what reliable information is that? I am just wondering, I dont recall anything. And its not like he said, everybody there is the scum of the earth or anything.
He described what kind of characters are down there. You can logically conclude that they are entirely too dangerous to let go when he kept on winking any that asked to be let out of there cages and didn't allow them to help with the jailbreak.
When I said he is a source of reliable information I mean you're kidding yourself if you believe that Oda would have him in the complete dark about some significant figure down there who is not evil but a great threat to the government. He has been down in level. 5.5 for years he more than likely knows the name of everybody in level 6 who is worthy of note.
A guy who is essentially like Iva(wronged government but not evil) in every way in level 6 wouldn't be unknown to Iva.There is no 50/50 chance your imaginary character exists when there is absolutely nothing going for him besides the random idea you had. Characters like that would have some sort of foreshadowing and we have none from either Iva or Sengoku.
yeah 2 out of the 3 guys we actually knew in level 6 were decent guys. It is no stretch by any means to think there are or were others. Crocodile was complete scum but Iva knew he wouldnt be a problem because iva had power over him.
They were also just put down there temporarily. One till his execution and the other till he calmed down and wanted his title back.
You are acting like iva was picky on who he let out, there was plenty of scum from level 5 to level 1 that was let out. The difference between level 6 and level 5 was strictly "power". He didnt want let out someone who was strong enough to stop what they were doing in the first place. He was not some holy crusader just letting out the good people.
See now that is baseless. Nobody is saying he was picking and choosing only the decent possibly reformable prisoners and allowing them the chance to escape. I'm saying the level 6 prisoners are so dangerous they could do nothing but endanger his own riot not help. That even with the stakes involved with escaping it wasn't worth letting any out of their cells. Really think the criminals so easily winked away by Iva would be so strong they'd ruin their escape and be dangerous to Iva, Jimbei, or Crocodilei? Don't even understand your comment on stopping what they were doing. What inmate would stop their riot?
