Honestly, that guy is asking for it. I know that he is basically mad, but I believe even he knows that the bullshit he spews makes him into a worldwide subject of ridicule.
He just doesn't seem to care at all.
Post how your day was… (NEW)

Woah, lighten up, no reason to be such an uptight prick.
He looks like a fucking joke and there is nothing wrong with calling him out on that.
And please, talking about what is lolworthy and what isn't is just being fucking hypocrite for us AP folks…
for fucks sake, we make fun of rape and compare dictators to children toon figures, that is something many people could also regard as tasteless.Huh, what's your problem?Oo
I think you understood something wrong.
I just said I had MANY nightmares where he was like the villain and these nightmares were HORRIFYING.
I haven't yelled at No Maan or anything. lol I just explained why these nightmares were nightmares. Am I not allowed to think these nightmares were horrible just because Gadaffi is a whole joke?@No:
Just remember this is the guy who said democracy is derived from "people sitting on chairs" and you'll be fine.
yeah, explains my dream very well '>_>
It's new for me to dream about dictators o_O -

Didn't know about the dream, sorry.

- i found out that sheep blocked me for stupid reasons.
- i ate some delicious pizza-topped rolls for lunch.

It's so annoying, though. And it makes my stomach hurt a little. /groan
We watched A Beautiful Mind in lecture today. It's one of those movies I've always wanted to watch but have never had the chance to catch. I found it absolutely beautiful and so real and extremely interesting.
! I was a little disappointed that Charles wasn't real, though - I really liked him as a character. And I found the portrayal of John and Alicia's relationship so heartwrenching and beautiful. All my friends and I could say about them after the movie was that you could really tell that they loved each other. I also felt like John Nash as a character was made to feel very real and personal to the audience - I felt for him, for his awkwardness and his discomfort and his struggles, even before his schizophrenia was discovered. It made me feel even more for him when he realised that he had been hallucinating all along. And that implant scene… :ermm::cwy:
We didn't get to finish watching the whole thing because the bell rung, but the lecturer promised that we'd watch the remaining twenty minutes during the next lecture. It ended at a rather exciting and intriguing moment, so I'm looking forward to see how it ends.

Mortar… cannon? :wassat: Why do you need such a thing and will you post pictures?
A little explosive experiment I'm trying out that has been blow out of proportion.
I've almost finished the ignition system, and still waiting on some parts to finish the main body. If all goes well it'll be done in about 5 days time, which will include pics and possibly a video.

Hello everyone! How are you? So. On Monday evening I was hungry and since I was sick and had nothing to eat for the day, I decided to make a soup. A traditional Greek soup. Trachanas. Anyway. I make my soup and then decide to take it upstairs to eat it across from my laptop. I sat on the bed and for some reason I tripped while sitting in a way only Chrissie can manage, and most of my hot, milky soup landed on the laptop which was sitting on a chair across me. I put the bowl down, shut down the laptop and pulled out the battery, all in less than 5 seconds because you like… need speed for this shiz. So I tried to dry it up as much as I could then let it face(screen?)down on my fav white shirt to dry for the entire evening and in the morning I rushed to take it to get fixed.
Three days later my baby Sony is still alive, but uhhh... keyboard-paralyzed. Had to get a usb keyboard for him (yes, my Sony is male) and one of his RAM cards had to be replaced but at least the guys managed to save everything else (my precious fiiiiles). Now excuse me, but I have to rage at my parents for posting soup jokes all over their facebook pages when they knew I had no laptop to use to reply... Did I mention that the guy I gave it to to fix it with his team, laughed his ass out at me? And every time I called to check on the progress, he was barely able to hold his laughter back? Yeah...
-
Don't worry, Chrissie-sama. Should we ever meet, I'll make sure to prepare a high chair for you so even if you make an itty bitty mess, it'll be allllllright.~
-
… I am currently very tempted to use very inappropriate language at you Ken-Ken boy.

I love that movie! I think the reason they made him feel so real is because it is a true story :p I won't ruin anything for you but the end is really really nice. I great finish to a great movie imo.
I don't know if the movie is rare or something but it was such a hassle to find it in a store in my area.

