I don't remember that.

Been busy, but just peeping in to add that all this is completely awesome and so are you guys who're doing it! Plus all you supporters too.
Makes me feel proud to even know you.

Crispin needs to tell another story. We'd get $35k in no time.
$940 away from $30,000. Amazing how well this has gone.

I agree.
I really enjoyed that story.
Any APer's who donated are amazing - even a little bit. We're at $29,255!

Hey! my (real)name appears on the list! Makes me feel good.
Hope it helps yah'll. I'm busy so I won't be able to enjoy the podcast. Tell Greg I said hi!
Much love, hearts, bunnies, and sunshine.
EDIT: And now at $30,400!
Goal was reached thanks to fortification under consent of the King.
And the oh-so wonderful sound of crisis in the morning.
and giant slain centipedes
My god, Joking aside Crispin is a money magnet. My god I'm cracking up.
I'm running off pure utter flabbergastedness now.
I really don't know if words can describe this.
Despite the first few hours being impossible to watch for me, that was a really enjoyable event.
Plus, you guys actually managed to exceed your goal by over 5,000 dollars. Great job!
Thanks guys for all the work you put into this. It really paid off. And of course thanks to your awesome guests and supporters as well! This was amazing.
$30,780 now, and though the 24 hour podcast is over now, donations are STILL open for anyone wanting to donate, and will remain open!
Amazing work guys!
I get paid this Friday, so I'll be donating then!!
Only thing I regret was sleeping from 2-4 and missing Tatum.
That was amazingly awesome, guys! You raised a ton of money, and I'm almost positive by next week you'll have raised at least up to $50,000.
Again, you guys are really doing an amazing thing by raising money for the people in Japan. And again, I'm disappointed that no US news/newspaper has covered this, while it's been covered in Japan, but no matter. You still did a great thing and I'm sure the money that people have donated will help a lot of people.
Hey! my (real)name appears on the list! Makes me feel good.
insert Gekko's Name?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
I regret nothing.
But I need a word to describe this - it'll drive me crazy unless I can find a word.
And that's a lie, Snobunny. A New Jersey paper did something on Greg like the Japanese did.

You guys did us proud!
Also Crispin was AWESOME
That was amazing. So many cool people.
Congratulations for all your hard work! Now go and get some well earned rest!!!
I only got to see the last 1,5 hours, but I liked it!
My compliments to all the people who put their work in this, really, amazing.
Amazing work guys, you all did a splendid job!
As of 6:00pm they totaled $30,780!

Well, pickle my rutabagas and call me Fluffalupagus. This DID make a newspaper. I can rest easy now. B)>
Speaking of rest, I wonder if the Podcast guys knocked out as soon as the camera was turned off.
Highly unlikely, I'm twitching like mad, so I can't imagine what it's like for them.
I think it's time for real food for me, then curl up with some One Piece, and then conking out.
did they announce their guest for next week at the end?
was i too exhausted to notice? who were they? zach kept teasing about the announcement like it was someone big, so..
Al- Ah. I see. Well all you guys do deserve some rest.

I don't think they did.

lol! i had a feeling they were completely out of it by the end and forgot to!
totally understandable and get some well-deserved rest, guys.
i imagine all of them are passed out on the basement floor using that japanese flag and chopper plush as a makeshift pillow and blanket by now..
Did learn something today though, Two of my old DBZ Becket magazines have many articles written by Greg.

Oh, wow! Three newspapers in two days and in two countries. It's nice to know the word is getting out. c: I hope more americans (and people in general) see this article and decide to check out Anime Fans Give Back to Japan.
I'm sad now…I set my alarm for 7:10 so I could watch the Ninjas vs. Pirates part...and I woke up, but...I thought, "it's just a podcast...and I'm tired''...Now, I regret my decision of going back to sleep...
Congratulations guys on raising $30,000! 25,000 even 20,000 seemed like a long shot, never in my dreams it would exceed expectatioins. really a round of inaudible applause all around to those involved, guests, and especially those that donated. Can't wait to hear how Greg's interview goes.

They skipped over it, sadly. It would have been fun though
Screw Charlie Sheen, these guys are real winners
I just wanted to write a follow up comment to this thing, guys. Zach, Steve, Jason, Greg, Ed, Funkatron, Firecrouch, Dude… You guys did an amazing thing with all this and I hope you feel proud of yourselves.
And to all the guests and everyone who donated, thank you very much. All of us pulled off something seemingly impossible tonight.
Well deserved kudos all around. We in my family added our humble donation, and couldn't be more dproud to be the small part of it that we managed by doing so. Thanks for giving us the chance to do something that felt this meaningful.
Ha I remember I got Steve to sing. And then we talked about cookies. It was just a really fun event. I think we all had a great time staying up after dark and raised more money than we ever could have hoped for. And Zach if you're reading this I just wanted to say that this was a great idea you had and I hope we can do this again for other fundraisers and then we could all hang out together again.
And then Steve can finally finish singing the Pirate Rap
My god, Steve is lucky for the timing. Blum couldn't have had better timing.
I demand that a meme about rap and Steven Jay Blum is created.
Are you guys going to make this available later for download that way we can catch parts we missed?
Kinda wanted to bring this question up. I missed the ENTIRE thing due to UStream constantly freezing and skipping.
I asked numerous times and Steve I believe said they were trying to record as much of the event as they could.
I really hope they recorder Tatum. I sort of accidentally fell asleep around that time…
Brilliant show, everyone. Marvelously executed. My two regrets are are that I didn't have the means to donate money at the time of the event, and that I did not stay awake for the whole thing. (I slept for a few hours late at night) My computer is made of pure hatred, so I missed large chunks of it, but every second of the stuff I did see was so full of passion and dedication, it nearly drove me to tears. I am both humbled and inspired by the noble efforts demonstrated by everyone.
Tatum, Ian and Greg one of the most intelligent conversations in the entire 24 hours. I'm still impressed even now. I also hope they saved it, because I missed quite a lot because of the video player freezing.
