@Gimininski:
What an irrational, asinine sperm you are Darkstorm. Those advocating it would be too. If I must delve into the realm of simple mindedness to explain to you, then whatever. If One Piece were the Ancient kingdom, it would actually give both sides something to battle for,
So the world government would be battling for the ancient kingdom, as well as
@Gimininski:
rather than a mindless battle to just destroy each other. They will be reliving the battle that took place 800 years ago where the government would 'once again try and eradicate was is left of the ancient kingdom', like the theory also stated,
Trying to eradicate the ancient kingdom at the same time? Or are you simply trying to say they would battle to destroy it? In which case…
@Gimininski:
rather than Luffy simply finding an artifact which provides him with an incentive to destroy government. You saying there is no difference in a mere artifact and it being the kingdom itself is being completely neglegent of sense. Also in regards to Luffy being the king of the ancient kingdom. It does not mean that he will be immobile. Knowing Luffy, he would just continuue travelling the world as the pirate king and also the king of the ancient kingdom.
Whether it be a poneglyph with vital information, some other artefact, an entire city, all of them, or something else that gives information or insight into what happened back then, you've still not made a point as to what difference it would make. Luffy would act on the information, and the WG would move in to destroy it and them as we saw in Ohara.
The only difference would be if there was something of tangible benefit to the WG such as an ancient weapon, where they would most likely take it for themselves as they attempted at W7, if they can use it. But you did not argue this as you seem to think that the WG will want to destroy the ancient kingdom. Therefore your threat that the WG sees is knowledge that can do them harm and to give luffy some impetus, and in this, the size of the ancient kingdom's legacy makes no difference.
@Gimininski:
From some of the other comments, its clear that others also acknowledge the difference in significance if it were the actual kingdom itself than if it were a mere artifact. Its really only you trying your best to be an ass. Don't try to put down a theory that is clearly different just because you didn't think of it first. It would be in your best interest to create a new persona and stop being a child.
It's a theory whose core has been around for at least five years. And which I didn't think up, so to ascribe some sort of jealousy or somesuch to me is pretty asinine. I do believe you're the one spitting tacks simply because it's not significantly different to what people have already theorised.
