i like this theory. sounds like a nice way of reintroducing the SHs. hopefully it'll be a big fight to show us how much they have really grown.

Wasn't Shakki guarding Sunny along with Duvall and the Rosy Riders? If so, then it's likely that Kuma will nab her along with the boat, too – and that would give Rayleigh a pretty compelling reason to join the fight to get the ship -- and Shakki -- back.

We actually don't know Kuma's real intentions when he appeared there, but it most likely had to do with the Sunny-go. Maybe the others.

On the other hand, I would fully enjoy it if Shakki sends Kuma flying off instead. Hey, she's been a pirate for over 40 years! Surely she would have quite the strength.

Well, i think Rayleigh would be the kind of guy who would leave someproblems to the younger generation…and so wouldn`t interrupt much as long has he knows Shakky will be safe.

IMO, Kuma's attack will get Shakky by surprise. She, Handsome, the Rosy Life riders, Cammie, Hachan and Pappag will escape, but both the Sunny and (maybe) the Vivre Card will be captured.

The one behind the attack is probably Shallulia, who will hire some pretty nasty guardians to the Sunny, expecting to use it to capture the Strawhats.

I can imagine the Sunny-go being confiscated by Kuma (now brainwashed completely) and sent off to some high security lockdown, and so the SHs would return into the news with a BAM! by invading that Marine Base. Rayleigh may or may not join their rescue efforts (though probably not; the battle would be too easy). Then, they would make yet another grand exit into the sky… The confrontation with the admirals might be a bit too early as of this point, though, so they'd probably be busy with BB's/ the Yonkou's activity in the New World or something. I totally see this scene with SW music.

Also, I can see Franky upgrading Nami's flying boat into something outrageous, and Usopp adding the Weather Ball to her Clima Tact. Then, she can shoot heat waves and burn her enemies! Or freeze them with a snowstorm. Whichever.

I wonder if this is the first time that I've actually come up with a good prediction, besides previous obvious ones. People are picking up on this. :blink:

I imagine that they'll use a stolen battleship to sneak in… then commence the explosions.

Any ideas on what the accompanying music should be? That track from SW when the SHs invade Shiki's palace would be very appropriate, but they'd probably include Luffy's Fierce Attack instead (in case they don't switch between scenes like they do in the movie).

Agreed. Shakki has already proven that she's perfectly capable of kicking pirate booty – but the element of surprise could work against her here (didn't her last words say something to the effect that she was confused about if Kuma was still on her side or not?). And as we've already seen, Kuma is not your average pirate. But yeah, it would be pretty amusing to see her kick Kuma quickly when not even the Monster Trio could manage it before.

Thanks for the reminder about Camie et al. Well, seeing as Camie pretty much exists to be apprehended and rescued, it's probably a done deal that the Fishy trio will end up in Kuma's custody.

I agree that Rayleigh joining anything would take the suspense out of it, but I'm not seeing this episode as being a big drawn out rescue arc -- I'm seeing it more of a brief transition into the next arc: a quick way to get the SH, Rayleigh, Shakki, the Fishy trio and the Rosy Riders reunited so that the ship can be coated, we can get a little taste of the SH new fighting skills, and then SH can take off (with the Fish Trio only) to the New World.

F.I will have been corrupt due to no whitebeard which in turn will be a arc there, leading to perhaps SH's claiming it.
I still think its likely someone from F.I will join (maybe a ex-student of jinbei?)
Blackbeard will have become a yonkou.
and.. Sanji will have perfected the hell wink with his hidden eye :P

Iva's head and eye is more than twice as big as Sanji's and he can manipulate his size as he wants… That is what is making death wink so strong.

Maybe Duval will learn it. It would fit him xD

Maybe Sanji's left eye his huge, like half the size of his face. Then he could have two levels of death wink.
But now that you mention it, Sanji having Death Wink would be hilarious. Not a DW strong enough to use in a fight but capable of delivering comic relief.

Nami certainly will; how else is she supposed to leave Weatheria? It's likely Franky will build his himself, and whatever he's seen making in ch 597 will play a crucial part later on. As for the others… probably not.

Truthfully, that would feel like too many new characters at once to join the SHs.

I doubt we even see the crews' new abilities within the first 5 chapters of them rejoining except Luffy, I don't even think we will get to see everyone this chapter D: either. But I think when they do reunite at SA there will be a fight and Luffy will hold everyone off and handle it himself

I can see it being a few pages in and Luffy just saying 'I wonder how everyone is' BAM. Colourspread with everyone. Then whatever.

Looking at the color spread, at Franky, I noticed that he his arms cut off from his shirt. What if he has interchangeable arms? That would be a very One Piece, and Franky, thing to happen.
