad for the guy.
Another question has anyone considered the fact that had Robin been a real Villain(who actually kills kind of like caribou) that she could be considered a very dangerous criminal, that she could actually have a bounty higher than luffy due to how many people she had killed?(clutch-broken spine instant death,twist-snapped neck….)
(she is the perfect Assasin) -

(she is the perfect Assasin)Ah but Robin didn't beat Rob Lucci and Moria you see. And since she was 8 years old her bounty was higher than Luffy until he defeated her boss that is

I know she couldnt beat strong guys like moria and Rob Lucci, but the rest she can single handedly kill everyone on a marine ship who is lower than a VA with the exception of a few commanders and she could also wipe out alot of pirate crews.

Here I go again:
Where do you think the Giant Squad usually is?
I guess John Giant is at the HQ or somewhere like that, but a whole Squad of giants would be hard to put there.
Maybe they have an own little "base" just for the giants, where they can get food for themselves (because preparing food for 8 or so giants is damn hard, I think). So there, they basically take care of themselves.
That's the only thing I can imagine. -
is Akainus Magu Magu no Mi fruit the natural counter to aces Mera Mera no Mi fruit? the same way that luffys Gomu Gomu no Mi is to Enels Goro Goro no Mi? or is simply superior? and did ace turn off his intangibility when protecting luffy from Akainu or not? and would it have made a difference?(as in it would have been nullified by Akainus fruit).
Also when Whitebeard attacked Akainu after aces death, did the admiral simply take damage from a haki punch or was he also hurt by the Tremor(as in it did it simply pass through him or not, can haki be imbued in a tremor)? I ask this since Aokiji was unaffected by the tremors from a distance, would this have been different if it was close range with haki imbued? and if the answer is yes how does that work? would the tremors have been felt for only the duration that Busoshoku Haki turns the logias body tangible?
-

This one probably. Probably in the same way weapons can be imbued with Haki.

One thing we know for sure fruit powers can be amplified with Haki. Example: Boa shooting her pistol kiss at Luffy and it hurting him. Aokiji may have not looked hurt from the mid air quaking but it very well could have hurt him. Thats all I have for now.
-
Thanks guys for clearing that up for me.
This one probably. Probably in the same way weapons can be imbued with Haki.
So do you think its possible to have haki imbued into attacks such as Hyakuhachi Pound Ho? (compressed air projectile).

I had totally forgotten about that, this makes it much clearer.
Now that we know haki can be imbued into weapons and fruit powers does this mean that Donquixote Doflamingo does not have Busoshoku haki?(decapitation of Crocodile) This is me assuming his power either comes from a weapon/String or devil fruit.
