The worst agmes that I bought since summer is Meteor Prime, it's overrated I expeckted it to be one of the best games on GC but after I played about 5 hours I turned it back… God of war is also very overrated IMO... Ofc I played worse games but I just can't remember them... ^^
-
Runescape. God save us all.
-
That's too bad to be considered a game at all.
-
There's one game I picked up yesterday out of sheer curiousity: Green Eggs and Ham for Gameboy Advance. It's a boardgame where you earn "fun" platforming segments that are about 30 seconds each, but are really pointless. At the end of each platforming segment, you are told that "You had fun." That's right. Not "wasn't that fun?" Or "Did you enjoy yourself?" But… "YOU PLAYED THIS GAME AND ENJOYED IT!!!" Understandably, I turned the game off and returned it after that. >_>
-
most overrated game in the world: World of Warcraft
worst game i've ever played: Batman Begins(N64, i think) or Mario is Missing(SNES)
-
Contra Shattered Soldier.
A game were one shot kills and you face robots as big as the screen and ones were you waste half your lives to damage a robot's arms only for him to bust a Piccolo and become harder and stronger.
-
So I'm the only one here who's played Big Rigs Over The Road Racing?
How I wish I were one of you guys.
-
@Private:
Fire Emblem for the GBA.
O RLY? Anything in particular set you off about it?
Custer's Revenge and Big Rigs probably take the cake for the worst video games I have ever seen. I recently rediscovered Tazmania for the Super Nintendo…and wish I had left it buried. Every level is spent running across the same set of screens over and over until you have eaten enough kiwis to clear the level. Lather, rinse, repeat until you die of boredom.
-
got another to add: Mission Impossible for the NES
-
Karnov for the NES.
I got cheated of a good ending after all that fire spitting. WTF. =_=;;
I LOL'D when I saw Superman 64 and Shaq Fu in this thread before I posted. X3
-
Altered Beast for Sega Master System. It's just a terrible port. :/

Wiiise fwom yow gwaaave.
-
Metal Mech on the NES.
-
@Monkey:
Karnov for the NES.
You can't be serious. Karnov is 8-bit gold!
-
You can't be serious. Karnov is 8-bit gold!
Well, technically speaking, it was the ending that turned me off.
Other than that, the game was unbelievably godlike.
Firespitting is the next thing on my list now labeled the following:
"Things To Do Done In Video Games Before I Die"
-
outlander adnd ronaldmcdonalds treasure land for the genesis
-
Home Alone 2 for NES. shudder sin horror
-
@DougyDougyGiro!*:
Contra Shattered Soldier.
A game were one shot kills and you face robots as big as the screen and ones were you waste half your lives to damage a robot's arms only for him to bust a Piccolo and become harder and stronger.
You know, those are a few of the reasons why I thought Shattered Soldier (as well as Super Contra 3, which SS is a remake of) was awesome.
-
E.T. for the Atari. Dear God in Heaven that game is horrible. You just fall in holes and run from random people.
But Superman for the N64 is right up there with it. For any of you that have played it, you know exactly what I'm talking about.
-
I love contra….seriously no one has any appreciation for hard games nowadays
Now Sword of vermillion however that sucked ass
-
Clock Tower: Ghost Head (Clock Tower II in US/Europe).
I couln't agree more. I put it down after the psychotic 8 years old girl(you aint got nothing on bobby and Dan, bitch) stabbed me to death 4 times and each one counted as endings.
CT3 was pretty meh. And the scissor twins were a discrace to the series.
-
I thought there was already a worst game played thread before?
Anyhow, I say Superman 64. Hands down. No greater hell has ever been spawned (at least for the 64) It pretty much beats "Hey you Pikachu" that won the award of best overpriced game in its prime time.
-