Really nice day~
Finally got some positive feedback on my editing, the beginning works so much better now. I also got more time to finish it which is a huge help. I'm really looking forward to Sunday when our group will have a party and we'll watch the making of-documentary. :>
Anyway, today I got to sleep late and Swedish class was replaced with a surprise task of writing a story with one of the exchange students in our school. It was surprisingly nice and at around six o'clock I went to my friend's place to watch movies and have a good time. Tomorrow shall be spent at school editing and on Saturday I hope I can send some job applications and continue writing my pre-tasks.

Do you guys know this situation, when you feel sorry for someone (because they have it rough or are bad at something) and you're helping them out, only to realize that they are better than you? Not only does that make you look like a complete loser but it also makes you feel like a condescending and arrogant tool. Happened to me twice today.
-
Forgive my ass kissing, but this forum spoils me. I'm a part of another forum, and my fucking god, do they not have their shit together. Their spoiler tabs don't extend the size of the page, you can only have one spoiler tag at a time, their quote boxes work like shit, and then the mods…
The fucking mods. There is a situation going down RIGHT NOW, and a mod came in to look at the situation. It's been thirty minutes! THIRTY MINUTES, and she's still looking at the posts. It's a three page thread (ten posts per page), and it's only a handful of posts she needs to look at! What is there to look at that takes thirty minutes?!?
There is actual efficiency here at AP! Sure, some chaos may take place, but the chaos his handled. Posts that SHOULD be bullshit spread like wildfire over there.
All I can do is watch and wait until she acts before I can post.
EDIT: She finally did something. She deleted ONE post. It's not even the post about five other members reported. The guy is pretty much doing the same thing else where. Meanwhile, people don't know how to ignore these people!
EDIT2: Wasn't even an offense post. It was pretty much him going, "I like to brew controversy!" The fuck!?! Least I can post now. Sorry for the bitch fit, but this has been driving me crazy for a while. Also, lol at Chrissie in a high chair.

Happy waffle day!

Happy waffle day!

Well, guess i can have waffles today as well.
-
Also, lol at Chrissie in a high chair.
flips you off
Well, today was a National celebration day and the weather was awesome so the town was pretty much busy as hell! People walking around, sitting at the cafe's, at the tavernas, everywhere! Went with a walk with my friend <3 She got an ice-cream and I got (to my teeth's terror) cotton candyyyy! :D :D :D I hadn't eaten that in ages! Made me feel like a child again! ^^ We snapped pics, got hit on, joked around in our usual stupid way and all in all had a brilliant afternoon~ :3 I needed that.
-
Happy waffle day!
Sweetness!
flips you off
PHEW!
Thought I was going to get something much worse.

Be more patient~ Your punishment will be grand, I assure you~
I never forget. Not when it comes down to revenge. Never.

Since I've been eating healthier and working more, I checked the scale and I've lost over 15 pounds. Hope to keep this up.
-
Today I can finally take off my arm sling.
The class I had today inflicted a little fear on me (I got lost on the subject).
-
My back isn't better at all. In fact, it's gotten worse. Damn masseuse.
Well, at least she was hot…
-
Was that covered by insurance or did you have to pay it yourself ? :P
-
Luckily, it was covered.

