After this afternoon I am going to be without internet for at least 5 days which means I shall miss out on play-asia getting the WCF's. This is most surely a good thing as I probably can't afford them…..but....Bepo....:(

my don sanjino was also 'held on retention' … for 2 weeks ... no update .. nothing ... after that crease and i found out that he was sent back to japan. XD why? coz he was waiting for me at the post office ... unfortunately that stupid post man didn't leave a note so i had no idea he was here ... since i didn't come to pick him up, they sent him back.
i'm not saying that this is the case for your package, but i'd advice you to call your post office. if they don't know .. call the info center.

LOL yeah, he's really more well known for his high-pitched voices, and a lot of his songs are sung in those young boy voices…which I suppose is okay, I mean Hattori's voice had to come out of somewhere. But then I heard his deep rich Lucci voice singing and my brain ~~imploded~~
I think my favorite song, based solely on his voice mechanics, is "koware yuku mono" from his Lovarious album. Just the beginning part, when he hits the low notes. Oh. My. Aw yeah, DX Shichibukai. Jinbei looks awesome. Doflamingo looks good too, if a bit restrained for such a crazy character. Vol. 2 has me the most excited though.
Gotta make space for these. Maybe buy a new shelf. :/

I would call them today rather than wait , I mean a simple phone call will not hurt and may save you a lot of grief.
Oh another Note : I hope the Super DX Ace comes out soon, I was able to pre-order with Playasia. I hope they can get their stock.

First things first: Don't ever let yourself get talked into buying anything you don't really like just because that figure/line is considered to be the best by some.
Just buy what you really want to have, regardless who made it. Otherwise you'll just end up having some figures that you will probably sell sooner or later because you've never been really attached to them.Well, as far as I'm concerned the POPs are nothing compared to the GLM. Sure, the GLM have some rotten apples, too (Shanks, anyone?) and there aren't that many as of yet anyways, but even if they were more expensive than the POP, I'd still prefer them almost every time.
For me, they just look a lot more like the character they represent, most POP lack that … that certain "something".I have owned a few GLM and POP, but I sold most them ... nowadays, I'm only collecting Luffy merch, so let's take him as an example. His POPs (the first, the neo and the Strong World one) are just bad. They always managed to get his face totally wrong, he just doesn't look like Luffy. His Neo POP is ok, yeah, but not something breathtaking, especially not if you think about the price. His GLM version however is wonderful.
Sure, the pose is just as boring and standard as the POP, nothing dynamic or anything, BUT they got his face right, and that's always the most important thing for me with ANY figure.I'm loving that GLM figure to death ever since I got it XD
Aaah, but maybe Luffys new POP will finally get me on the POP bandwagon, who knows XDAs for the Figuarts ... uh, not my cup of tea.
And that's the thing: There is no "best" manufacturer or "best" line or "best" anything. Period. There is no such thing as a "hierarchy" that everyone agrees with.
Just buy whatever you think looks good (and what you can afford), that should be all you need to know.
Or just ignore the price if you absolutely NEED TO HAVE a figure, that's fine, too :ninja:Thanks a lot, this was very helpful! I asked because although I agree that the POPs are not always the best looking and often don't get the face quite right, I've never ordered anything else and wanted to make sure that the other manufacturers didn't have quality control problems (e.g. painting not being as good as pictured model) or anything like that.
If it's just a matter of the other models being smaller without interchangeable parts, then I have no problem with that!

Don't think they are. But as long as you keep up with this thread, you'll definitely find out when. Should be soon though, since WB already has pre-orders. Might be around the time Garp and Blackbeard pre-orders go up.

Hmm…So I'm buying off a few figures from the upcoming FC set "Marineford Promise." However, I'm not getting all of the ones I want from the set, just half. Is anyone buying the set, but doesn't want Hina, Smoker, or Tashigi? Since I'm already in agreement with someone else in buying 3 more figures off them, I'd rather not go back and undo that if I'm forced to buy the whole set. Also, that means I'd have to try to sell the other 6 figures of the set as well, since I only want 6. Hopefully someone is willing to help me out. Pretty please? :3
