went walking with the new dogs from my aunt
pics will be posted later
I moved my PC up to my room and mounted the monitor on the wall. Looks awesome right now. I need USB extension cables for my mouse and keyboard, though.
Very uneventful day. Played most of the day some MMOs out of boredem.
I'm a little nervous about tomorrow, since I'll start working at another travel agency. I hope my new colleagues are going to be nice…
My day was.. well.. could have been better…
I waited all day long for a call. No call. hmpf.
Today was a sunny day after lots of rainy ones so I went out to diner... burger king XD~
And a precious thread was shout down ;_;...
But still a good day, drawed a little, slept in and lurked around here much...
Feeling great.
Did more art work in one day than I did all of last year. Probably because I'm actually interested in what I'm doing this year (comic art - of my own choice) than last year (food).
I feel so tired,i just finishing my karathay exam today. :D
now you can call me "Sensei"
i wil now go celebrating the birhtday of a friend ! bye guys!
I had a great day of school actually ^^
I love high school so far. My class i so great, and I can use my computer in all classes (or play games)
I had the most awesome and the most horrible day, today.
Climbed the highest mountain of north africa, Mt. Toubkal.
And right now every muscle in my lower body is crying, but I am happy.
Well I am in Monteverde, Costa Rica at the moment and we finally had an actual sunny day with no rain. A sunny day is a good day in my book.
Oh and as I was browsing around AP Forums a snake fell from the ceiling (I have no idea how it got up there) and almost landed on my friend. It was funny as hell hearing his scream but considering this is Costa Rica the thing could be pretty dangerous.

It's true, it's been raining nonstop for the past two weeks here. Yes, I'm from Costa Rica! Although I'm closer to the capital.

I suppose I have to post how my day was, well, it's been a busy day as usual. I got lucky today that tonight's class got cancelled so I was able to get home early, which is great, now I can manage to finish a presentation for tomorrow morning and do some studying for a test on Wednesday. Coming up, a long night of sleep deprivation.
Have a quiz in Arabic tomorrow, should be overly easy. Need to finish a rough draft of a paper by tomorrow as well, for English. We talked about Zeus today in my Mythology class, he's quite the player, but I knew that already. I wish there were classes for other cultures' mythologies :sad: .
And it's surprisingly difficult to get the attention of an Admin on here :blink: .
Anyways, Monteverde is a nice place, I hope you enjoy your stay. oh, and watch out not to fall off in one of those canopy tours!
Thanks, Costa Rica is a very cool place to travel around. You live in a great country. I already did the "extreme canopy tour," the zipline was great and the Tarzan swing was intense but fun.

Are you trying to get your name changed? Cause when I did it, Brennen wrote back to me about 2 hours later. :P
Went with two other friends to a toy store just outside town. When we got back and got off the bus, we started walking away. I was looking at a shop and when the shop ended there was this entrance to a block and a man was standing there… with his junk out. My reaction was ignoring him and turning away but really! At 4 in the afternoon you flash people? 0.o That was one huge wtf...

You just may have nightmares. If that ever happens to you again, let's hope it won't, call the police. It's really disturbing and the worst case the scenario is the dude will flash some poor kid.
Waiting for my test grade in my Linear Algebra class. If I got an 'A' or 'B', I can skip today's class.
If so, I'm so going out and getting myself a Strawberry Extreme smoothie at Smoothie King.
My heart is racing! For the grade, not the smoothie.
EDIT: GAH! One point away from a 'B'. DAMN! Okay, just a thirty minute stay in class.

You should have flashed him back.

I remember when I was a kid, and my sisters (each being at least 10 years older than me) were worried about going into the dressing room in Target and leaving me alone since there had been rumors of a flasher in a Target.
"Oh please. You realize that if anyone were to randomly flash me, I would immediately laugh my head off."
Really, what do flashers get out of things? "OH! YOU SAW MY PENIS/VAG/BOOBS! THINGS WILL NEVER BE THE SAME FOR YOU!" Then again, I'm a guy…

