That's Vista, he's part of WB's crew. And I meant to say, that Vista is ADORABLE. I dunno…I really shouldn't be wanting to buy so many figures of characters who aren't Lucci and Ace. ;A;

It was right before I was off to work so I had to choose between getting late and opening it at night. Of course I was late :p

I'll take photos soon however right now he's standing by leaning on detolf's glass T-T I couldn't make him stand properly - yeah I'm a bit unskilled Orz;;; Any tips on making him stand without any problems please??

I think they also limit the number of figures they sell on the english amiami as well, cause there's some stock on the japanese amiami they don't sell on the english site

Thanks for the heads up also on the Amiami preorders all, got my stuff preordered. In terms of all the upcoming sets like styling/charafortune etc etc....I'm buying them all so I'll have extras, look for me to post them in the for sales thread when I get them and I'll just sell for what I paid of course...I'm not going to do the whole splitting up thing between people until I'm certain I can't sell complete sets first....gets messy quick and it's hard for me to dedicate that much time to keeping track of it all....sorry....but good news for people who don't want the whole box heh. Hope all you guys in the US had a good labor day weekend....so tired from all the kids screaming in my ears from the amusement parks....damn you socal.

Anyhow, yeah I'll figure out what I got when the stuff is released, but I have all of those shokugans ordered.

Sorry about the log boxes, but I had 2 full sets ordered and they really came out looking really horrible from the pics I've seen and they are all in color so it was hard for me to justify buying another full set of these things….if I change my mind and want to sell the Ace/Garp diorama, I will let you know if you haven't found it already. No problem about paying me for anything....whenever you're ready is just fine. I have so much excess OP merch sitting in my closet it's not even funny...I want to do what Maggie did and sort it all out and put it on sale but bottom line, it's hard to find the time and energy to do so (and the will rofl, any spare time I got I'm opening new figures/taking pictures or watching some movies/tv series....gotta enjoy some of my life).

After getting all the Strong World Collection (Franky, Chopper and Zoro are the ones I don't have) I don't know what can I do… I'd like to collect POPs but I like to get ''sets'' I mean, if I buy Mihawk, then I want all the Shichibukais because I think they all would look awesome... Hopefully we will have Moria and Doflamingo POPs...

Hmm actually I just compared his box and it's almost on the same height/width as DX Jimbei's box. The completed figure is, of course, much larger but if they can fit him in that much of a box, he could get a stand if they wanted to.

But the bottom of his shoes are patterned like a real shoe also so I really liked it this way –- if only I could make him stand OTL

But yeah, I'm having some balancing issues. He's falling forwards ;;

edit: OH WAIT. I was able to make him stand by NOT mounting the legs all the way <_____< I know it sounds ridiculous, but he's really falling forwards when I do so lol...

Yeah, I thought they might have included a stand…aw well. I do love the patterning on the bottom of his shoe though, from the pics I've seen |D Guess they didn't want to drill a hole in that lovely foot. Weird though, at least they could have weighted his legs to make him stand better...unless the point is for me to go around carrying mine like a barbie doll. okbadmentalimage

SH Figuarts Ace arrived! I'm glad it's here, but at the same time I'll have to stick with my original verdict - really doesn't look like Ace. His default face is okay, but not as good as Flex Ace, and even though Ace isn't super buff, I'd say he's way buffer than this figure. Figuarts Ace is positively scrawny. ;-; And the plastic is kinda shiny and soft. Softness is justified since he has so many ball joints that need to be pushed around to customize him - that's one good thing about this figure, the multitude of items with which to decorate him LOL - but in the end, Flex Ace was definitely better. Sorry to those of you who were supporting Figuarts Ace, lol. xP

The box is nice. What is funny is that the plastic wrapper has "WARNING: Plastic may cause suffocation" etcetc in English, Japanese, and a ton of other languages, but the manual inside is still only in Japanese. dudeeeee

I'm sorry I don't have my camera with me at the moment, but when I get home tomorrow I'll be sure to take some comparison shots of both Figuarts and flex Ace. ;w;

I am officially declairing London a One Piece free zone :(

So today I got a nice bit of deposit money back from a house I was renting and as it is my 21st birthday tomorrow (or today, depends where you are I guess!) I figured I would head to London and try and find some stuff. I've been wanting to go to Forbidden Planet for a while and some other geeky places and here is what I found;

Orbital Comics- Awesome shop that had pretty much volumes 1-52 in stock, the more common figures from WCF's set one and two. Unfortunatly they had sold out the the GrandLine Men Volume 4 that they had in stock last month :( So I picked up Robin and Franky
Tokyo Toys- This may be one of the worst shops I have ever been in. Wall to wall Naruto merch that all looked very samey. The woman behind the counter was dressed in a blue wig and a bad Sailer Moon outfit. Everything looks like cheap knockoffs and the only one piece thing they had was some wallets that looked awful and were about £12.
Forbidden Planet- Again, they had plenty of manga volumes in stock but nothing else. In fact, their whole 'Japanese section' was smaller than their section dedicated to The Moomins >_<
Cyber, it was full of Dr Who merch though and my friend nearly brought a life sized Amy Pond cardboard cut out :P

So overall, pretty disapointing. It makes me sad that there isn't a market out there for decent Japanese merchandise, not just One Piece, but for all stuff. It is definitely a better situation here in the UK since the manga catch-up but still, One Piece is virtually non existant over here :(

Oh wells, such is life. Now I think I shall spend some money online buying various birthday presents for myself :D

Dude, I get your pain. ): The last time I was in London I barely found any OP stuff, too. And what's more, the one store I did shop at had a mix of bootleg and legit merchandise - the story of how I ended up with not just one, but TWO bootleg Lucci dokodemo swings. xP causeiwantedtohoardlucci

It's pretty much the same situation here in NY - most of the stores stock tons of Naruto and Bleach, but still don't see One Piece as a very profitable series, probably. And I don't see how people can still be buying Naruto and Bleach stuff, not when my own friends (fans of both) have started complaining to me how bad both series have become compared to back then.

Like I said, if you really want OP stuff, you NEED to go to Paris. The French are such huge fans of OP, they were caught up way before any of us, even before 4kids probably…heehee. Paris is the place to be for OP stuff in Europe ;d

Oh yeah, definitely. I'm 1/4 French and my parents took me to France with them multiple times when I was a kid and they had Dragon Ball stuff everywhere before Toonami had even heard of it. They're always ahead of us on everything.