i knew somebody else felt my pain from that game, that almost scared me away from N64
-
I wouldn't say I have a "worst video game ever", but Paladin's Quest(SNES) is probably the game I hate the most.
-
This post is deleted!
-
speaking of ET
Also another game..Universal studios for the Gamecube
-
Hands down i must say ET without a doubt in my head
-
I laughed so hard at the Shaq-Fu game.
And sorry, Prince of Persia 2.
Worst voice acting I've ever heard. -
Battle cars, I think…
It was a shitty crappy NES-GRAPHIC GBA Game where you had to fight with cars to become the Driver Master or whatever you became after getting the strongest battle car.
-
Of the games I have actually played, I must say that Legend of Mana was in my opinion the worst ever.
Please don't kill me.
-
Some of the Worst Games I've played are the 3-D Sonic games. Sloppy controls, tons of glitches, voice acting to make your ears bleed, yeah It sucks.(Shadow was the worse).
-
The worst game I've ever played is Tom & Jerry for the SNES. The soundtrack consists of THREE HORRIBLY composed "songs," which sound like shit. The level design is atrocious, the only things you can do in the game are jump and throw peas (yes, PEAS). If I ever came across a copy of this game, I would snap it in half and set it on fire and run away from it.
Gohn actually spent most of his childhood playing this game.
Maybe that's why he's so fucked up?
-

Ditto. Tom & Jerry was not crap.
Anyways..
did you, people, forgot about…
I don't like them for a mere reason, when I was 7 years old, I actually expected an incredible Epic adventure instead of an educational crap, mainly because I knew so little english back then. XD
PS: Does anyone have anything against the following Snes Games?:
Ren & Stimpy.
The Simpsons: Bart's Nightmare.
Scooby Doo.
Speedy Gonzales.
Tiny Toons: Buster Busts Loose.
Ahh! Real Monsters.
Bugs Bunny in Rabbit Rampage.
We're Back! A dinosaur's story.
Taz-Mania.
Jurassic Park.
Indiana Jones: Greatest adventures.
Super Widget.
Super Godzilla.
Chester Cheeta: Wild Wild Quest. -

Tiny Toons: Buster Busts Loose was one of the best games ever.
-
Ahh! Real Monsters.
Ren & Stimpy
Were the two most memorable games of my early childhood.
-
The 20 worst games of all time, enjoy
http://www.seanbaby.com/nes/egm.htm -
I have a copy of Aah! Real Monsters and I played Bart's Nightmare. They were pretty good from what I remember (I second what KaizokuFan22 said).
And I call bullshit on one of Seanbaby's other lists. Super Pitfall wasn't that bad.
-
Worst game ive ever played was bubsy 3d. An thats saying alot since Ive also played superman 64
-
I bought some cheap NES games awhile back and one of the titles was Golgo 13.
While your walking through the city countless guys appear and start shooting at you. They can duck and fire at the same time which your character seems to lack the ability to do. He can, oddly enough, jump several feet in the air and perform a lame kick attack that ends up hurting you in the process if you actually manage to make contact with the enemy.
The only high point is when your sniping down enemy helicopters but once you've collected the information you need you end up in a flying stage where your shooting down a bunch of small enemy aircrafts. I died here over and over again and just decided to give up.

Does 3-D Blast count? That was before they added most of Sonic's annoying lame-ass friends.
-
I recently had the displeasure of actually playing the Wand of Gamelon. Crappiest game ever.
@Roz:Of the games I have actually played, I must say that Legend of Mana was in my opinion the worst ever.
I thought I was the only one.
-
Okay here we go…..
Buck Bumble for the N64 was so bad!!! God did it suck!
Starfox Assault! Man, that game ruined my respect for Star Fox games.....
Godzilla: Save the Earth.....Complete dissappointment.
Final Fantasy X-2: Instant Suck.....The story was so freakin corny! Horrible beyond belief.
-
Lol did anyone see G4's Code Monkey? There was an episode about the ET game.
-
I was about to say that if you had something against the games of the list I made, then you had serious issues, but I'm glad I'm not the only one who liked them, despite being games based off cartoons/movies. :P
Seriously, the only game I hated was…
Looney Tunes: Toon Factory.
A crappy "Paint" rip-off for the snes, and you couldn't even make stuff like Mario Paint, just color characters of the looney toons. A complete waste of a "Game".
-
ET and Superman seem to be the gaming industry's whipping boy even though I have to question whether half the people who go on and on about how bad they are have even actually played them or if they just watch G4.
-
Ive played Superman64 and after the first 5 mins, I got up and got the fuck out. WTF im traveling thru fucking rings why? I dont fucking know. And a fucking Kryptonite fog my ass.
-
I've played Superman 64, but, save for a few "stuck behind the wall" glitches and REALLY bad graphics and the bullcrap plot… It was... Surprisingly Playable...
Now, I never heard of it but "Big Rigs" whatever the subtitle was... Seems to be an unplayable mess and a worthy contender for Worst Game Ever...