3 A's in one day!
Chrissie, some years back, when I was in my teens I was walking down the street near where I lived with a friend when a car stopped and asked for directions. I had a bad feeling about it, but my friend insisted on trying to help. He just kept asking the same stuff in different ways, and I kept trying to pull my friend away, for about 5 minutes or more, until finally he turned on the interior lights of his car, and his junk was out, on display, set at optimum visibility. Of course we ran like all the bashees from hell were after us, worried he'd try and follow us in his car, since we were on foot. I guess some people are just that perverted. You're right, it is a total WTF sort of moment when it happens. Later in my life I saw men peeing out in public in Japan (hold-overs, I was told, of an earlier time when there wasn't as much modern plumbing available), and it had a totally different effect. When I gave it some thought, I realized it was because of the intentionality of the flasher. He had been trying to shock, etc, with his actions. Obviously the men peeing had no interest in trying to make victims of the people who saw (in fact I think they were rather counting on people looking away so they could have some small bit of privacy), and the feeling it left in me was completely different. I certainly hope you do not end up having nightmares. I didn't, so my guess is you'll be fine.
You just may have nightmares. If that ever happens to you again, let's hope it won't, call the police. It's really disturbing and the worst case the scenario is the dude will flash some poor kid.
Who me? XD Have nightmares? Nah~ I was just surprised and I looked away because I believe it's rude to stare XD And we really should've called the police. =/
@Kairouseki:

That would've been the best present for him ever. So no, no rewarding morons like him.

:U I kno rite? Do flashers flash with reason anw?
@Kairouseki:
I haven't been flashed in Cyprus yet 8D; ….No wait. 0.0 I have. By a fellow student in Junior High who apologized after. He flashed all the girls tho. :U lawl
@I survived the buster call: Wow that's a freaky experience! D8 Two guys freaked me out through a car. One who stopped to 'ask for directions' just when we moved and I was outside playing (I told him: "Wait I'll call my daddy :D" and he was gone in seconds) and one that stopped by me while I was walking the dog and after he told me he thought my dog was cute, he asked me if I wanted a ride. That one DID freak me out and after swearing at him in English I picked up my doggy and run through the field, praying he wouldn't follow @@;
But I pretty much wasn't scared by what I saw today. :U I grew up with two older brothers who didn't know the meaning of 'taking a towel with me in the shower' -___-;
Today was a… exciting day.
For the first Time in my life I had to cash in the shop I work. It was awkward and difficult. This touchscreen will make me mad someday, I swear.
And some customers are really weird...
And I wasn't allowed to lean my ellbows on the table, so i had to stand straight for 5hours, ugh.
I had to call someone really often cause I made mistakes and it was so horrible to let the customer wait because you're too stupid and to face the chief who got angrier and angrier as time passed...
I'll hope I'll get better soon. A trainee assured me, that she did way worse her first day, so that gives me hope..
Could be worse, Chrissie and Istbc (way too long). I saw a woman who must've been about 50 take a pee in a metrostation in Rome. Can't ever unsee.
Dunno! It doesn't make any sense. I guess they want to shock you? 0.0
Or maybe give someone an eventful day. "Nothing big happened today. I did see a man's penis, though."

My sympathies.

And thank you~ :cwy:
I've been offered a job in South Africa around April onwards .
Kind of scared at changing the world I know to make a ton of cash across the other side of the planet.

From here or directly from 2ch?
The role i'm undertaking can be seriously dangerous. Lets just say I don't fancy having my front teeth smashed out with a rifle butt by the police.

If it's just because of the Money.. Then my opinion is: don't do it.
If you want to experience work in another Country and the culture and blah-blah and u think u would have fun there.. do it. But money shouldn't be the only reason.

agree , if you dont have money problems and it is dangerous , i wouldnt do it
trust me , my uncle did and he was very very sick
Five more minutes and I'll be running out of this class and into my car.
I'm so going to sing my whole way home. 45 minute drives are nothing when put up against MUSIC.
Music. One of very few reasons I haven't gone COMPLETELY insane.
Steam's down :cwy: .
Pretty good day today. I managed to get in touch with one of my old friends and we and maybe one or two other guys are going to try to get together this weekend. I haven't really been in touch with them as much as I should be, so I'm looking forward to this.
I haven't been flashed in Cyprus yet 8D; ….No wait. 0.0 I have. By a fellow student in Junior High who apologized after. He flashed all the girls tho. :U lawl
I think you're just doing this to screw with me. Every time I mention Greece you say you live in Cyprus, but every time I say Cyprus you correct me with Greece. Make up your damn mind :blink: !
Mah day was pretty borin', as usual.
cough
..Yeahh..O_o

