Garp in the war was disappointing but that is about it, do you realize how hard it is to shine the spotlight on such a huge cast of characters in one arc, I think that judging the circumstances, Oda did an amazing job with the war..
Shanks crew was not there to fight but to stop the fighting, us seeing their fighting potential will come in time

But the same happened to the cruel and famous NW captains. Nothing from them. Non of them were even fighting one of the big tiers and most of the pirates were scared about PXs
The same happened with the named Vice Admirals . Outside of those geting owned (Poor John Giant) , . None of them was seen fighting anyone actualy . Doberman was just standing around for example and when they did get panel time it was for "shocked" close ups not even revealing their oponents .

Brook treatment on Triller Bark Arc, i mean, the guy was just introduced to us and he already has to be saved by Zoro? Not a great way to really look appealing to the readers, it was lame how his motivation of getting his shadow back and defaet Ryuma were just crushed by Zoro's need of a new sword, it was even worse if you think of how Luffy or Zoro will react to someone steping onto their fights, for me that was an unusual move of Oda, especially considering that he was planning to separe the Crew on the next Arc.

I'm disappointed in the lack of follow-up on what happened to everyone after the war. Everyone just vanished. What happened to Croc? Blackbeard? Ivankov and his candies? I hope we get some closure to all of this, because i'm annoyed by it.
Shadows Asgard. Seriosuly, After all that doping up on shadows, all he could do was stompidy stomp stomp. Then Luffy goes gear 2-3. which seemed really exciting, then all he did was belly flop. Then a tower fell on Moria. And the bit with Kuma somehow repelling fractured bones and such, went on to prove without a doubt that Zoro is immortal. You look back to his fight with Mihawk, where you were worried about him and then realise he has gotten much stronger.

I guess I dislike artistic and charectistic(is that a word?) direction of Chopper post-Enies Lobby. I really liked Chopper during Drum Island/Arabasta/Skypiea but after it he has had...backwards charecter development.
I mean I feel like he is losing his original charecter and he is rendered to super-cute mascot of Strawhats and he has become even more childlike.
Oh and I think Impel Down prisoners were made too generic and fodder like with exception of ex-paroque works agents and Ivankov/Inazuma. But its rather understandable because story would been dragged on without focusing on small number of cast during at arc.