@Ugly: Woah, that's a sexy avatar. just wanted to say that. >.>
anyways…
The Good:-
I discovered that i have a new wisdom tooth coming through, so now i'll have an even set again lol.
-
I decided to buy and try Phoenix Wright, and i've been hooked all evening! Great game!
-
I helped my frail neighbor move some furniture around, and he gave me £10 as a reward. (i didn't ask for his money, he just wouldn't take no for an answer)
Earlier in the day i spent £10 on the PW game, so by getting back the £10 i basically got the game for free lol. -
I got quite a bit of my new AMV completed.
-
I managed to get some plans sorted out for tomorrow involving having fun with a couple of pals.
The Bad:
-
I now have an ulcer on the underside of my top lip, rubbing against my tooth. ouch.
I also have a zit under the crease of my left nostril, another akward one. -
While i was making my way to my friend's house, i lost my footing and slammed forward onto the concrete, bashing my knees and graizing my legs & hands.
It was quite hot outside too, so i was sweating, AKA causing my graizes to sting while trying to walk. not fun.
basically, a good day marred by a little pain.
-
-
Today was really great. Finally I was able to get some much needed sleep and after that I met with friends of mine in the park to play a few rounds of Basketball, boy it seems like forever since I've done that. Although I got a bit rusty but I have the whole summer to improve so no worries.
And the weather was perfect, not too warm and sunny all day. I'm just so glad spring is finally here and I can sport shorts again.
-
@MDL: Thanks.
Well .. Being alone on a Friday night is boring.
And worst of all: I would hang out with my friend tomorrow, but he left me for a pussy. -
My suffering is.. OVEEEEEEEEER~
The job centre finally wrote me back. From the gas debts I had they'll pay me more than half of it BACK! YAY!
I gave up hope they'd help me but now they did and.. awww, finally
Now I can fully pay my rent for this month!aaaaaand because I lived from 5-10€ a week I have now enough money to buy these awesome shoes
LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL AGAIIIIIIIIN~
-
good for you Nami, that's great! :)
-
Congrats Nami.
Onto Cuddles being panicky:
I just found out that California's campaigns have changed slightly:
Usually, we always have a Democratic candidate and Republican run against each other in the end.
The change in campaigns have instead changed the law to whichever two candidates get the highest votes will compete.
This means we can have Democrat vs Republican, Democrat vs Democrat….or Republican vs Republican.
The people voted on this last year to try and force the candidates to become more 'centrist.'
Instead...you know how the law to legalize marijuana and same sex marriage was beaten by big money creating a loud voice? Come campaign time, guess who's most likely to get the money to drown out opponents?
The only comfort is that we recently elected a Democratic governor who not only wants to work in California's interest but has done so in the past, meaning that we might not be entirely stupid.
So instead of panicking, I'm actually nervous at what has become a very big gamble for our system right now. I don't see any other implications, but that's what I know.
I dunno', maybe once the fray starts I can help organize an FB page or something to counteract any lies Republicans or bought Democrats might put on television. -
That bird … ooooh, that bird.
Maybe he had a nightmare or something, but he refused to stay calm tonight. As soon as I switched off the light he paniced, screamed and shit. And for some reason I couldn't sleep with the light on at all.
So no sleep for me. But at least he seems to be fine. He's jumping around and twittering about happily right now. Good for you. -
Another job interview yesterday.
I'd rather use my language skills to make a living, honestly, but every place I aplied to always picked the woman applying for the job.
Even Siemens. And two of the three other aplicants there didn't even know German , which was the language the job was offered in.
Go figure.

Italy is awesome.
The buildings there are all so beautiful and it's really cool to see so many buildings over 1000 years old. The tour guide was as awesome as the one last year and the majority of the city specific guides were awesome as well. The bus driver we had for most of the trip was amazing, managing to navigate our giant bus within inches of walls and other cars but still get past them. There's another trip in two years that goes south of Rome which is as far as we got this time which I'm most likely going to go on.
It also goes to Greece so you better be there Chrissie :ninja: .
Italy's Orange Fanta sucks though.

SAKOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOßßßßßßßßßß!!!!!!!!!!!!

jumps on you, hugs you <3~ -

yeah , italy is a great country for some very nice built churches and buildings
and you mean orangina?
-
No, the Orange Fanta. It had too much sugar in it or something. Then there was another one that was like biting into an orange with the peel still on. Slam was good though. Also the orange juice in Pompeii.
-
RIP Diana Wynne Jones, original author of Howl's Moving Castle.
-
Gah, I LOVED her book.

:'( Profound sadness.
But… if I manage to find a University I like in New York... that's like... over 7 hours of driving to reach Ohio! D8 Not that I will be driving in the US or something. Don't want to be thrown in prison for mass murder after all. :ninja:;

I have to write a position paper on abortion due Wednesday. Teacher wants three photocopied sources… I hope there are websites that aren't blatantly political. Like you just look at the website and it screams BIAS. I need some solid, reliable facts mixed in there like statistics. We have to talk about both sides of an argument and try to convince people/get them to do something while refuting the other side. Finals and all are next week, except English since it's a full year course. After that it's spring break.
But more importantly than that, I can't even log on to fill out the damned housing application form for college. I finally take some initiative
after endless badgering from my dadand this happens. First I forgot my ID and password, so then I get the ID emailed, but I can't for the life of me figure out what I set the original password to, so I tried resetting my password and it's being all wonky on me now. I can hardly keep these kinds of things straight in my head. I ought to write them down or something.edit: hey finally logged on! now to fill out
this pain in the assthe form. -
