I have been using the cheapest shipping option for a year now, works perfectly for me. Whether I take EMS and have to pay for customs or I use SAL unregistered, it usually takes the same amount of time.
And I have been collecting way too much to be impatient nowadays. Pre-orders open 4 months before release, you know you gotta wait for a long, long time… so what's another 2 weeks?
With the amount you save on about 6 packages you have got yourself a free POP, if they let you pre-order them that is.

Just got my payment request from Power Anime for my Will of D vol 2 set (Ace & Roger). This should give people an idea on how long it takes to get items from them.

Though for the record the Will of D vol 1 set I got from them previously had gold Toei stickers with japanesse writing on them, for those who care about that stuff.

SAL is a good option, unregistered normally takes 7 days (but is taking more with the situation over there being as it is still), while EMS is like, 4 days usually. 3 extra days is not a big deal for me XDD

Registered SAL however tends to get stuck sometimes >_< So I try to avoid that as much as possible.

Got my Snape Girls and Brotherhood from Aikoudo today. One of the slowest EMS deliveries I had, still happy with the what I got.

Brotherhood is a lot smaller than I though it was. My Ace has a mark on his face too, but it's not too bad. Has a lot of sharp ends as people mentioned. I wish the bases fitted together. Overall though it's a great figure and a must have. Snap Girls are nice for what they are. Too bad they put pegs on their feet. It's probably the only downside to the figures.

Yeah, I read that line after switching back and forth if I should get it or not XDD
But I usually pre-order things @AnimeExport (because of some special reasons XD). They always require pre-payment. So I am used to it.

Yes it is. Its almost half Aokiji's retail price. Would be wise to get the new Aokiji. You get both version of Aokiji.

Aokiji's coat & base sold out at BIJ! Wonder whether they had it exclusively or if it'll pop up elsewhere. I'm glad I decided to get mine, even though I've got new Aokiji on pre-order as well. I suppose I can display them both with capes, one with pimpin white shoes and one with serious black shoes. If you hadn't guessed, I'm a big Aokiji fan ;)

In the "About Us" page, they refer to their society as Hohotrade which has been flagged as a scammer on certain websites.
Plus, most of their pages are filled with typos.
I wouldn't trust them.

I've tried buying from there three times (with some cheap items to test out their service). For all three times, I launched a paypal claim because they NEVER responded to my messages. I probably sent around 7 messages through the site in total. Paypal refunded me all three times because there was no response from them. The first time i tried, it seemed like the transaction didn't go through (as in paypal showed that i paid for it but on the site it said "awaiting payment" =.=). The second time i tried, the same thing happened except this time paypal redirected to me a page that said "payment confirmed" or whatever, so i thought it might work the second time, but it still said "awaiting payment" on the actual site. The third time i tried it changed to "awaiting fulfillment," meaning the order has been sent to be confirmed (something like that) and an email was sent to me right after saying i would get notified once they ship my item out.

Yeah, it never happened.

You can try ordering from there, if it works, it works. If not, then you can always launch a claim on paypal and get your money back. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, because I don't believe that 1 failed transaction translates into bad service. I had thought it was just a system error because my paypal had basically froze after sending payment the first time, so i tried 2 more times. I thought my order went through the 3rd time because the order status said "awaiting fulfillment" instead of "awaiting payment." But yeah, NOTHING happened. Naturally I'm not gonna bother with there anymore. That site/place/company SUCKS. And yes, most likely a scam.

hi calogeroAG just to let you know they are based in Singapore and I can assure you it's safe to buy from them because I bought my POP Laws and Macro from them and they POP is international version not the Japan version. but I didn't know what the shipping cost for overseas buyer maybe you could ask them.

Dont worry about the japanese ver, and international ver.
They are exactly the same.

The only difference is that little sticker on the box.
Jp. will be gold or platinum, while international is just silver.

For some reason, some ppl just have the need to get japanese ver.

But if u dont care about what color that little sticker on the box, just get whichever cheaper.

Has anyone been to Animeking Inc down in so.cal? I've ordered from them before on eBay before since their prices are decent enough. Reason i'm asking is that I will be staying at my relative's condo down in Huntington beach at the end of the week for a few days and I think their store is located near there. I am most likely going to stop by; I was just curious if anyone knows if they have POPs in stock. :)

They said that their ebay store warehouse is located at a different location so most of the items I was looking for would have to be bought on ebay and then picked up locally or just email them a list of the ebay items you want to pick up in the store and they can make sure they are there (probably at the ebay prices).