Ok, take note of this: Summer, Christmas and Easter= I am in Cyprus for the vacations
Rest of the time I am in Greece for my studies. This is supposed to be my last year (I am a Fourth year :') Hehe~) BUT since their government FUCKED UP AND TOOK OUR SUPERVISORS AWAY, WE ARE NOT SURE IF WE WILL DO OUR PRACTICE OR NOT. NO PRACTICE NO FREAKIN' GRADUATION. That means ALL of my hard work the past three years to pass all of my subjects as to finish on time and get my degree, turn it in Cyprus to get in the Educators' List to be assigned to some school, then run off to America for a Master degree to get me higher on that list, while waiting to be assigned, has gone down the drain. If I miss an entire year of assignments do you know how many others will get in that list before me? The minimum 500 people. THE MINIMUM. Cyprus has 1 University, 3 known colleges and other smaller ones, students that went to Britain for their studies (and they are plenty, trust me on that) and others who went to other areas in the world to study. There are even plenty in Greece who might stayed here an extra year to take exams of lessons they failed but they completed their Practice thus can get their degree when they are done. So all these fuckers, will get their degree on time, turn it in, and basically steal my rightful place in the Assignment List. This can cost me up to 2-5 years of assignments. =/
I am so pissed off at this and we, the students are trying to come up with ideas to save our year somehow. The professors are tied by the rules though so they need the Supervisors and some of the students don't want to change our Practice program to fewer weeks or something, because it's considered the best in both Cyprus and Greece, no matter if at the end of the day it means SHIT both for Cyprus' Assignment List and Greece's Exams for the teachers. -___-;
Ok, I am done ranting/crying from frustration for the time. :U
Woot! New name :happy: .
Have a quiz in Mythology today (for real this time) about Greek creation stories. Should be simple.
oh man Chrissie, that sounds like a huge pain in every body part. i can't imagine how frustrating that is. i really sincerely hope the government/university fixes things soon. it's really not fair or reasonable to any of you, since you guys didn't do anything (i'm assuming). but if things really go to hell, maybe try to make something out of it? i know i'm probably simplifying the situation, but maybe you can find other ways to boost your position on the list. it probably won't be much, but you never know how what you do now can help you next time.
my day, my day… i stayed up late last night rushing through assignments for today's tutorial. went to school to discover that said tutorial was being conducted over a forum and hence half the class hadn't submitted the assignment. i also had a project meeting. it's pretty fun, the module's called Group Dynamics and the project is basically to organise and carry out an "interactive group outing" that demonstrates cohesion, lovejoypeacehope etc. i know, like what. apparently there are groups that struggle with this. it's amazing how girls can form deep-seated grudges within a matter of days and with limited interaction.
anyway my group's pretty fun and easygoing, everyone's pretty much on the same page and cooperative so i think we'll be fine. after the meeting i spent the rest of my day studying and catching up on my shows. now i'm waiting for SGR to drop the hammer on mafia.
Rough. I was up until 1:00 AM to study for a Math exam and I had Chinese homework to do as well (500 characters A NIGHT). Ended up failing the Math exam despite studying, doing the homework, and taking notes and I have an exam for the afforementioned Chinese class on Friday.
Dealing with the day-to-day BS at the office, really wish someone would respond that resume that's out there on the net but no dice. Whatever. Kamelot made
for days like this.I finally got my wish flat! I'm so happy Next Tuesday I'll move there.
hm, and what else? I was working for 5hours. Again had to cash but this time it was surprisingly fun.
And in 5min I will watch Grey's Anatomy via livestream, yeah!
You were planning on coming to the States, Chrissie? You should come to Ohio, the weather's awesome .
Edit: Almost forgot what I was going to say. I smashed the back of my ankle with a palette, where the Achilles tendon is, and there's a small cut and it hurts. Thank God it didn't sever it. I don't even know what I would have done if that had happened. Maybe crawl on the floor and cry.
Day was good. I got a real confidence boost. I went to get an indemnity sheet signed by my old principal to do work placement in one of their classrooms. Saw some familiar teachers, (a few of which, I now realise are sexy as hell) - I was recognised, and the most awesome of all, as I was trying to get the intercom and doors to let me through, I see an old friend that was actually in my class is now working in the office as a secretary. Awesome.
